Our room was good and the breakfast was good. Could see that the staff was doing their best to keep all of the items available. Snack vending did not work and soda vending was out of stock on a number of items on the 2nd floor.

It was a nice a cozy hotel. The fitness center was very small but still was able to get my workout in that I needed. I don’t like the $50 “convenience” fee that they gave to me. They said it would be given back 3-5 business days after checkout and it’s been 5 business days and hasn’t been given back yet.

I didn't mind there was not a pool. This was a smaller, clean, quiet hotel to stay at - and that was perfect for what I was looking for. Would stay again.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were very friendly. The bed was ultra comfortable. For people who want a firm bed, this is not it. It was like sinking in to a cloud. Best sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel. Check-out was easy. Breakfast was just average but hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Good experience overall, the only minor issue was the AC unit blowing up the air straight to the pillow in one bed (like, side by side, 2 foot apart). We ended up having to cover it to be able to sleep and not get our head froze. Aside from that, very clean, quiet and the location is great. I’d would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

This is the perfect no-frills hotel for simple trips. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was in really good shape. The mattress was very comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean which is very important for me. The room itself is too small for the amount of furniture in it, but it did not change my overall liking of the place. The only thing that I did not like is that I could easily hear what was going on in the room next door. Other than that my stay was good.

This Quality Inn is very clean and well staffed with friendly people. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. The beds are super comfy but very high off the floor. My elderly mom needed a step stool, that staff provided, to get into and out of the bed. Once she had the stool she was ok with the high bed.

Got to the hotel to check in and was told I had no reservation. i showed my confirmation and waited 15-20 minutes while they checked. They found my reservation --- but it was for the next day. I was told they would discount my room the first night. They gave me a 2 queen room (not the king I reserved) because that is all they had available. Went to check out and in again the next day and was told to stay in room I was in. Not wanting to move all our things I said OK.

The tub would not drain in the shower and the water faucet would leak because it was loose. We let the front desk know but never got any one to come look at it. The hotel and surrounding hotels were booked full so we ended up putting a plastic fork in the drain so the tub wouldn't fill up with water while showering. The worst issue was you had the leave the toilet sheet down because feces would splash up into our toilet when someone else in the hotel would flush. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever had happen at a hotel.

The front desk receptionist didn’t know anything about tourist plans in Minneapolis. She told us that this hotel is for business people, but in Expedia the information about it describe the hotel ideal for families. The breakfast was ok but it doesn’t have variety. It wasn’t excellent but it was ok for our necessities.

Hotel was okay for what it is. Property is well accessible. Was enjoying our stay until the second day when house keeping came around. My wife thought she was doing them a favour and stripped both beds, leaving the linen in a pile on each bed.. House keeping came in, changed out the towels and emptied the garbages, and left . When asked "what about the beds?" , the house keeping lady said "front desk didnt tell you? Beds dont get changed until the 3rd day. But you can bring the linen to the 3rd floor guest laundry and wash them yourself" .. Like i really want to do your job for you... Thats why i chose to stay at a hotel, but I guess the times of fresh towels and linen each day , are gone.

Wonderful stay. Room is clean and comfortable, quiet and cozy. Room is a bit small but it has enough basics for the price. Location is convenient to major highway. Breakfast doesn’t have many choices but warm and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my third time staying at this place so that’s why I like to come back here. This time around the staff was really bad. On my 2nd day of stay I left in the morning at 7 and returned back at 10pm. When I came back I noticed my door was propped open. The trash in my room was taken out and all my towels were taken and not replaced with new ones. Really bad service this time around.

Don't expect a lot of amenities. Just a clean and quiet place to rest your head and get a little breakfast before you head out. Very decent for that. Breakfast options weren't incredible, but decent. Not a lot of options and they need to work on heating up the hot stuff before they put it out though. Coffee was okay.
