The elevator to the parking garage was not working when we checked out. The front desk was NOT helpful. It didn't belong to the hotel so not her problem. Other then that the stay was fine.

Parking was a little difficult, but once we found the Lasalle garage everything was easy and well marked. Walkable to many dining and drinking establishments. The full kitchen was a major bonus.

Hot water went out at night on last day. It happens, but had to wait until morning to shower, then had to rush to check out afterward. Immediate area is walkable, but sky bridges close very early. Street outside was very cold with people asking for money. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the sky bridges should stay open longer for people who don’t want to call it a night @ 6pm… On-site parking is $23/day with no obvious alternatives. Expensive, but not egregious. In-room kitchen was clean and functional. Shower door is installed in an inconvenient position. Impossible to have both shower door and bathroom door open at the same time.

When I got there I turned on the water it came out black bathroom and kitchen then it cleared up. Had to go buy bottle water cause I didn't want to drink it or brush my teeth with it. Kinda gross

We stayed at the Marriot Residence Inn over New Years and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. For being very busy for New Years we didn't hear any outside noise. I've stayed at many hotels over my travels and must say this hotel was perfect.

Staff was great, but the breakfast seem like no one kept up with that stuff ran out and wasn’t replace was kind of a mess. On the morning of my check out around 8 AM started hearing dripping sound and noticed there was a leak coming from the vent above the toilet. When I let the girl at the front desk know she didn’t seem surprised and said there was a leak in the upper room, and it must have went through.

We were there for my son’s graduation. We hadn’t seen him for several months and looked forward to sitting down together and watching hockey. We turn the TV on and…nothing. We call the front desk, and he told us to unplug the TV and plug it in again. This time the TV comes on, but says “no signal”. My husband fidgeted with it, found a loose connection, and got it going- a half hour later. The staff was great and knowledgable. Problem with the fan in the bathroom (noisy) and the TV did not work in the main area. Front desk explained me the "reboot" scenario, which didnt work. I explained both issues to the front desk agent upon departure

Couldn’t find the parking area. Ended up in a parking garage at a bank. Had to pay $9 to get out however the doors to exit were locked. We were locked inside for 30 minutes. I was crying. Front desk wasn’t any help. We couldn’t find hotel entrance gps took us on the other side of the block. Need to let people know where to park. Show a picture of the parking area. It was a nightmare!!!!!

I stayed 3 nights. No housekeeping. No water at the gym or lobby. Breakfast was average. We asked for a late checkout and unable to accommodate. Front desk was not too friendly. A guess asked the front desk how she was doing, big sigh from the front desk. Front desk is not a happy person. So unprofessional.

The free breakfast was the best part! The front desk employee was incredibly unfriendly and surely. The room set-up is just awful. The bathroom is in the bedroom so my child slept on a terribly thin mattress and would have to come in our separate bedroom to use the bathroom. I suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

This was in a great location and met our needs. However many of our Lyft drivers said the Nicollet Mall area downtown is not safe after dark and especially on the weekend. So just keep that in mind. For instance, Target closes at 8pm. But despite all that, our hotel was great.

The property itself was great. The staff was friendly, very clean, and the hot breakfast was very good.The only negative with our room, absolutely no view. But they may offer rooms with a view if that is something that is important to you. Safety was a concern around the property.I know big cities can have unsafe areas, so this was not a huge surprise. The area was well policed at almost every corner. In one day we witnessed 3 OD's, and another a huge fight early evening around 8pm. Be aware if walking on the street level. When in doubt grab an Uber or Lyft. I wish we had looked into the skywalk system more as that seemed pretty safe the one time we utilzed it. Note- There are some very nice stores and high end restaurants in this area. So this is not to deter anyone, just be cautious!

This property was in a great location for restaurants and to walk to the convention center. However, there are a lot of unhoused people on the streets nearby which made me feel a bit unsafe as I was traveling alone. It was also very dirty. Trash, feces, etc on the sidewalks. Police did have a presence outside but not at all times.

There was no dish washing soap for the three items e used. Had to run dishwasher instead. No view, only office bldg and parking ramp. If we were staying more than one night, I would have asked for a different room. Price was too high for that room. Food was cold, ran out quickly, coffee kept running out due to only one urn. It was empty immediately each time brought out. No butter for toasted items.

The hotel overall was good. Room was clean, the location was very convenient and walking distance to Target Field and bars/retaurants. Couple knocks: breakfast was the same everyday, and toaster was nearly broken even though I brought it to the staffs attention.

The room was nice and clean but the mattress pad and fitted sheet came off the bed a few times during the night. Breakfast could've been better because when we arrived for it, they were out of eggs, orange juice and coffee, along with half/half and milk for the coffee. Eventually the eggs, juice and coffee got replenished but the coffee dairy products didn't during our entire meal.
