Had to go down right away to get my key card made because it wasn’t made right the first time. The tiles in the bathroom were coming off and tripped on them.

Bed sheets weren't washed, found women's hair all over them. Beds themselves felt like sleeping on cardboard. They didn't have roll away beds as advertised. Breakfast was just toast and waffles. The pool is gone, filled in with concrete. Parking lot is not ideal, very small. There's a cultural barrier with the staff, all Indian/Middle Eastern workers that are never around or watching cricket on the lobby TV on the clock.

If I could rate a zero I would. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You first walk in it’s honestly promising then you are met with a not professional front desk agent not a pleasant welcoming. He tells you your room number but gives you no instructions on how to get to your room the room was a joke fan taped to the ceiling, punched hole in the door marker on the mirror trash in trashcan lights didn’t work go down to get a new room just for the second rooms to have bugs. Definitely don’t recommend staying here as a front desk agent myself I thought giving this hotel a try even due to the low rating would not be bad but this was horrible.

Clean rooms and hallways. The continental breakfast could’ve been a little bit more variety. It was just toast and jelly and I believe there was some apple juice and orange juice and maybe some coffee. Other than that it was a great stay. I would booked a room there again.

The lobby is misleading as it looks like the rooms would be somewhat close to the cleanliness and updates the lobby shows. When checking in she had to make a phone call to get our keys made and then we were given the wrong room; just your average standard two queen bed room but we paid for a 2 bedroom suite and when brought to the front desk ladies attention she was very rude and had already had keys made for the room we were supposed to be in. Upon entry to the room we noticed a foul smell, and just how very messy it was. We spent probably 2 hours if not more cleaning the room just to be comfortable enough to unpack our belongings and hopefully get some sleep -the mess was so bad I assumed it hasn't been cleaned in about 2 months or so(although when checking in she made it a point to state multiple times 'do not make a mess'). The tub had built up soap scum but still had a slime to it, there were crumbs, lots of hair, dirt and a ton of dead roaches all over every floor, gunk and leftover mess from prior guests on every counter, dresser and night stand surfaces; the fridge and microwave had not been wiped out and had old food in it-microwave had a foul foul smell which we concluded made the room stink like it did. Lamps either had no lampshade or broken ones, lights bulbs were caked with yellow film, the bathroom fan and the fan that is to move air from the back bedroom to the front of the other bedroom/common area didn't work and the beds had looked slept in and just remade.
