Breakfast was fair. Eggs and sausage/bacon.

The pool doesn’t work. The streaming didn’t work

Very friendly staff. Best shower water pressure I’ve experienced. Spacious, comfortable room with lofty ceiling. Will definitely stay again.

The pool and hot tub were closed indefinitely. Staff seemed over-worked. We were told there would be intermittent, at best, room service. There was some room service. It seemed to pick up more throughout the stay The same pieces of garbage remained on the hallway and stairwell floor our entire stay. Garbage cans outside were overflowing.

Pool was closed for maintenance. A guest said they heard it may be closed until August. Breakfast was difficult as there were multiple sports teams staying and only 1 waffle maker. I and another guest waited in line 20 minutes to make 1 waffle each. By then there was hardly any batter left. We asked if there was more but we were told no because they were closing. Two machines would have helped speed this up and solved that problem especially when there were SO many kids staying there. Otherwise I thought the lobby and my room were nice. I didn't use the gym or any other amenities. Also I was charged $5 plus tax to park on their parking lot and no one mentioned they charge for parking. I didn't find out until I saw an email receipt after my departure. It's the suburbs so why the charge?
