TownePlace Suites Minneapolis West/St. Louis Park

We stayed for 2 nights and had not stayed here previously. The staff were friendly starting at check-in (the woman who checked us in was named Ruby I think?), and they even gave my son a free ice cream for his birthday. The place felt secure, as a guest card was needed at every major door. The room was clean and nice. The amenities were nice but not used- as the outdoor pool was not open yet. The continental breakfast was really nice; I appreciated the oatmeal bar. :)

This place surprised us. We pulled up in a snow storm and were concerned by the look of the two buildings what we may be walking into. We were pleasantly surprised! Room was clean and spacious and the lobby had refreshments such as hot chocolate and toppings! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. We discovered it was near a cute shopping center as well. We’d stay here again. Hopefully not during a blizzard!

They have full breakfast here. It says its a continental breakfast but it is actually a full breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurt, etc.

we had old clothes that a possible old guest left there. There was trash and smoke butts all over the yard. There was no parking available. The rooms were nasty gross not clean would never go back. Would not take it there.

Parking easy and safe. Location great!
