Below average in appeal from front lobby to the room. Old furniture, not updated at all. Drawers in dresser were open and wouldn’t close. Lights didn’t have bulbs and were burnt out as well. Not one thing appealing about the place. Way over priced at $155. a night. No ice machine, so no cold water.

It was comfortable and the staff awesome. FYI Bring your own kitchenware. Cupboards empty including no cookware. It was very quiet. I was there Monday-Wednesday.

I wanted room with kitchenette, so I could cook. They had no dishes in the room! Nothing at all!! They shouldn't advertise room with kitchen if they don't supply the dishes. Television signal went out my last night of stay.

Friendly staff. Wondering why guest washing machines have not been usable for over a week.

The rooms we were in were rundown. There was a broken but still connected light fixture. That's unsafe. There was no spindle for the toilet paper holder. I requested a queen bed and got a room with a double bed. The other room had no microwave oven and no remote control for the TV. We informed management of all these problems, but nothing was done.

Recently changed ownership so hopefully things will improve….. very friendly and helpful staff but…. Fridge didn’t work at all so they immediately brought us a new one. Mattress was shot…huge dips and no support. Lamp was missing a bulb.

Unfriendly desk staff, no breakfast included as advertised, the fully equipped kitchen was completely empty. Bar next door noisy. But bed was fine, and location is good.

Parking lot was being paved and we had to walk all around the building to get in. The asphalt got on everyone's shoes. Clearly our floor had not been cleaned since the last guest since walking barefoot within the unit led to black feet.

The room was smelly as soon as one entered. No grab and go breakfast as advertised. Didn't even have hot water for tea. Lot of other people staying seemed a bit shady. Security side door was always left open.

The rooms are dirty and smell bad. The bed is not comfortable. The floor had spills on it that were not cleaned up.

Took a shower right when i got to the hotel. Had to call the front desk while in the shower to deliever towels because they never put new ones in the hotel room. Pulled bed sheets down to find a dirty sock. I ended up leaving and never stayed the night.

The room was dirty, the bed sheet was not clean, and the door can not lock. This hotel I would not recommend to sleep.

Good to have refrigerator, microwave and stove top. Floors were FILTHY! Not until you check in that there's a $100 deposit. Takes 3-5 business days to get my refund. NEVER AGAIN STAYING THERE!

The first non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Got a new room after. Shower was covered in dirt and no toilet paper. 2 towels and that's it. People partying in the parking lot right outside window until 5am.

Trash under the bed i moved the chair closer to the tv for my son & a extremely firty hat & socks were underneath nath tub had dirt ring around it i had to scrub it out before my kid could use it also cigarette burns in the blanket

The entrance area was dirty, the lobby was dirty with linens in one corner. I just left and got another hotel. I couldn’t get a refund but I’m glad I didn’t have to stay there.

My room wasn’t cleaned well - bed was made and bathroom generally clean, but floor wasn’t swept, it was sticky and there were food marks on the microwave. I asked front desk twice to clean but they never did. So I waited until I received my deposit back to review them. I was grateful for shelter, especially when checking in at 4am to a new state/city for an internship starting at 8am. This wasn’t worth my money.

Book here and you will end up SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR! If I am able to give 0 star or better yet negative star, I will. With my friends and our family, we booked 3 rooms with SUBURBAN hotel-room for 6, 5 and 4 people in each room with kids. Booked thru Expedia with 2 queen beds in each room. We checked in and got into our rooms. To our dismay, each room only has 1 queen bed. How can we possibly fit each family with these rooms?! I went back to reception to let her know that this was not we booked. She said that this was the room request that they received. I asked to move us to the room that we paid for. She explained that there are no available rooms. Fine, so I asked to at least provide us with some matress. Unfortunately,she said they don’t have any. She made some “calls”, and she found 2 extra rooms-1 with double bed. Went to the room and that room was not cleaned-garbage scattered and towels on the floor. Situation now was more frustrating. Informed her with the room situation again. She advised us that the only thing she can do was to provide blankets. In the end, the husbands SLEPT ON THE FLOOR! With my 3 kids, including a toddler, we had no choice but to share the one bed. On top of this, their rooms are dirty and stinky. They offer discount but no amount of money can compensate with this incompetence. We booked a hotel for convenience and to be able to rest after a long drive especially when you have kids. This was the worst hotel!

People doing drugs in the parking lot, people fighting and yelling, people stomping on the floors all night above our room,very loud, beds suck to say the least, they were not comfortable at all!!!

They were taking money off my card without my consent. They stole 400 bucks from me and i never got it back! If you stay here make sure you pay cash! If you give them your card you will get robbed!

When we arrived, the guy (rude guy by the way) said that there are no rooms even he sees our booking. Needed to contact expedia support. By the way - expedia support also 1 star. I underestand that no one cares but I am feeling good doing it. Spent a night with two kids in the rental car because not updated well system sold rooms that were not available

Terrible, my flight was delay due to weather. I was a few hours late to ckeck in so they sold my room to another customer. Isnt reservation suppose to hold the room? Anyway, im not impress with the place, it doesnt look clean in the office area.

Place smells of cigarettes and pot. I think more people live there than visit. Druggies hanging outside with obvious drug marks all over their arms and asking you for food and change. They gave us 1 towel and it was like breaking an arm to get a 2nd one. Our key cars would work for the back door and every time we went to the front desk for a new one, no one was working. When we booked it stated there was coffee, tea and a grab and go breakfast and a vending machine. I was really wanting a bath and it was so dirty so I went to the store to buy bleach and scrubbed it so I was able to use it. Will never stay again. Definitely dont bring kids here.

Property was ok. Night staff just needed to be more professional. Overall ok place to stay. Nothing for kids to do. Very convenient location to the highway.

Basically a flop house for homeless in the area and NOT a traveler’s place to rest. The people are very poor but safe. The hotel hallways smell very badly of smoke as it is a cheap hotel atmosphere and not an Extended Stay. Avoid.

My wife and I had many events to sate d Saturday and Sunday so we decide not worth driving back home to Wisconsin for 2 hours and return up the next another families event up in Bethel area so we decided to rent a hotel instead. We did little research and decide to stay at this hotel since we were familiar with the name. When we arrived for checkin we met 3-4 teenagers at the door and the just walk right between us as though we weren’t there. We checked in was fine however as we got into the Elevator I can smell this strong odor inside and in the hallway in third floor. Upon entering our room the room was hot and very smelly as someone just smoke in the room. We open AC and windows for several hour but that didn’t help at all. The room continue to smell badly and unbearable to fall sleep. I feel this is not a hotel but a motel quality and services. Do I recommend anyone, NO I would not recommend anyone unless you don’t care for the smelly smoke in the room and strong odor in the hallway.

There was no breakfast, only coffee. People lives permanently in the studios. Our second day there the front desk asked us for our IDs.
