The beds were super comfy. My only complaint was there was a banquet hall or event centre right beside our room so the music thumping was intense and although we couldn’t get to sleep early like we had planned it did stop by 11pm but beware if travelling with kids

There is a banquet hall next door the music played till 2 in the morning so loud that we could not sleep. When I mean loud I was on the military and lost 50 percent of my hearing and it kept me awake . Terrible exsperience .

What a disappointment. Granted we got this at a fantastically cheap rate, so there's that. The only elevator was a service elevator, with 2 with limited mobility. didn't always work. Had to use stairs. Shower in bad shape, paint scraped everywhere. Breakfast had no hot food, and even the yogurt was gone the 2nd day, leaving only muffins and cereal. Smell of - apprantely marijana - drifting into our bath from other parts of the hotel was overwhelming, and though the hotel was nearly empty, they parked the barking dogs in the room across the hall from us. Won't stay again.

Loud party noise at the Banquet Hall that lasted past midnight (12:20am), The party noise and people shouting as they were likely drunk. Only slept for 3 hours. This noise must be a warning before booking. Expedia MUST highlight this place is noisy.

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming and friendly. The room was filthy though. Hair all over the hair dryer, desk had sticky crap all over it. The toiletries had dirt on it. I could hear everyone’s conversations through the walls. I felt very unsafe.

Bathroom shower was covered in mold and ceiling paint was cracked and falling off in multiple areas of the room. Got drywall dust in my luggage and on my clothes. Staff was friendly and helpful, the building just needs a lot more care and cleanliness.

This property is disgusting. The cleaning service definitely doesnt clean the rooms at all, the bedding was dirty and had other peoples hair in it. I'm so disgusting and disappointed because the pictures made it seem so nice.

The smell was overwhelmingly bad….the floor was sticky in our room, and the shower nozzle was BARELY functional…. Back on the smell…(trash in hallways, was the smell dirty diapers?, from pets?).

There was a nice older man working the desk. I overheard him say that there were no other rooms available for another Patron when I was checking in. It was almost midnight when I checked in and I got a room on the first floor. When I answered the room there was the kitchen area and it smelled like something either had died or someone left rotten trash in there for a week. I was literally gagging. I told the gentleman at the desk about it and he gave me some air freshener spray which definitely did not fix the issue. I had to hold my breath when I entered the room each time and would only stay in other parts of the room. The rooms are big but there were brown smears and boogers on the wall, there was mildew in the shower , the paint on the walls look like it hadn't been touched up in 20 years. I'm not sure if I was supposed to expect this for the price I paid but the smell was horrible and all you could hear was people running up and down the stairs.

This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at where I would NOT use the shower. It was disgusting, and so was the floor behind the bathroom door. I pulled the desk chair out and found a piece of a condom wrapper in the crease on the chair. The desk itself was not clean. There was only 1 bedside lamp that worked. All in all, I was very unhappy. I should have left and drove home. I wish I had! (I also had to wear my shoes the whole time because I am sure the floor is filthy too).

First, the front desk gentleman couldn't find my reservation, but didn't actually search my name before telling me so. The carpet in the room was dirty and there was medication on the floor. No coffee pot, just accessories for it. The shower was broken and so was the toilet paper holder. The tile was sticky, our shoes stuck to the floor. There is a very bright spotlight outside our window. The bathroom door doesn't stay open.

There was no black out curtains on the windows only white sheers, and there was a large, bright light that shone in the window all night. It made the room in the middle of the night bright enough to read a book. Slept horribly!

Given key to a room that was occupied. New room was dusty and only had a heater in one room. The shower would either be very hot or very cold and the dial was different each day. Day 1 had to set the dial at 2 o’clock. Day 2 at 6 o’clock. Day 3 was 4 o’clock. Maid service was ONCE in 4 day stay and I had to ask for it.

