They charge for parking. Kinda ridiculous in suburban Minneapolis. Would never stay here again for that reason. Breakfast was terrible. Property is nice but they are for sure nickel and diming you.

Everything was good. Pool is small and no hot tub. BUT seemingly a small thing -but only the mirror in the bathroom. No full length or other mirror in the room. In the bathroom the toilet should have a door to it so 2 people can use the bathroom at the same time.

The only negative was there were a coupe large trailers parallel parked which then took up additional parking and all the spots were full so we had to park across the street in a different business’s parking lot. They should have had the trailers park there instead.

We had to make a last minute fairly unplanned stay to MN from IN. We were able to secure two connecting rooms (I have 3 little ones) and each room had a pull out trundle bed from the couch. They were clean, there were plenty of sheets and the breakfast was great. The pool was very very small (fine for 3 little ones) no hot tub but besides that everything was perfect. There were lots of amenity around in the area too!

The bathroom doors are horrible, they shine light right into the eyes of the sleepers when used at night. Needs a hottub, after a long day of moving kid into college was hoping for a hot tub. Grateful they found the clothes we left and we were able to get them back easily.

The hotel is clean, nice and quiet but There is no make up area for lady and no full mirror so you can't see when dress up for a formal occasion. Also the TV is in a weir location

Everything was fine, we were excited to sleep in until 11, since checkout was 12. However… housekeeping came knocking at 8am. We informed them we’d be staying until checkout… yet they came knocking again at 10am. So much for sleeping in. Went down for breakfast at 9, no plates, many things empty and no one really cleaning anything up. Several bees nests outside on the patio, which we told them about. Talked to the front desk about getting woken up, they were just like “oops”. I’ve never had that happen at any hotel before. Oh and only one ice machine on the main floor?!?

Check in staff seemed to be more into their cellphone than helping customers. Also did not explain parking, I had to ask in order to get information. They say there’s a charge for parking, but no car info was taken It was clean, however, grout on the bathroom floor was starting to crack and come up. The air conditioner vents looked like it had seen better days with its cracked vent. Other than that, it was clean. Okay for just a place to sleep.

Pro: very clean, excellently stocked workout room, excellent breakfast buffet. Room details well-cared for, like bedding for pull out sofa was neatly packaged and in closet. Con: check in awkward, with clerk who had to ask for help several times, and his explanations to me about policies were not clear.

Our room was great, however with the Microsoft issues we weren’t able to get a key that worked and had to be let into our room by staff if everyone left the room. The pool was small and cold. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options. Overall a good stay.

Overall the stay was nice. I was disappointed with housekeeping banging the vacuum cleaner into the walls at 8am in the hallway. Also not thrilled at housekeeping banging on the cushions of the couches in other rooms starting at 8am as well. Our plans kept us working until midnight or later and being awoke in this manner was not appreciated. Also the food at the breakfast station was lukewarm at best. They refilled the sausages with cold sausages. Total rating 6/10

This hotel was very nice, staff were very helpful during our stay. Hotel wasn’t too far from the transportation routes. However the breakfast wasn’t the best, there weren't a lot of options at all, they also ran out of things and some of the food tasted old. It should have been advertised that housekeeping has to be requested and that they don’t come on the regular to clean the room while staying at the hotel. The tv needs a wall mount that moves around because it was only on one side of the room. Over the the hotel was a good just need some minor updates.

This is the second year we have stayed here for the MN State Fair. We like that the busses are just a few minutes away, as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. The room we had this year did not have a safe and a towel rack was broke in the bathroom (just needed a screw), but otherwise was a nice, clean, quiet and newer place to stay. We also liked that the breakfast started at 6, as we are all early risers. The check in and check out were quick and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was clean and well presented. The fitness facility was cleaned in the morning by a hotel staff member. The breakfast was missing warm food items, and I had to return later when they were replenished. The food wasn't appealing. The front desk staff was friendly, visited the area three times, and someone had to raise their voice to get someone's attention from behind the wall.
