Room heat not working, bed was falling off metal base, tv would not work the front desk person came to check things could not fix. She said sorry want me to just turn fan off room was cold no heat, no tv, did not want to move in or out of bed. She was just going to leave I asked what can you do are you going to help me the room or something then she decided to try see if she could find another room that would have heat. She moved us to the room next-door that room she put it on 80 so got the room warm but you could not change it. In morning had to wait 45min for ride. to stay at that heat.

I checked in. Hotel was run down. Awful it should be shut down. Do not recommend at all. I left and booked elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly, they would help you with anything and any issues, they were very polite and professional.
