Elevator bumpy! Shower does not drain. Water pressure is terrible. Hotel needs remodeled. Breakfast was good. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand on this stay! Key did not work. Had to have guest service let us in our room. Please make changes. Thank you!

We travel through Sturgis regularly and stay at this Hampton because they have a breakfast and hot tub. We were disappointed that they cemented the hot tub in. Even more upsetting, is that the website pictures are not updated. To top that off while talking to the desk person, I told her we choose our hotels because a breakfast and relaxing in the hot tub after driving are important to us. She made no mention of the hot tub being gone. At least I peaked in to see how busy it was, before I put on my suit and went to go in.

The beds are very outdated hard it was like laying on springs.not a good nights sleep. And the chlorine in the pool was outrageous you couldn't even swim in it you couldn't breathe.

Front desk wasnt as welcoming as could be. Didnt even say what room number, just handed over the key. She seemed irritated to be working. Elevator was a little on the squeaky side. Breakfast had many options. Would stay here again. Hopefully front desk will be friendlier

We enjoyed our stay. This was our fourth time staying here, but it may be the last. They still have a hot tub listed, but no longer have it. We enjoy breakfast and hot tubs when we travel, so this may be a deal breaker ☹️ We travel this route often and like staying in Sturgis and shopping 🙂

We would never stay there again. The TV ads for the Hampton are nothing like our experience and not worth the money. Room was small, dark, and smelled like cigarettes. The hair dryer didn't work, toilet paper was a 1/4 of a roll. No hair conditioner and the elevator was like the early 1900's. Not impressed at all for what we had to pay a night and they didn't even make the bed or replace clean towels. We came back at night to find that nothing was done and were told that we "opted out" of housekeeping when we booked online and I never "opted out" of that.

The room appeared to have had some renovation within the past year. Most of the room was very nice. However the molding around the tub does not look as if it was replaced as mold was showing along large parts of it.

Extremely disappointed with this Hampton Inn. Staff not experienced, took forever to check in, tried to double charge me, room smelled damp and musty, hand towel in bathroom was stained and had pubic hair on it, dirty stain on wall, TV was ancient - had a line down the middle, lots of grainy artifact, guide didn’t work. I would like a call from someone.

We were there June 4 - June 7 not June 3-6.We were in Room 204. The bathroom door wouldn't close. I believe the floor is uneven. Tub would not drain completely. Same issue with the floor being uneven or tub is bent. Treadmill was not working, staff at front desk couldn't give us and info as to when it might be available. We were there 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room/made bed/supplied new towels even though sign on mirror said they do so after 2 days. Location was convenient for us but that is all I can say.

Ive been to many of your properties i have never experienced such bad service. I checked in on Friday night late. I asked the front desk person if i could bring my step kids and some friends swimming. He replied as long as there no other guests it would be fine. Saturday morning i was threatened to be kicked out because we went swimming. They had all left. Next day morning i ask the same lady that kicked all out of the pool and asked if my wife, kids and i played cards n board games in the lobby. She replied absolutely not i didn't understand her and NO ONE is allowed on the property but checked in guests. Again treated to kick me off the property. I tried to set the heat N ac but the unit on the wall did NOTHING. it was for looks as we couldn't control the temperature in are room that made it very difficult to get sleep.

We stopped for the night in the middle of a long drive. Dinner in South Bend, near the University of Notre Dame, then another half hour to our room. The hotel and its staff perfectly met our needs. It was clean, quiet and pretty well-maintained. Our bathroom showed some noticeable wear but the bedroom was great. We only met the front clerk in passing, but they came across as good people, helpful and professional.

The staff was very friendly and timely at check-in. Easy peasy. The room seemed clean, however the carpet felt sticky to bare feet, like it wasn't rinsed properly when it was steam cleaned. The outside grounds could use some attention though. Weeds growing all along the inside of the curbs all the way around the parking lot. All in all it was a good stay though. Would stay at this location again.

I stay here at least twice a month. The staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only issue from the last stay was that I didn't receive the room I paid for (I paid for the king w/ sofa so I could work) and got something different I made it work for this trip. I will stay here again.
