We were informed the elevator was not working. We asked for a room on the first or second floor and were told none were available. Your room was on the 8th floor, which the elevator was able to take us to. In the morning, the elevator was not working and my wife and I had to walk 8 floors with our luggage. Not happy! Would never stay there again!!!!!!!!!

When I first checked in there was no one at front desk for several minutes so I went out to eat and came back later. Only one of two elevators was operational but would only go to my floor after several attempt (hint: hold the button continuously to get where you wanna go). Breakfast was the bare minimum they could serve. Positive note room was clean.

Room was clean and nice. One elevator was broken, the other was super gross. When we got off the elevator there was a piles of trash bags, diaper boxes, pizza boxes and it smelled terrible. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The pool was out of order for maintenance.

AFTER check in, we were informed that the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage, heavy items by the way, up the stairs to the first floor and then back to the elevator. Extremely long walk from the stairs to the elevator. Then the 2nd day we had to totally walk up and down a total of 4 flights of stairs with the things that we bought that day and the next day. For 4 days and 3 nights we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs with a pregnant fiancée thats due in November. The weekend of stress caused my fiancée so much knee pain that she had to use a knee brace. Nightmare of a stay. The comfort and cleanliness were great, but the overall experience was terrible.

I had heard from family who was already there, that the elevator was broken. So I called and and asked that if it was still broken at my check-in time, is like a first second floor as I have a bad foot and my brother has a bad heart. They said absolutely! But then at check in, I was not given a first floor 😢 😡 we argued a little back and forth and they handed me a bag, with two bottles of water and a bag of popcorn. i told them if I can't get the first floor, cancel my reservations. They said... Okay- you go now... And I did. I stayed in whole other hotel

Hotel rooms are nice but lobby areas and entrance were dirty. Elevators did not work although staff did put signs out for back elevators. I did have to walk down 7 floors to breakfast because I did not know they were down until I waited 10 min for elevator. Rooms were nice but website shows microwaves and refrig in rooms but they do not. Had to wait in line to use one microwave in lobby. Staff were the one shining star but I feel for them having to deal with a Best Western which is not to the standards I expect. I stay in many of them and this one was disappointing.

Older property. Had things with Best Western on it but was Comfort Inn. Room only serviced if you asked front desk despite being there several nights. You need to turn hot water on in shower and come back in 5mins if wanted hot water. Breakfast was okay.

The cheap price is not worth it. No housekeeping or refills for shampoo in 3 night stay. Old brown fruit for breakfast. One elevator working for 10 floors. Broken ice machines, no one answers the phone. Stepped on a sharp large staple in the rug puncturing my foot. Hotel will not issue any sort of compensation or partial refund. Booked through Expedia and they cannot do anything about it. Others have talked about safety, and I'd agree. Homeless people wandering aimlessly nearby and police needed to solve a problem at the hotel while we were there as well. Spend more and stay somewhere else.

Only 1 elevator in service but it is somewhat quick. Asked the front desk for towels and no one came so called down to dront desk and they told us to come down and get them... the tv guide shows alotnof channels but only half worked and when i called the front desk to ask why it says no signal he told me because it raining outside! All i could do was laugh. The beds were comfortable and the room was pleasant.

Our room was spacious and clean. I always appreciate CLEAN!!! However it smelled very strongly like Marijuana!! It was awful! So we spoke to the front desk and they immediately gave us a different room. It was much much better!! No stink! The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. I brought my rice pack along that you put in microwave bc I have neck issues and use the hot pack for my neck, only to discover there were no microwaves in the rooms. It’s a beautiful older motel. The pool is not in use. If it got a little bit of cosmetics done it would be fantastic. You can tell it used to be a high end motel in its day. It was quiet though which was very nice. Walls must be well insulate!

Urge hotel was not full but another room was assigned in the adjoining room to ours. They were loud all night long. We called the front desk and they called but it didn’t help. Unless you’re full don’t pit people right next to each other. We won’t stay again even though it check ed most of our other needs.

You get what you pay for I guess. There were stains on the furniture and bathroom floor. A hook on the back of the door fell off when you hung a towel on it. The elevator was finicky. You can only press the “up” button and you have to wait for a long time. 1 elevator for a building with that many floors was not convenient at all.

Breakfast had limited options. They were out of hot food and we had to wait several minutes before they brought out more. The elevator was weird. For us and others the elevator would go past the floor you selected. Go to a different floor and then go back down to the lobby. Our room looked old. But it was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was bleak. Came down one morning to no hot foods they said they were unavailable that day. Fine cold cereal it is and toast. We had quite a few language barriers as someone entered our room with being requested. When i called down they said they didnt know why someone came in. Fridge has a knockinf noise atleast twice an hour. Ac machine is noisy. During the week when i guess the building is not as occupied it took forever to get warm water. We literally let the shower run for 5 to 10 mins for it to get luke warm.

One elevator. Limited room service. I had to get new towels for myself on the 3rd day. No refrigerator at first, but one was supplied. No soaps on the shower wall. Just unexpected these days. Room curtains do not close all the way. Morning sun comes right in to wake you early.

