Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Joseph by IHG

I was very pleased with the stay here. The room was clean and stocked with extra bedding for the pull out. The pool was operating, everything was clean. The staff at breakfast and the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Very nice, clean and updated/new hotel. Great costumer service and complementary treats is a pleasant addition.

I love every hotel on this street since they are mostly new and really close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The first time I stayed at Holiday Inn Suites, I got a room with 2 queen beds and was really impressed! Everything was clean, the room looked new, and the dove soap products were a plus!! This time, I got the suite and it was not as clean or new looking. Perhaps because most people who get a suite may have kids or more people occupying the room which puts more wear and tear on things.The sofa bed was my biggest complaint. It was dirty, the mattress had what appeared to be a urine stain on it and there were crumbs and wrappers inside. I suggest the Housekeeping service start checking and cleaning the sofa bed when they’re cleaning the room! There is no way they checked it nor cleaned the one we had! I was dissatisfied because I spoke great things about this hotel the first time I stayed only to be disappointed the next time. Also, the tv has cable but is not a smart tv so if you’re a tv app person (ex: Netflix, Prime Video, Peacock, Tubi, etc.) you cannot stream on their tvs. Outside of those minor things, everything else was good. Breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast! Good enough to get us full. We did not use the pool so I can’t tell you its condition. My boys did use the gym and were down there for over an hour so it must have been decent. I believe it’s opened 24/7 with your room key card.

Breakfast was good, nice selection of food, Front desk staff were courteous and helpful, cleaning ladies were helpful, room was adequate, nice location

The check-in was effortless. Staff were great. Room was clean. One of our kids forgot their toothbrush and the hotel had us covered. The sundry was ample. Would stay again
