We chose this location because it advertised a gym on site. Evidently there has not been one there for about 5 years! Please update the listing. Breakfasts was also very disappointing, everything was stale.

Pool wasn't open and the breakfast was cereal and a loaf of bread. Juice was out both mornings. Bathtub had black hairs of the wall and there was not a knob on the inside of door. Beds were comfortable and rest of room was clean.

I have no complaints about the hotel itself. But the breakfast was not available and the lobby was locked at 9:00 a.m. There were no lights on in the eating area and they did not answer the buzzer or the phone.

I overlooked the bad reviews about the cleanliness and broken locks (which were correct) because of the location convenience for us and the fact that it had a pool for our kids...the pool was closed down. We are really frustrated that they advertised a pool and didn't actually have it in working order. Definitely not worth the $120 for the night and not fair to advertise and have people pay for it and not be able to provide, bad business in my opinion.

Property not as pictured, or very old picture. Shared parking with smoke shop, massage business, and mexican restaurant. As there had been snow just a day before, ice hazards in parking lots. Coffee pot in room, but no coffee. No TV guide in room, to know what was local channels. Room was sufficient, but did notice that the headboard attached to wall, was very dusty. Unfortunately, there was a problem with a backed up sewer the next morning, so coffee only in lobby.

This property was disappointing to say the least. Room was in a state of disrepair - but at least the A/C and TV worked. Beds were average, but the rest of the room was gross. The “guest laundry” machines were broken, ice machine inoperable, no coffee anywhere that I could find. Would not stay here again, nor any other Ameristay property.

Our experience at Ameristay Inn has been great! We needed a place to go qhile we waited for our place to ve ready. Check In was easy and fast. The owner was super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking lot is clean. Parking is right outside your door. They have a breakfast of ceral, fruit, muffins, coffee, milk.. Housekeeping is very accommodating. There are gas stations and food places close. It sits right by the highway so easy access for travelers. It's quiet at night. The beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay hwre again. This hotel is a 10 out of 10.

It was absolutely disgusting.... The sheets were nasty the top cover was abhorrent and smelled like 7 years of dust floors were nasty they were roaches and bed bugs I left early... This place needs to be condemned there were burn marks around the sockets and the light fixture not dirty marks burn marks...

Bed had seen better days. Was really dim. Lobby and room smelled. Towels were really worn, needed to be replaced, so did the sheets. No coffee in the room. Hardly any water pressure. The only good thing I can say about this place is it was quiet. I wish I spent the extra money for a better hotel. Cheap is not always better.

The first room didn’t have a secondary security lock. They changed my room and the new room only had 2 working lights. It was like a dungeon. The WIFI required a password but the lady at the front desk kept saying they don’t have a password for it.

The room seemed clean enough, what we could see. The lighting was so very dim; it was still dark in there with the lamps on. The lock on the door was broken where someone from the outside had tried to break in on someone. It left us feeling unsafe. We had an issue with our billing, but we had screenshots, so the attendant didn't make us pay again. There was no warm breakfast items. Toast, cereal, and some packaged mini muffins. The milk was in a carafe; we didn't know how old it was. One washcloth for the two of us. Don't go to this motel.

Room was very uncomfortable due to front door barely closed at the bottom allowing bugs to come in. Bathroom faucet was a struggle to turn on and off. Refrigerator didn't work so I wasn't able to store bottled water or drinks in the fridge or my leftover food to stay cool and fresh. And you could hear traffic coming and going all night at the location of the Hotel. I regret booking to stay at this Hotel. It was a Hotel from Hell for me. Thank God I survived the night.

I was not expecting this to be a motel, I should have read the description better- but for the price, I was expecting a hotel. We arrived at 10:30pm and had to check in thru a window in the entryway (like I was in a sketchy gas station in an inner city). Upon entering the room my daughter detected an odor, but I was hopeful our stay would turn pleasant, as the room had been redecorated and looked nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was not nice. Although it looked as clean as a motel bathroom can be, it smelled awful of mildew- there was no ventilation! There was an old vent/fan in the wall, but it was not hooked up to any switch. I could not even make myself shower here. We came, we slept, and we checked out as soon as we awoke the next morning.

Room was clean but a little rough. We checked in late (dark out) and it was hard to find a light that would turn on when we came in. The switch by the door didn’t work. One lamp wasn’t plugged in and we had to unplug the refrigerator to be able to use it. The toilet paper holder seemed like it might fall out of the wall. The door had a deadbolt and we felt safe but the safety lock at the top of the door was broken/couldn’t work. We were too tired to ask to change rooms but ours could have used some attention.

