The property had a great lobby and breakfast area. The pool area is a bit dirty and the pool water was disgusting. The hot tub had way too many chemicals in it and I couldn’t stand it in my eyes. They need to learn how to take care of pools/hot tub and not limit it to 10pm. They had someone come and close it down. Spend more time in how to service it properly! Rooms were nice but had a musty smell due to no fans in the rooms. Bathroom and showers were excellent but again no fan to air out the moisture. Very convenient to outlet mall and downtown was quick to get to.

All rooms in this property are suites. Ours had a king bed with ample room in the adjoining space. The breakfast room was spacious and welcoming, the food was the usual and well tended. Our group used the space in the later evening as well. Parking was handy and they offered a shuttle service as well. All in all a very nice weekend.

First room smelt like cigarettes, asked for a different room. Got moved to one that smelt better, but not after feeling like it was a major inconvenience by front desk. Room was dirty, crumbs all over couch and literal gobs of hair on the shower wall (will post a picture if I can.) Poor was so cold and filthy, kids even said they were taking their goggles off so they did t have to see all the stuff floating in it. We only swam 20-30 mins before one was so grossed out by “chunks” touching her lips when she tried swimming under water. Chemical levels must have been off as well as they had red eyes and itchy skin after. Breakfast was great, beds were clean and fairly comfortable.

We loved our stay staff is kind rooms are spavious. A few negatives the loud people slamming doors across the way and the over an hour wait on a shuttle when we were told 20 minutes and had to call repeatedly as we were all freezing.

We did not know that we had to pay extra for the Shuttle to the airport & parking at the hotel because we booked through Hotels.com. Otherwise, our stay was excellent-good breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff, very clean accommodations.

I encountered three different staff during our one night stay. Each were unpleasant, not helpful and bordered on being rude. Breakfast was ok. Room was old. Bathroom had mold. Fire sprinkler was full of cobwebs. Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport, was told it would take 25 minutes

Some staff was amazing, others were lacking customer service skills. Breakfast was ok if you like microwaved food, yogurt bread and cereal. Dining area was small for the amount of guests trying to eat. Room was spacious and mostly clean but bed was uncomfortable and had a lot of wear. Mold growth and cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

Booked for the size of the room for our family of 4 which was great with the seating area. We were on the main floor, can clearly hear footsteps from room above. Room had AC but there was no air exchange so room became stuffy very fast, no working fan in bathroom. The window was able to open small amount which helped. Pool was small which was okay for hotel of this size, hot tub was more like a warm tub.. Beds and pillows were good so overall comfortable place to stay with a family.

The floors in room where we stayed - 216- were noticeably uneven in several places. I shared this with the front desk and I think they thought I was crazy. The “pull out couch” is nothing but a creepy trundle bed. My son slept on the couch instead of in the bed. It was very strange. We would not stay here again,

My recommendation is, do not make any special requests as they will give you the exact opposite. Since I am a very light sleeper, I requested a quiet room away from the expressway and away from the elevator, preferably on the top floor. I was given the closest room to the elevator on the side closest to the expressway, on the middle floor. Very thin walls, so I could here all of the guests on their phones getting on and off the elevator, as well the guest above us stomping across the floor late at night and early in the morning. The hotel was fairly empty, so no other options was not a viable excuse.

I thought that this was a nice property, clean and convenient. My only issue was that you can hear a fair bit of noise from other guests. I would suggest staying on the top floor, and use white noise. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. My suite had a separate area with a couch and desk which was very nice.

When we got in the front desk woman took a long time to check us in, when we got to the room, it wasn’t what we booked. Went back down and she said, you need to call Travelocity. We asked for a print out of what was booked and she said it was a Queen, we wanted a printout, she couldn’t do it so I asked for the keys back and she wouldn’t give them back and after asking four times she slammed them into my hand. Room was big but dirty and beds made our backs hurt. Worst hotel experience ever! I booked through hotels.com not Travelocity. The lady needs customer service training!

Wow! Kiara (sp?) at the front desk was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and courteous. She went above and beyond to be helpful and to make sure my many concerns and questions were addressed. I’m seriously blown away… I travel a lot. And so many front desk people just go through the motions. - Not so with this gal. Thank you!!! Airport shuttle crew were also amazingly helpful and kind.

Me and my boyfriend stay here quite frequently. We have never really had any “serious” issues up until this last time. We got woken up at 6am by a family in a room near us. After we had a late check in the night before. My boyfriend called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do. He was being polite, and was talking calmly to Lynette, who was working the front desk. And she jumped down his throat and said that she was “sick of hearing his voice.” Completely uncalled for. Rude, and so unprofessional. It completely caught him off guard. Considering that we paid over $100 for one night of sleep, and didn’t get to sleep hardly at all, And then to have your employee respond to him rude like that?! Ridiculous. We have been loyal guests with you for quite some time now, but now after we were disrespected like that, we will never be returning again. Completely unnecessary.

When we checked in, the front desk person didn’t even acknowledge us for 5-10 minutes as we awkwardly stood there waiting to get checking in. The rest of the stay was great, but the staff at the front desk and breakfast areas weren’t very friendly. The website stated it slept 4, but the pull out couch was an uncomfortable trundle for 1, so the 4th person was on the couch. Unfortunately no one slept well. Hot tub was nice and hot albeit a little extra chlorinated for my eyes and lungs. The breakfast spread was fabulous and even included GF options!

A reminder to the front desk, staff that a smile and a greeting goes a long way to people who have traveled all day. We had to make a last-minute reservation. I used Travelocity and was treated poorly because I didn’t do it through the Marriott website.

We chose this property for its location near 35E, which was great for our planned excursions to Excel Energy Center, Twin Cities Premium Outlets and Costco, which we were able to get to in short trips. The facility itself was clean, although the heavy use of scented cleaners/deodorizers was uncomfortable for this allergy sufferer, causing me to spend two nights stuffed up and sneezing. The complementary breakfast was stocked with the basics, leaning towards "prefab" rather than prepared fresh.

We liked everything except the breakfast was lacking in one area, no waffles except on weekends! Otherwise the breakfast was excellent. Cereal toppings were plentiful; raisins, cranberries, apricots, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, chocolate chips etc. There was also a spinach quiche besides the scrambled eggs and meat. The exercise equipment was all working well too. The room was large and had two TV’s. The area felt safe and quiet. Overall a good choice!

The breakfast was disappointing. There was a huge line for the waffle maker that extended along the whole breakfast area making the food inaccessible for others. Muffin was frozen in the middle. Eggs were tasteless. Just a new system or a few more waffle makers