As a senior, after 11 hours of flight/delay, I arrived at Days Inn around 11 PM on Aug. 18th to find out that I had reservation without having paid for it. My confirmation email from Hotel.com was correctly showing I had paid fully. The front desk attendant was saying you have to pay to get the key to the room. There are two rooms available, who ever walks in and pays for it will get the Key. The attendant kept insisting that the Hotel.com email on my phone did not matter to him, I won't get key unless I paid. He kept me waiting till about 12:30 AM when on his computer he found the record that my reservation was paid for. At that point he gave me the key without apologizing for keeping me standing there for 1.5 hours. The details of discussion with the attendant are very impolite and I do not like to repeat them here. At around midnight I had no where to go but to wait there and finally I gave him my credit card and he processed the payment. As he gave me the paper to authorize the charge, he found that my reservation was already paid for.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My room was dirty. The carpet was so gross, I kept my socks on to walk around. The Lobby is supposed to offer tea and coffee, but there was no decaf tea for bedtime - in the lobby or in the room. The front desk did not have any. I drove to a gas station to buy a cup of tea. The "complementary breakfast" is a bad joke. The bread products are low quality. Other than old bread, there was yoplait yogurt. Nothing hot. There is NO DRINKABLE WATER ANYWHERE IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL. The ice machine on my floor was broken. When I checked in, there was a creepy maintenance guy who stayed in my room too long to "check the tv." I waited in the doorway until he left. There is no manager on the premises. Only a young kid working the desk and responsible for the entire place. Really poor, non-existent management. I just wanted a clean, simple room for one night. It was so gross. I could not wait to leave. I can't believe I paid money for this.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a hotel. Upon checking in we load a suitcase cart with all of our stuff to find out they don’t have a elevator you can use… that make sense right. The guy behind the counter on his phone looked at my children and I and chuckled said “you will just have to carry it all up.” Okay so my kids and I loaded everything up to be taken to our room and our room key didn’t work. I said this doesn’t work he argued with me and said yes it does, finally game another set of cards for the door and still doesn’t work. He then states that we have to wait for maintenance to come fix it it’ll be 45 min. I said it’s 1 am we are not waiting for that, he then gives us a another room. That room only had 1 bed, he then argue that’s what we order, showed him the booking, just constantly argued “we don’t have any rooms” finally got a room now close to 2am. Next day we leave and come back to the “maintenance man” in our room saying we complained about “the tv not working” which we didn’t. Don’t even get me start on the room, the cleanliness, or the smell. Never never never again.

Upon arrival at 7pm for a 3pm check in with my sister and her husband ( a separate room from mine), we were told that there were no rooms available. "If" the cleaning staff didn\'t go home, we might get a room. ( these rooms were reserved for us) So.... we went to a restaurant nearby and discussed just exactly what we could do. Calling back 3x during dinner resulted in /no answer/ a hang up/ then confirmation that our rooms were ready. All this was because of a power outage bringing in a surge of people looking for rooms, but ours was reserved and the night manager didnt even try to explain. Getting into the room resulted in a broken heater switch ( a new knob, that wasnt the issue) no garbage can, and no hot water in the shower. The next morning maintenance tried to resolve the heat & shower but it wasnt resolved. I finally was able to switch to another room. I will not go into the so called breakfast the next morning, but have pictures if you happen to have interest. 1st time I have ever bothered to take photos.

Easy access to M-59 expressway. Lots of easy parking all around. Friendly and helpful lobby staff. The room was clean and had plenty of space (king bed), large TV and work desk. Minor cosmetic repairs needed but nothing significant (toilet paper bar loose, shower stall base discolored or stained, rear outside door card reader not working (often there was a rock keeping it from latching so people could get back in).

Room was clean and comfortable for an out of town wedding, easy check in. Only complaint would be the breakfast that is included was very sub-standard compared to similar hotel chains... no hot food and what was out was not very appealing. If you are going to advertise "breakfast included" please make it worth the guest's effort. We went across the street to Tim Hortons...

Not impressed with the Christmas decorations still up at end of February. Every morning the coffee pots were empty. I had to ask and wait. Monday morning the clerk just sat there looking at messages in her phone. The breakfast a little better in Sunday.but the rest of the stay it was bagels And poppy muffin. Positives were the staff was friendly and the bed was decently comfortable. The room itself was not very clean. There was old coffee sitting in the coffee maker and the bathroom was not very clean. This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The continental breakfast was very limited as well. About half the offerings I typically see even with a budget location.

They had a continental breakfast. For both days we were there, there was no juice in their machine. There was no sugar substitute for the coffee, only regular sugar packets. We didn't expect a lavish breakfast, but they could have done just a bit more to make it nicer. It just really seemed like they didn't care. The room itself was fine, and the bed was very comfortable.