Do not patronize this establishment. I booked a room for my girlfriend to stay for a night. When she tried to check in the staff told her that there was $100 CASH ONLY deposit and would not let her check in. Hotel.com has horrible service too... Hotels.com stood before their shady business partner and refused to offer a refund. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card. What a disaster. Thanks @Hotels.com and @GuestHouse.... you both receive ZERO STARS... do NOT recommend.

It didn't bode well when staff would only interact with me through a teller window and lobby was kept locked (at ~4p). The room was sad: filthy (dirt caked, burn marks) arm chair, signs of (hopefully past) bedbugs on the mattresses, severely water damaged TV stand, and the Toiletries appeared used. The dead bolt was broken off. All the motel notices urge you strongly to keep the deadbolt latched and to leave no valuables in the car. Even on the side furthest from the interstate it's very loud. Ended up eating the cost and staying elsewhere.

Even after booking online we had to put a 100 deposit down the sheets smelt like they weren’t changed the shower wouldn’t drain we stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone came to check us in the toilet wobbled the tv didn’t work and the room wasn’t clean

Room stunk the chair was black from just never been cleaned . The host wouldn't even let me in to check in had to hand him my card threw the window did not feal safe there definitely slepped on high alert

My wife and I had a great experience at Ameristay Inn. Check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect..cereal, fruit, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee. Pet Friendly. A/C works great. Right by the highway. Gas stations and places to eat close by. We will stay again.

The only good thing I can say about this place is it was quiet. I wish I spent the extra money for a better hotel. Cheap is not always better.

Property not as pictured, or very old picture. Shared parking with smoke shop, massage business, and mexican restaurant. As there had been snow just a day before, ice hazards in parking lots. Coffee pot in room, but no coffee. No TV guide in room, to know what was local channels. Room was sufficient, but did notice that the headboard attached to wall, was very dusty. Unfortunately, there was a problem with a backed up sewer the next morning, so coffee only in lobby.

Room was very uncomfortable due to front door barely closed at the bottom allowing bugs to come in. Bathroom faucet was a struggle to turn on and off. Refrigerator didn't work so I wasn't able to store bottled water or drinks in the fridge or my leftover food to stay cool and fresh. And you could hear traffic coming and going all night at the location of the Hotel. I regret booking to stay at this Hotel. It was a Hotel from Hell for me. Thank God I survived the night.

I was not expecting this to be a motel, I should have read the description better- but for the price, I was expecting a hotel. We arrived at 10:30pm and had to check in thru a window in the entryway (like I was in a sketchy gas station in an inner city). Upon entering the room my daughter detected an odor, but I was hopeful our stay would turn pleasant, as the room had been redecorated and looked nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was not nice. Although it looked as clean as a motel bathroom can be, it smelled awful of mildew- there was no ventilation! There was an old vent/fan in the wall, but it was not hooked up to any switch. I could not even make myself shower here. We came, we slept, and we checked out as soon as we awoke the next morning.

Pool wasn't open and the breakfast was cereal and a loaf of bread. Juice was out both mornings. Bathtub had black hairs of the wall and there was not a knob on the inside of door. Beds were comfortable and rest of room was clean.

I have no complaints about the hotel itself. But the breakfast was not available and the lobby was locked at 9:00 a.m. There were no lights on in the eating area and they did not answer the buzzer or the phone.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ameristay Inn. Check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect..cereal, fruit, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee. Pet Friendly. A/C works great. Right by the highway. Gas stations and places to eat close by. We will stay again.

The safety lock on the door was broken. Booked a king got 2 queens. Very clean, no bed bugs. Towels tiny and rough. Continental breakfast had mini muffins, bananas and cereal. Ask the clerk fir milk.

The room seemed clean enough, what we could see. The lighting was so very dim; it was still dark in there with the lamps on. The lock on the door was broken where someone from the outside had tried to break in on someone. It left us feeling unsafe. We had an issue with our billing, but we had screenshots, so the attendant didn't make us pay again. There was no warm breakfast items. Toast, cereal, and some packaged mini muffins. The milk was in a carafe; we didn't know how old it was. One washcloth for the two of us. Don't go to this motel.

Our experience at Ameristay Inn has been great! We needed a place to go qhile we waited for our place to ve ready. Check In was easy and fast. The owner was super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking lot is clean. Parking is right outside your door. They have a breakfast of ceral, fruit, muffins, coffee, milk.. Housekeeping is very accommodating. There are gas stations and food places close. It sits right by the highway so easy access for travelers. It's quiet at night. The beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay hwre again. This hotel is a 10 out of 10.
