Good location, easy access.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The beds were comfortable

Parking was safe, close walk to bars and restaurants

Room didn’t have real shelves or counter space in the restroom and the water pressure on the waaaay light side. The staff had a laundry room CONNECTED to our room and were EXTREMELY loud with music, television and loud bangs against the wall. I would suggest guests not ever stay in a connected room with a staff room. Way too loud and not relaxing.

The facility was comfortable and staff pleasant, kind, and helpful. The hotel had a near fancy feel to it, with the lovely smell of the pool area welcoming one upon arrival (I genuinely loved the plants and pool area). Unfortunately, the pool was too cold for even the kids to enjoy. The hot tub was fairly warm and comfortable but could have been hotter . Was more like a bathtub feel than hot tub. Never needed to get out or cool off. Comfortable but just not quite warm enough to feel therapeutic for long. Restaurant and bar was good. Service was wonderful and prices fair
