Our thermostat was broken so we were freezing all night and didn’t sleep well. We had a leak in our ceiling, picture attached. The breakfast was cold and things didn’t get filled very quick so we had to go have breakfast somewhere else, the pool was closed Monday morning so the kids couldn’t swim. Also we didn’t have a blanket for the pull out which we didn’t know until bedtime and it was like an hour before we got one, we were told housekeeping wasn’t available and to go down to the desk, when we got there they said they had no blankets, we finally did get one much later.

All parking out back with the back door locked is very inconvenient. You have to pick up the phone and call the front desk to be let in or temporarily park out front and move your car around back after check-in. Couch and love seat cushions were pulled off and sofa-bed halfway pulled out when I wntered my room. Still no whole milk or cream with coffee service or breakfast. Most Hilton properties I've stayed at offer half-and-half. Embassy Suites is a cut above, so why not here?

Would have given an excellent total rating except the breakfast hours for Monday, Memorial Day was not weekend hours til 1030 but ended at 9 as a regular weekday so we missed it…seems like it should be same as a weekend. Also pool was closed due to a unfortunate event (no fault there) but couldn’t be used. Good location near our daughters house and nice to have the managers reception in the early evening.

Although the room itself had a clean appearance, the closet had an extremely foul order coming from a safe that was locked from the time we got there. The stench filled the living room area so we shut the door to the bedroom just to get sleep the bathtub also was Dirty

Room was dirty. You could tell the group staying before us had a party. They had pink party concert and party favors left in the room. We had a two bedroom booked and one shower was too dirty to even use. When I mentioned to the staff at checkout that the room was still dirty when we checked in they laughed and brushed it off.

We like staying at Embassy Suites hotels. Unfortunately, although staff was kind our room wasn’t the cleanest. I found an old bar of soap in the bathtub even though they have the pump bottles now. I wonder how long the bar of soap was there.

Average hotel, not good about moving furniture in the rooms when cleaning, found small pieces of garbage and a stick pin that thankfully I saw before anyone stepped on it, definitely in need of updating, carpeting is stained throughout, walls need painting, beds were too firm for my liking, breakfast was decent, complimentary drinks and snacks every evening was a nice addition.

I've stayed in other Embassy Suites before and have had a lot better experiences. The air in our room would not work. Maintenance tried to fix it. Our room had a strange smell. We ended up changing to a different room. Our friends had the same problem with the air and also had to change rooms. Not as clean as other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. Dirty finger marks on the walls by the light switches. Just disappointed to have this experience when paying for an Embassy experience.

Breakfast was.very good, variety wise. Sleeping was very uncomfortable, slept on the pullout couch bed. Mattress was.totally.worn out and super.dirty underneath sheet. Obviously very very old.

The building is in need of a remodel. But it was still a great stay and awesome service. Our room was pretty run down whichnis understandable since it was meant for a bigger family. Lots of wear and tear on furniture, water stains on counter, wallpaper pealing in bathroom, curtain coming undone in bathroom, and really bad stain on hide- a-bed mattress. They should really re-furnish that room.

The hotel was overall fine for my family. The pool was small, but the kids had fun. Breakfast was great. The rooms were nice-ish -- comfy beds, but a few stains on the walls. The only thing that sets my review aside, was the pull-out couch. We have 4 kids, so for the first night, two of them had to sleep on a couch that smelled like urine. It smelled so bad, by morning the entire room smelled, and we had to be moved to a different room. As soon as we noticed the smell of the mattress, we told the front desk, but nothing was done until the second day. Pretty gross, but we managed. They didn't do anything but move us to a new room, which is a huge inconvenience when you have 4 kids and a lot of things. I don't know that we would stay again knowing that, but it was really nice to have a bigger, reasonably priced room for our large family.

Had problems with the card keys, door did not open several times during the stay. Very annoying to go to front desk to fix key and call maintenance to open door. Management aware of this and did not see to do anything!

When I arrived I had to wait a bit for a worker to arrive to the front desk, when she arrived she was dealing with an issue with other customers being unruly. She proceeded to tell me all about the situation as she checked me in, handed me the keys and walked away. No explination of anythig (wifi, room location,check out, breakfast) So we got our stuff and went to room and walked in to a 1 king room. I had reserved a 2 queen 1 pullout couch for my family of 5. I went back down to the desk where she told me that because I booked from another souce that they over booked and gave the room away and that was the last room they had. So my children had to sleep on the floor. She said she couldn't do anything. At the same time she is yelling at the other unruly customers trying to kick them out threatening the police were coming. I asked if they had a roll away or anything as we had been on our way home traveling from accross the country and sleeping on the floor for the cost of the room was ridiculous. She just said there isnt anything she could do and walked away. I paid for the room at time of booking and it was given away.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is NOT SAFE!! I stayed here for a business conference for two nights. When I returned from dinner, my key cards no longer worked. Upon having new keys made and returning to my room, I found it was burglarized while I was away. Reception told me that only staff would have had access. My bag was gone through and thousands of dollars worth or property were taken. The manager all but accused me of taking my own things, saying only my keys were used to enter the room. In conversing with colleagues, I learned I was not the only one whose room was entered and who had things stolen. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We took our AAU basketball team of 12 player booked for may 2nd to the 3rd 2 suites for them and 4 coaches which would have fit accordingly to the amount of people we had. As soon as we went to book the lady at the counter said rudly that were not a soccer team which there were soccer teams that was selling out the rooms. We kindly told her no we're a 5th grade basketball team. So when we tried to check in she told us our rooms were given to a soccer family even though we already paid for both rooms she then proceeds to argue back and forth in font of the kids and told me it wasnt her problem. She then gave us what she said she had left which didnt comfortably fit our players and coaches. She was super rude and when we told her we already paid why did she give our suites away to give us smaller rooms she said again it wasnt her problem. Her name was tasha or trish what ever but she was the rudest lady ever and when we asked for the supervisor info she said she wasnt giving us any info either we take what she gave us or we find somewhere else. We are not a local team we drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the team there and this the service we receive! Then the amount that came off our card was the same amount for the suites that we did not get!!! Terrible experience

Easy on easy off on to interstate. Great location to our destinations. Fast check in. Staff was.awesome and very personable. Ike was was very nice at the bar. I could tell all the other customers were pleased with him. He kept conversation flowing with customers. Very enjoyable to be around. Fantastic stay....will be back again.

Hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was huge and because of lower back problems, I normally sleep in a recliner and don’t get much sleep in a bed, but, I slept like a baby. I will definitely be back to Embassy Suites!!

There is nothing wrong with the area. We thought it was nice. We are just out state Minnesota people so we prefer the quiet natural! Seemed like a good location. Was an easy drive to the stadiums. The parking wasn\'t too far away. The small "square" suite that we had was fine for us. We would prefer something larger in the future, but worked fine for the small amount of time we were there. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, and overall location worked well for us. Clean hotel which ultimately is the most important thing!

I like the location right off of interstate for us. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted at the desk by Mai, very sweet personable and helpful. As always the rooms are clean. Very quiet. We like the dining options. Friendly staff. It is our go to place when visiting the city.

The employees are so fabulous. Naomi and Ike at the bar area are a great team. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is great and oh my goodness those kitchen employees work SO hard. The egg guy, making 4 omelets at a time. Give that crew a raise!

Everything was okay except the continental breakfast. All kinds of great food, but no cream for the coffee. All they had was some coffee mate flavored crap.. no cream.

It was a very nice hotel! They had breakfast with hot food and normal cereal, along with a cook who would make omelets for you. The beds and room were very nice. They had complimentary drinks and the staff were very nice.
