Everything was overall mostly great! The guy checking us in to our room was very informative and helpful. We picked this hotel because it was one of the few nicer ones and had a hot tub. However the hot tub Jetts didn’t work very well and the water was barley warm very disappointing.

The room smelled musty the whole time. I tried opening the window for a bit but as soon as I turned the a/c on, it made the room smell. The shower drain was clogged but did get it fixed on our last night. Overall, it wasn’t the original room we booked and when we asked to switch, they said it wasn’t an option. Staff was very nice. Hot tub, pool, and gym were clean and great. Parking was very easy.

Overall is nice place, but we were told that if we stay 4 nights we won’t have service for the room. I just don’t understand why are other people staying in the hotel same as others but not everyone is equally served. We received no towels change neither other things. Breakfast not included, we only had it ones and more expensive than just eating breakfast at Panera or any other place. Would probably choose another hotel next time. Than serve their rooms no matter how long you stay.

Very nice hotel in a great location. So many things nearby including coffee and grocery, and convenient to the hwy. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We’ll stay there again when visiting family in the area.

Towels were not replaced everyday. Beds not made up everyday. They have a shortage of workers and problems hiring. They only make up the room every fourth day. This was unsatisfactory without a serious discount.

Avoid room 101 ... it's very noisy next to an exterior door to the parking lot and you can hear the guests above walking across the room, and the shower running. We also had rain hitting some metal on our window (it was oddly loud). **Guest Service** peeps were great... especially breakfast on 5/18 we were in a hurry and she was super accommodating. We will return!

Room was very clean, but ASK FOR A ROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR! There must be no insulation between, as we stayed on the second floor and were woken up extremely early to the sound of the people above us either bowling or practicing dismounts. It was sooooo loud, and none us were able to sleep past that point, including my children.

Rooms are clean and spacious and beds are comfy. They allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated! Great location within walking distance of Target, Walgreens, and several restaurants. Maybe a 15-minute drive from the airport, far enough away to not have to deal with all the noise of planes taking off and landing. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan!

The room itself was good, but the atmosphere was lacking. Throughout my 8 day stay there was a constant loud banging/footstep noise coming from the room above, 24 hours a day. When I spoke to another guest, they mentioned similar if not identical sounds. It was so loud that even when I put on a fan as white noise, the banging was still clear as a bell. I required the shuttle for work and one day the shuttle was an hour late to pick us up.

Room was great even had lil towel dolls on the bed to greet us. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Hotel entry was under a bit of construction but service was still good. They charge for breakfast but we knew that and skipped it. (You can also purchase supper.) Great location by a Target, Starbucks, movie theater, and more. Pool and hot tub were been used as we left in the morning and looked nice too. We saw shuttle and multiple vehicles for the airport parked in back. We didn’t need though.

We loved the outside seating area. Beautiful mornings to sit outside and enjoy the coffee from the lobby. Loved all the windows in the lobby -- so bright and beautiful. Staff -- so VERY friendly and helpful!

It was located very well, close to dining, fast food, shopping, & highways. Unfortunately, the night we were there, someone was tramping loudly in the hallways from about 11PM to 3 AM. We should have called the desk but did not.

I travel a lot for work. I had just stayed at a Hilton in Ankeny a few days prior and it was beautiful. This one was old, run down or not updated at all. The continental breakfast was $15 a person and looked no different than what we had for free just a few days prior. We didn't stay. Left a few hours after checking in. Staff was super nice though, not their fault. Just no money going back into the place.
