Although it was downtown, there wasn't many amenities around the property in terms of restaurants it didn't seem. We attended a concert and because the parkade was also used for concert goers and the hotel is actually located a few floors up, the only real access was via elevator. 2 of the 4 elevators were working after the concert, so it was an absolute train wreck trying to get people up to the parkade and to the hotel. There were so many frustrated and angry people trying to access the elevator. I could not imagine waiting in that line if you were elderly, had a disability or other limitations. Not convenient at all and would most likely not stay here again because of this issue.

The only let down was the no pool/hot tub situation. When I was looking to reserve a hotel that was one of my filters and this hotel came up as having both, so to get there and find out they were closed permanently was unfortunate!😞

Was told that breakfast was free, but then another said it was an extra charge, so we didn't go down to it. The hotel elevators were crazy to try to get back to the hotel after a concert we went to. Would have loved a stairs option, but were told there was none. That made it stressful waiting and waiting and waiting to get on an elevator. Room was very nice though.

Breakfast was alright. Hot and cold and plenty of options. Parking was good and safe but expensive. Great placement in the city.
