What an absolute letdown. The hallway to my room had debris/mess on it as if it had been days since anyone came through with a vacuum, which was already a bad first impression for how the establishment would be maintained. Then I got to the room itself and, after seeing the presumed previous guest's old food bowl just sitting on the desk, not even properly thrown away, I also couldn't even turn the TV on since my room, SOMEHOW, had the wrong remote in it. The bed, while comfortable, wasn't made, and also had a bunch of weird debris or something in it as if no one had cleaned it since the last guest left. I came to find out on my second-to-last night that the laundry room was out of service for pretty much the entire time I was staying there and apparently the soonest they could call for repairs was the day I checked out. As far as amenities go, there were basically none outside of a small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo for the shower and a spare roll of toilet paper. There wasn't a mini fridge nor a microwave in the room, as was promised on the Hotels.com page. I will say the air conditioner worked like a charm -- when it worked. If you set it too low, the whole thing just shuts off, and half the time it won't even turn back on unless you hold the control panel in a specific way. Just an absolute disappointment from start to finish that the housekeeping staff apparently either wasn't told or just couldn't be bothered to clean up between guests. Total letdown.

Ice machine out of service. Elevator slow and rickety. Dirty walls and floors everywhere. Exterior dead, dying and overgrown. Room tv broken- sound but spotty screen. Thermostat control non-functional. Toilet leaking from tank. Sink faucet loose. Sink drain rod not connected- drain would not hold water. Bathtub cracked. Chair seat ripped. Furniture delaminated surface - two pieces. Creaking door hard to close. These operators are running this hotel into the ground.
