the room smelled weird. like wet or plumbing or something. there were a few families that had effectively turned the hot tub into a kiddie pool- probably 12 kids or so swimming around in the spa tub making it completely unusable

The hotel has seem to go downhill. We have always used and loved this hotel while traveling to the cities. This time was NOT the case. The air conditioning in our room didn’t get below 71 degrees even though we had it set to 65. The room was Old and outdated. 2 of the 3 treadmills in the fitness center were broken and unusable but didn’t even have out of order signs on them. The hot tub was lukewarm and was filthy. We will not be back unfortunately.

The upkeep of the hotel lacks. The cleanliness is really awful from stains all over the room to the wall chipping. Small bathroom, shower rod hits the door type small. Pool area needs upkeep from chipping to food left all over floor, just gross. The outside traffic and weed smell is extremely off putting. Wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it.

Property looked very nice. Our room was not clean upon check in- we were tight for time and didn’t have time to deal with going back to front desk to issue a complaint. Trashes has not been emptied and there will pills on the ground. Bathroom fan did not work. Room and hallway to room smelled strong of marijuana (may have been isolated incidence with nearby room occupants) but when AC turned on, smell of marijuana was much more prominent. Pool deck was slimy— not sure what that was about. Check in was fast and efficient. Parking was fairly awful— came and left property several times over our stay and each time we had to do several laps through the parking lot to find an open spot. All the lights burned out in one of the three conveniently located elevators— there were 6 lights— not sure how they could all be burned out and not noticed by staff. Our room was not cleaned during the day when we were out and about.

I stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. This time I found the staff at the front desk aloof and not welcoming. My room was ok but needs to be renovated, especially the bathroom. It had rust in various places, bathtub wasn’t clean, there was a large cobweb very visible under the sink, and I found trash in the room upon arrival. The beds and pillows were very comfortable though.

When checking in, the room was already paid in advance and this seemed to confuse the guy checking us in after handing us the room key I asked the best way to get to our room and he just pointed and said the rooms were "that way". After grabbing our bags we went back in and found elevators that did not go to our floor as it was 21st not 2nd like we thought which wasnt told to us either. Get to our room and there was eye make up trash and a dirty q tip on the floor. Told the front desk and they said it was late and they would have our room cleaned the next day. It was cleaned when we went out but the same mentioned garbage was still on the floor. Upon checkout I told then I was not impressed and that since I booked through expedia there was nothing they could do to fix it. Will never stay at another hilton after this all around poor experience.

Our poolside room was not actually poolside nor did it even have a window to look outside. We were literally looking at an elevated platform which had events so we weren’t even able to open our curtain without people staring into the room. The room was dark and depressing because there were only 3 dimlit lamps in the actual room area. Even getting it at a discounted price through Expedia I think I paid too much.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The hotel was very clean and updated. We went for our daughters birthday and enjoyed the pool and large hot tub the most. Unfortunately, the beds were small doubles, so it made sharing very tight. Also, the walls are thin so you could hear everything in the hallway, including our neighbors loud music and slamming doors.

I was expecting a better experience when I arrived through the lobby. There was paint chipped on the walls, the office chair was fringing bad, the beds were sunken in the middle and very squeaky. The A/C didn’t do much as it’s one that’s controlled in the wall (my least favorite type). Maybe I wasn’t paying attention all that much in the details but we booked a double bed room and I was expecting at least a queen/full size, instead it was a twin XL?? Which made it not easy to share a bed when it’s sinking towards the middle.. This hotel needs an upgrade for sure. Service was okay, just told us where to find the elevator and that was pretty much it.

Checking in was ridiculous. There were two people checking in, but those same two people were also checking people out if they wanted to buy a water or what not. Mind you, there’s about 10 to 15 people in line trying to check in. At it was at 10pm. I could not believe how busy this hotel was. The rooms were just mediocre no curtains no carpet nothing special the air barely worked during the day and then it was freezing at night. The breakfast was great with real bacon and eggs. Pool area nice.

I had such a bad experience staying here. The customer service provided was awful. The systems were down from 2am until 3pm and no one could get checked in. We were given contradicting information regarding being able to get manually checked in and then told we could not after we left where we were so we could get checked in, while we witnessed multiple people getting manually checked in and given room keys. We wanted to check in early seeing how our flight arrived early but couldn’t do so with the system outage. The staff were very short and seemed to be irritated with the mess that was going on. Multiple guests had been waiting to check in since 2am and could not. Once we were checked in we were given the wrong type of room (1 king bed when we paid for 2 queen beds in an oversized room). Upon getting to the room we noticed it was not oversized and the beds were a double standard room. We were so tired and had no energy to go tell them yet again they did not give us what we paid for. We stayed only one night and it was so noisy due to some sort of championship thing going on with kids that were staying there. Definitely wish we could have stayed elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone we love.

The property was extremely busy. The entrance and lobby trashcans were overflowing at 3pm. There was a line of people to check in and only 2 employees to check guests into the hotel. The front desk employee gave us incorrect directions on how to get to our room. We had to ask a janitor how to get to our room because the building is laid out very confusing and there were no signs.

Front desk lady did not say “welcome” or “hello” or “thank you” once while checking in. She acted like I was an inconvenience for her. The lady bar tender that served me on two nights was fantastic! The pool side rooms with fold down crappy mattresses was not good so had to change rooms and had a helpful gentlemen do that for me while the lady still acted annoyed that she had to work that day.

Handicap room is not handicap accessible for someone with a wheelchair when trying to get in the room and into the bathroom. The door is heavy and cannot be propped open, however, moving around the room there was enough space for my wheelchair. Room was very dusty, fridge was dirty and smelled bad, the heater was very loud, and housekeeping asked us to leave the room at 9:00 am so they could clean, even though check out isn’t until 10:00am. No free breakfast but they do have a Starbucks in the lobby.

The room needs an upgrade. Very basic. What tv doesn't have Netflix or other streaming services anymore? The restaurant only served $15 sandwiches. Better like tgifridays because that's about all there is. Toilet made weird noise, sink backed up, and water came out cloudy. Meh room.

Bathroom had pipes exposed no drawers no blow dryer, room had no USB outlets for a business hotel, called for room service no one answered, called the front desk no one answered for a long time, no room service menus, no information given about pool hours, we had figure it on our own. Lady with the mustache was eating/talking in back while the line was getting longer at the front to purchase items at ur little corner store. Some ppl were checking in the back to see if anyone was working. Very disappointed in this Hilton

Do not stay here. To start- no valet available, no concierge, no one to help you to your room, no room service available, restaurant not open. All of these I can understand as staffing issues. However, I cannot look past the state of our room. The floors were dirty, I found broken glass on the floor. There was dried blood on the bathtub, and the bathroom walls. There was dirt and dust thick on hardware. There were ants marching across the bathroom floor. The leather headboard had (god knows what) dried substance covering it. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We couldn’t leave fast enough.

The room was clean & odor free. 20th floor. There were no extreme signs of wear & tear. Lots of pillows with varying comfortability. The bed was comfortable as well. TV stations were normal for a motel. Check-in was simple & the staff knew their business & hassle free. Free cookie was delicious! Parking had no extra fee. Nice restaurant in house. I'd choose this hotel again.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The refrigerator was broken and leaked water onto the floor. The tv did not work.
