Continental breakfast was provided, however it was a muffin, a bagel, or some Cheerios. There was only one juice working not a big deal. Our door handle fell off at the end of our visit. We just put it back on. Elevator was out of order but easy to get to the second floor. Overall it was good for what we needed. Just a place to sleep before we headed back home minimal amenities, but budget friendly and staff was very friendly.

The room was fine for the price for sure. However I looked to see if there was a fitness center before booking and it was listed as them having one. I went downstairs to ask and they told me it was on the 2nd floor and proceeded to make me a key for the fitness center. When I got up there there were tools and dirty mats and brooms everywhere all over the equipment. Nothing was usable or plugged in, I feel as if it was a mistake that someone gave me a key to enter. Looked like a construction area.

Just what I needed without the frills. The staff were super courteous. There were some issues with doors not accessible and the ice machine didn't work. But they were not a real problem.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. When I went to turn on the faucet in the bathroom, the water came out black. The lining of the bathtub was flaking revealing black underneath it. There was a heavy amount of allergen in the room and no air conditioning in the hallways. I ended up checking out two days early and going to a hotel down the street.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Microtel. We arrived exactly at the 3:00pm check-in time and were told no rooms were ready, despite being assured on the phone earlier that early check-in wouldn’t be an issue. We were asked to return in 15 minutes, and even then the room still wasn’t ready. Staff were polite but clearly disorganized and unprepared. The excuse given was that only 3 cleaners were available to clean 60 rooms—which felt unprofessional to share with guests. When we finally got to our room, the condition was disappointing: stained carpet, dirty-looking sheets, and a bathroom mirror framed with duct tape. We checked out the next morning and won’t be returning. Great location, but the hotel desperately needs better upkeep and management.

Avoid at all costs! You have to be let in through a bolted door which says a lot about the neighborhood. Lots of activity at night. Very suspicious “headboard” design behind bed that looks exactly like a two way mirror. I can’t confirm this is the case but be wary. Walls are paper thin so neighbor’s tv feels like it’s in your room. Tv is smaller and pixelated. Worst of all, in the morning I saw a big bug crawling across counter. Caught it and thought it was gross but I can be understanding. But then, I saw a tiny one in my bed, so now I have to do bedbug protocols before going into my home. Overall it’s not worth saving the few dollars. Usually I have good luck with Microtels but this one is an exception. As a lone traveling woman I did not feel safe at this establishment. Only pros were that the lobby seemed updated (nice enough at least) and front desk clerk was very friendly.

I received 3 large bug bites after staying one night here was supposed to stay two night paid for two night but left after the first night. The hallways smelled very clean but the room didn’t also seem ants in the bathroom

The room definitely did not look like what they promote in the pictures. The sheets were stained and also the pillow cases. The carpet had burnt spots all over and the bathroom tub looked old. Also there was dust all around the window.

Rooms were very gross. One bed had a red stain on the sheets, and little flies on the bed and desk (not bed bugs but still very gross) bathrooms definitely could use a renovation, they were also pretty gross and run down looking

You get what you pay for...eveything looks old and rundown. Elevator was acting up and tv was so tiny they might as well have not bothered to put one up. The mini fridge was on the ground and barely worked, just took up space. Cheap stay but don't expect to be comfortable and I wouldn't stay there more than 1 day.

The front desk people weren’t that friendly, but it may have been a cultural thing because they were all Indian. The bathroom had mold in the shower, which we think is why the room stunk a little bit. The maid staff was very friendly, even though they didn’t speak much English. The beds were the best part because they were so comfortable!

I’ve stated other Microtel before, but this one was pretty shabby and old. The room was also slightly smaller than normal and the “desk“ was almost nonexistent, and desperately need of repair. The power went out due to a storm, and though the electricity came on a few minutes later, Wi-Fi and any television service were completely gone for the rest of my stay. There was no apology about it, just a shrug of the shoulders. The morning “breakfast“ was pretty bad, look like it was thrown together, and definitely on the cheap. The people at the front desk were bored, jaded, and just going through the motions . I don’t think I will ever be using this particular location ever again.

Place is noisy.can hear clearly the neighbors rooms moaning loud and noisy step walk from the upstairs. End the end make me woke up all the time no good sleep. But the room is clean. Its by walmart thats the best part.

The rooms were just ok. There was not one single USB plug in the entire room, no mini fridge, TV was small and the shower head was only full blast with no way to adjust it down. Lastly, the mattresses were old and broke down, so not very comfortable. The room was clean, warm and quiet.

Price was great. Room was quite small, basically a bed with enough space to walk around it. I would pay slightly more for the suite rooms. Across the street from Walmart and convenient to highway. They definitely clean though the cleaner smell was overwhelming everywhere. Fast check in.

We paid for a two queen room and were told that they did not have one available. There was no money taken off the bill for providing only a 1 bed room when we reserved a 2 bed room. Absolutely horrible. Other reviews say the same thing about paying for a 2 bed room and then the same story about not having any 2 queen bedrooms available.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the desk clerk was rude. He was on his Bluetooth phone the whole time. The only coversation we had was him asking my name. Once I thought he was soeaking to me and I told him I didn't hear him. He told me he wasn't talking to me, hes talking to the person on the phone. He slid the key to me and walked back to the office. He didn't even tell me me our room mumber ir how to get to it.

We showed up at the hotel at 1 AM, after I had sent a message saying that we would show up then. The computers were down, and the person working at the desk told us to have a seat. He said it would be five or 10 minutes and that the Wi-Fi was not working. After 15 minutes we talked again and he said it would probably be an hour. He never apologized for the computers being down and he did not seem to care. We left, returned when we could not find another hotel, and the computers were still down and so we left for good after that, drove 40 minutes to find somewhere to stay

Well, first of all I would like to say something about Teja, who checked me in. He was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable and on point. He was super great and easy to work with. Then, there was Ismail... I really appreciated working with Ismail, he was super customer service ( as was Teja), and the transition from night to morning staff was seamless. Both Ismail and Teja did a super job and are the kind of staff that you need in front office, customer environment. 5 Stars! *****

I would not recommend this property. While the staff was courteous and helpful, the property itself is in an unsafe location. Pot smoke wafted into our room one night well somebody smoked outside, and the second night there was loud disturbances outside and two police cars. It appeared they were dealing with guests of the hotel.

The front desk staff were great but I felt unsafe in the neighborhood and the room. Was supposed to stay 4 nights but left after 1 night. Again the staff was great and helpful but safety was my biggest concern when I was travelling, with kids especially.

The motel is comfortably average, but more quiet than i anticipated. The only negative comment is the breakfast which was merely cheerios with some milk, bagels, and chocolate muffins plus coffee. It was more of what you might snack on for a coffee break than a meal that would brace you for the day.

Easy to find, quick check in, friendly front desk worker! It was small, and relatively quiet for a hotel so close to both the freeway and the airport. Close enough to M.O.A. to be convenient. The parking lot was a little sketchy. Lots of big cracks and bumps, a bit dirty, but otherwise fine. The breakfast was exceedingly simple. Cereal, muffins, bagels and toast, coffee, no hot fare. Better for a quick bite than a real meal. Over all a solid hotel and reasonably priced.
