The room was average as far as cleanliness, for some reason the fire alarm kept beeping. One of the front desk when I checked in made some ableist/racist statement about one of the cleaning staff for no reason. Parking was fine.

Rent a top suite for weekend. Hot tub had no hot water when asked they sent a person none employed into my unit. He was not able to fix Saturday. The next day told it was fixed and flooded it couldn't turn water off. Miserable time what you go speak about the situation?And was basically told to f off called you Expedia.You guys can reach them the 1st day either.They wouldn't respond.This is not right

I had two rooms. One room extremely noisy wall A/C and few “strands” of haur in the bathtub. Other room had cigarette burns in the bedding. Several times both nights guests in our hallway were yelling/arguing. Our room were right by the front desk. I guess having a security guard is pointless. I will not stay at this particular Super 8 again.

Cant believe they have smoking room and we were not given a choice. It was also party time central and was really hard to sleep with all the activity in the hall. The bed was very uncomforable too.

We checked in in the room, was so horrible that I immediately called hotels.com to see if I could cancel my second night stay and before I was done with the call I asked if I could cancel the entire reservation. It also said it had an elevator it did not. There was a gooey substance on the desk and stains on the sheets and put stools. I’ve never seen a room so unclean.

Here for a family weekend and the pictures that is on the website is very deceiving this is a place that you can pick up prostitutes get drugs and do them right there we had roaches come out at night and we end up having to leave at 3:00 in the morning and sleep in the car afraid to bring any of the pests that's in that establishment home with us front desk was not very helpful show them pictures of their roaches and all he wanted to do was ask for pictures you would do better sleeping in a tent there was no microwave the sink is by the front door and the bathroom is about 3 ft wide by 4 ft long it does not have an elevator that works so if you're disabled you're kind of screwed

Management was terrible, I had a cockroach in room once i noticed i packed up immediately when gathering my things a mouse ran along wall. Very Disgusting Motel. Management was also unwilling to reimburse anything.

I will never stay here again. The place has cockraches. The bathtub had pubic hairs in it. Plus no one vacuumed our room. There were bobby pins all over the carpet. The guests are loud.

Between the bugs, cigarette burns and footprints on the linen, smell of weed and cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, mold and the blood on the wall and lamp it was clear there is no cleaning done at this property. Also there was a gang that was in front of the entrance making it clear this was not a safe place for us to stay. Although the man at the front desk offered to move our rooms we asked for a refund but he refused. We will NEVER stay at a super 8 ever again!! Worst experience we have ever had!!

Entire property was gross. Trash laying every where both in and outside of hotel. Entire place stunk like weed. Toilet ran constant. Only a few lights in the room worked. Very dark. Shower had hair in it. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The worst day ever I think you guys should do more research on the motels and hotels that you list. This one was drug infested and rolling infested. They had roaches and it was just unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible & pretty gross place. AVOID!!!! You're better off spending an extra $20-$30 elsewhere. Strong smoke smell, the carpet is sticky, & the 'dog friendly room' wreaks like straight piss. Front desk guy didnt seem to care about the complaint, but said 'that's just how those rooms are'. I asked for room spray that didnt help the stench. The top sheet was dirty, fitted sheet had something red smeared on it, & I found pocket change in the bed.. so the bedding had not been changed. Complete lack of cleanliness & cringeworthy. Doesn't feel safe due to variety of sketchy characters hanging out (living?) on property. Rude front desk guy called police on a family w/ 3 kids as they were trying to pay for their room.. just an all around awful experience. I wanted to leave immediately, but was unable to get a refund thru Expedia or the hotel front desk. Worst hotel experience I've had by far.

Check-in Staff was nice. But do to need work more on knowing what to do. My cardkey to get into my room wasn’t working. Stood there for a long time trying and then a person came and helped me. Swiping his own cardkey, he was able to get into my room. Felt really unsafe as anyone was able to get in and out of the hotel.

Property is very bad. The hotel was smelling and stinking. The reception staff were pathetic & rude. The carpet in our room was moist. When informed about the carpet no action was taken. The room key card was failing and we had to change it multiple times to gain access to the room. I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

Door to room/locks didn't line up; so stranger walked into my room at 2AM. TV lost signal for several hours; Bed was on wheels so it rolled away from head, when I sat up to read in bed; several long hairs in bathroom.

Check in staff, Mahinder, was very helpful and polite. The morning staff lady was rude and unhelpful and breakfast supplies ran out before time, no replacement. The place is really run down and needs to be refurbished. Will not stay there again.

I’m still expecting my refund. The receptionist is rude and still called police on me. I had to book another hotel at last the last minute. The receptionist was terrible and unprofessional. Pls get me refund because I never stayed a minute or checked in motel & hotel because of the pathetic attendance.

It was difficult at first as the hotel did not have a virtual reader and could not check in because My booking and paying with my Affrim card was a bust. My girl friend in town had to pay for my first night stay before I could figure out how to use pay with Affrim without going to through the front desk. I had to pay for the whole trip on line to complete the booking because front desk did not have updated equipment.

Was blatantly lied to when I was told there was a cable outage in the area. I asked if it was just here or the whole area. I was told the whole area. Walked to the hotel across the parking lot… their cable was working fine. Mine still is not. Thinking they did not pay the bill

Staff was friendly. But unfortunately does not make up for the lack cleaniness, the tv in our room was cracked. The shower curtain was dirty and did not even keep the water in, the walls where nasty.But not feeling safe was the topper. There was screaming and fighting late into the night. There was a gentleman with a grocery cart in the lobby. Cops came there more then once. A guy pulled in the parking lot trying to get my 17 year old daughter to his car.

It was a nice hotel in a "meh" area. The one front desk guy seemed a bit burnt out. The room was in fine condition and at a good price. Denny\'s is a short walk away. I\'d stay again.

You really have to pay the price.If you want a little bit decent and comfortable night,you have to choose a different hotel. The hotel smells like smoke and weed and anybody can enter in coz the backdoor is open all the time so I dont feel like we’re safe.

Upon arrival with my family, we had immediate concerns about the numerous people loitering in the parking lot and in the hotel lobby. The hotel had a terrible cigarette smoke smell throughout. During check-in, the hotel clerk was rudely interrupted by several people. One of which asked him for a cigarette! Against my better judgement, I completed the check-in process and we took our items to the room. My family and I felt very unsafe and didn’t feel comfortable staying at this hotel. After going to our room, we left to go to the event we had planned that night. Once the event was over, we decided we would drive the 8 hours home instead of staying at the hotel because of how unsafe we felt. We returned to the hotel to check-out.

The front desk guy barely spoke when I checked in-took them about 5 mins to just check in. The area is pretty rough-very comfortable bed and nice for a a one night stay that is affordable! Breakfast choices were pretty slim-bread, cereal and yogurt was all they had.

Pros: good price, clean rooms, dog l friendly, host very nice Cons; hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed, other guests very noisy at all hours of the night. I was woken up twice to vulgar language twice in the sleeping hours, music in the hallways while guests walk to the smoking door, allt all hours of the night. Breakfast was poor, most everything was low it out. While there were some good points, we will not stay there again unless it was a last resort.

My room was okay, but the hallway was dirty and people yelling and slamming doors all night long. A nearby room also played music very loudly late into the night. I overheard a woman talking to a man in the hall around the corner from my room. She said something to the effect of let’s get this deal over with. I went for breakfast at 6:30 and the only things there were Brad, yogurt and a little cereal. The countertop was dirty.

Had a late check in people smoking right outside the entrance and several milling around inside. Check in clerk not very friendly. Advertised breakfast at 6 am left at 8 am still had not opened the breakfast area.
