Pool was so filthy people are writing words in the scum. Scraping words like fart and poop. Super classy. Hot tub was broken but no one mentioned so. I came for the hot tub. Absolute disappointment.

The hotel was very short on staff/service. There was never anyone at the front desk except at check-in time. The hot tub was dirty and the huge air exchange vent in pool room was filthy. We only saw a housekeeper one time in 3 days. It appeared that 3 people were running the place (front desk, breakfast, laundry, maintenence etc.) On a positive note, the breakfast was pretty good and the room was clean.

The desk clerk spoke English as a second language and I had great difficulty understanding him. There was a loud constant noise in the lobby. They said it was from the fireplace. When my spouse watched TV the only quiet place I could go to read was my car. The traffic noise was much quieter than the lobby noise.

Service was top notch, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. My kids enjoyed the waffles at breakfast and the lobby is nice. The facilities and the rooms are a bit run down. My clock hadn't been updated for the time change. There were no weights in the fitness room and one treadmill was broken. None of the ice machines on the floors worked. My pillows were yellowed and lumpy.

Dirty and not well maintained. The hallway had huge scuffs done the walls and missing pieces of drywall. Pool was dark and they hold unannounced swimming lessons that limit paying guest pool access. We had popcorn in our ac unit from the previous occupant, and when I called down to the front desk, they didn’t seem too surprised, but someone did come up to the room and remove some of the aforementioned popcorn. It didn’t get any better from there.

The hotel was poorly run overall. The bathroom in our room was no larger than a closet and the shower was filthy. The advertised workout facility was a joke. Four machines crammed into a small room and only one worked. Would not stay there again.

There was a constant beeping in the lobby. The hot tub didn’t work. Only 1 of the four ice machines worked. A child who was with us just walked up to the desk and got a new key to one of our friends rooms. No questions asked. The tub floor in our room was “squishy”. 10/10 won’t stay again.

Overall we had a good sleep. Upon arrival, we noticed that the refrigerator and microwave had not been cleaned. They were dirty inside and out. There was also a big patch on the ceiling that was taped and mudded, but unfinished. I do have to say that the bed, pullout, floors, and bathroom were overall clean. Clean sheets/blanket, no crumbs on floor. We had a large deck off of the room which was nice. The pool area was alright. Half of the jets in the hot tub were not working, but the temperature of the hottub and pool were very nice. Breakfast area was nice. Great coffee. It was good, but not excellent, as the other reviews are saying.

The shower head was black and orange, covered in mold and mildew. The tall mirror was filthy; it made me sick until I washed it. The bed frame was broken or partially disassembled, so I had to shift the steel around until it seemed safe. The desk chair had a peculiar stain. Otherwise, it was a mostly clean and comfortable stay.

This hotel needs a serious refresh in the rooms. Staff didn't seem to care and room cleanliness was very questionable. Blankets had hair on them and didn't looked cleaned at all.

Needs to be better cleaned inside and out. Old mattresses need to be removed from outside by parking lot. We experienced a lot of issues with getting hot water in our room. This property definitely needs some major updates and a deep clean. The tile in the bathroom had major dirt on it and you could clearly see it hadnt been properly cleaned.

The mattress was comfortable, location good, front staff efficient and courteous. The pillows are terrible - soft and shapeless or hard and unforgiving. Several of the bath towels were yellow stained. The bathroom floor had black buildup of something that was at least six inches deep to the baseboards. The shower leaked - not from the shower curtain but from the floor and water ran all across the floor. The toilet wouldn't stop running after being flushed. We had to take the tank lid off each time and guide the float so it would not continuously run. When you sat on the toilet, the whole thing moved; the shim they tried to use to level it was not effective. There were multiple patches in the walls that were unpainted so obvious. I am extremely surprised they rented this room in this condition as the remainder of the hotel did not seem in disrepair. The breakfast was no less than nasty - old, dried out bread products, scrambled eggs in cubes that disintegrated when trying to get on the fork, limited beverages. We left and purchased breakfast elsewhere.

One of the absolute worst *hotels* we have ever stayed at. The TVs didn't work (switched rooms and neither did), the breakfast was at best a matter for the health department to intervene in, everything was run down, and dirty.

We have stayed there before due to its proximity to Chanhassen dinner theatre. Great breakfast and nice beds , pool are great for our needs . Price was awesome. Our bedside lamp didn’t go on so maybe attention to detail was missing.Other than that , we’d go again.

The room was as bright as outside at 5:30 in the morning. There are no curtains but just a see-through shade that pulls down. I hung a blanket over the window which didn't help. Got very little sleep.

First impressions good - fast checkin and nice clean lobby - very inviting with the big fireplace. Once you get to the elevator, it turns into very worn and outdated. The room was just average - toilet didn’t flush right, and there were not enough power plugs or usb charging ports. The tv is bigger than expected and hung on the wall where all cables hang down - looks tacky. The sheets on the bed looked beat up and there were a few visible stains. Breakfast was better than most other hotels I stayed at, and very good coffee. The price I paid was average, so I guess I got my money’s worth.

The night clerk was not friendly at all. No pool towels available. When we asked there were only 3 as the rest were being washed. One of the 2 room keys did not work even after being reprogrammed. I would stay again but hope for friendly service

The Young lady at the desk when we arrived was wonderful and helpful. However, the person working with the night shift was not. Our TV was broken and we called too have it fixed. No one came or responded, they just said “OK”. It was pretty clean, but definitely outdated. Not the worst experience, but I wouldn’t book here again

My room had no lock on the door or windows, on a ground level room. The man working check in did not ask to see any ID when checking me in which did not make me feel very safe. Overall not a great hotel, would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

This hotel was unsafe. Key was given to a room already occupied. Staff was not responsive when made aware of the situation. Instead staff acted as if it were our fault. Management conveniently was not able to speak with us. Instead, a young person was told to offer us a 20 dollar discount. 100 percent awful hotel experience. Do not risk it, stay at a different hotel. Brides and grooms, do not list this as an option for your family or friends.

It's a great place to stay. This is a great place to stay. Stayed here 2 days and 2 nights. Very clean and quiet. The staff is awesome. They have a great breakfast room with decent selections. There's a Houlihans restaurant right next door they serve great lunch and dinner food. I highly recommend this hotel.😊
