The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. One thing though, the tv remote would not turn on the tv. This wasn’t a big deal, since I cut cable awhile ago and am use to no tv.

The hottub in our room was nice.

For the price it was worth it. The room was very nice and everything was new. The jacuzzi worked and was very spacious. As for sound proof I wouldn’t say we couldn’t hear other noise as the room next to us played music at 1am but it was muffled enough that when we layed down it didn’t bother us & was able to fall asleep still. Anytime we asked for extra things we needed the front desk was very kind and got it for us. From check in to check out the staff was great. Would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable!

The room was great, zero problems there. The staff at night was extremely rude and came to our door around 9pm accusing us of smoking in the room, which we were not. Our room was right next to the side door & we noticed later the ashtray outside was right below our window which I had opened due to hot flashes. Not only that but it's freezing out & we seen about 8 people stand right in the side door and smoke. He made us give him $100 deposit & said he'd call the cops if he came back. I have stayed in over 200 hotels in multiple different states and not 1 time have we had that happen. I will not be back there, and it's unfortunate because the room was amazing. The next day the lady was very nice, came to our room & said it was perfect, no issues. She gave us the $100 back and apologized.