If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, this is the place. If you’re looking for comfort, find another hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The lobby is updated and the hallways but that’s where the updates end. Only one elevator was working, it was so sketchy and noisy. . If that one wasn’t working, they’d like you to use the stairs. There are 11 floors!! The shower and toilet pressure were awful. I didn’t feel clean afterwards and you had to hold the toilet handle down for 30 seconds to get it to flush. I also found a toenail in the hallway. No microwave or fridge. They used to be here but are no longer a thing. We also didn’t have a remote but we weren’t there to watch tv. Beds were ok. Lots of pillows. They also advertise a free breakfast. That’s a lie because they put a sign out saying no breakfast today. I really like hotel waffles. The upper floor rooms are cramped to move around in. I will never stay here again. I would’ve complained right to them but they didn’t care and I don’t want them to charge my card extra. It also looks like someone tried to break into this room at one point.

The stay felt like a 1 star hotel. The water pressure was low, the batteries for the room access were dead at 11 at night, only one elevator worked, and there was no air conditioning in the hallways. The air in the room was off on an 88 degree day when we arrived.

Elevator up bottom only worked, had to ride all the floors just to go down. lobby trash can overflowed onto floor right at the entrance. check in man was on personal cell phone so had to wait and he just said “reservation?” Nothing else. Asked to add our rewards and he said too late. Then was told breakfast til 10 and myself and two others went down at 8:58 am and he shut the door in our face.

I booked the room weeks in advanced for a trip to the cities, then showed after 8:30 pm when check in was 3 pm only to be told that we had to wait for a room. The front desk worker refused to tell us why we had to wait when we had a reservation set up and continually told us to wait 5 more minutes. After asking again about the reason for delay they admitted no room was ready due to overbooking. After another 10 minutes we were fed up and got ready to leave when they started saying a room was almost ready and to check in. But then the front desk worker insisted I needed to pay a $100 deposit after an extensive wait and being delayed/dismissed multiple times by the front desk saying it would only be 5 more minutes. I booked the room weeks in advanced for a trip to the cities, then showed after 8:30 pm when check in was 3 pm only to be told that we had to wait for a room. The front desk worker refused to tell us why we had to wait when we had a reservation set up and continually told us to wait 5 more minutes. After asking again about the reason for delay they admitted no room was ready due to overbooking. After another 10 minutes we were fed up and got ready to leave when they started saying a room was almost ready and to check in. But then the front desk worker insisted I needed to pay a $100 deposit after an extensive wait and being delayed/dismissed multiple times by the front desk saying it would only be 5 more minutes. My dinner was delivered to the front desk. My room number was on the outside of both bags. Not one phone call. And then when I asked them about that, they said it's not their job I mentioned. Are you not in the hospitality business? Where they continued to argue with me. I was checking on my booking. Just to make sure because I'm old. It was 215I wasn't checking in. They were upset. I tried to explain. I'm just making sure you got confirmation that I have a room. And they said, it's $20 to check-in now. Again, attitude, angry unhospitable. I should have pulled it and went somewhere else

The staff support was awful the dude at the front desk told me and my husband lies and wouldn’t help us and then told us it wasn’t his problem if we went out into the blizzard and then our room didn’t have hot water or heat and they were very disrespectful.

The cheap price is not worth it. No housekeeping or refills for shampoo in 3 night stay. Old brown fruit for breakfast. One elevator working for 10 floors. Broken ice machines, no one answers the phone. Stepped on a sharp large staple in the rug puncturing my foot. Hotel will not issue any sort of compensation or partial refund. Booked through Expedia and they cannot do anything about it. Others have talked about safety, and I'd agree. Homeless people wandering aimlessly nearby and police needed to solve a problem at the hotel while we were there as well. Spend more and stay somewhere else.

When I first checked in there was no one at front desk for several minutes so I went out to eat and came back later. Only one of two elevators was operational but would only go to my floor after several attempt (hint: hold the button continuously to get where you wanna go). Breakfast was the bare minimum they could serve. Positive note room was clean.

Breakfast had limited options. They were out of hot food and we had to wait several minutes before they brought out more. The elevator was weird. For us and others the elevator would go past the floor you selected. Go to a different floor and then go back down to the lobby. Our room looked old. But it was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was bleak. Came down one morning to no hot foods they said they were unavailable that day. Fine cold cereal it is and toast. We had quite a few language barriers as someone entered our room with being requested. When i called down they said they didnt know why someone came in. Fridge has a knockinf noise atleast twice an hour. Ac machine is noisy. During the week when i guess the building is not as occupied it took forever to get warm water. We literally let the shower run for 5 to 10 mins for it to get luke warm.

If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, this is the place. If you’re looking for comfort, find another hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The lobby is updated and the hallways but that’s where the updates end. Only one elevator was working, it was so sketchy and noisy. . If that one wasn’t working, they’d like you to use the stairs. There are 11 floors!! The shower and toilet pressure were awful. I didn’t feel clean afterwards and you had to hold the toilet handle down for 30 seconds to get it to flush. I also found a toenail in the hallway. No microwave or fridge. They used to be here but are no longer a thing. We also didn’t have a remote but we weren’t there to watch tv. Beds were ok. Lots of pillows. They also advertise a free breakfast. That’s a lie because they put a sign out saying no breakfast today. I really like hotel waffles. The upper floor rooms are cramped to move around in. I will never stay here again. I would’ve complained right to them but they didn’t care and I don’t want them to charge my card extra. It also looks like someone tried to break into this room at one point.

When we arrived this weekend we found out that the hotel was condemned 10 days earlier without any prior notification. The reason on the notice was that the elevators were all out of service. We were mostly disappointed that we weren’t notified we couldn’t stay there sooner when we would have had time to make alternate arrangements.
