We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and well managed. The only complaint I would have is getting after hours access back into the hotel after the mall closes is extremely difficult. It took us 20 minutes to get out of the mall and back into the hotel we were stressed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Soon as we got in our room I noticed our toilet was running. Someone was sent up quickly to fix it!! Being able to walk over and back from the mall was AWESOME!! Only complaint is they need to have a hot tub and also a microwave in the room....but other than that we loved it!

We stayed on the executive floor and it was really nice to have a lounge just for that floor. The staff were really nice and friendly and the guy named Josh asked what brought us there and I said it was our honeymoon and he’s like oh congratulations and just wait one minute and then says ok so we’re gonna cover the cost of your parking for your stay so that was really cool and even the lady when we checked out said I hope your honeymoon was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice hotel. We arrived EARLY & staff was very accommodating. Shuttle service was great. No microwaves in the room but we found one on the 3rd floor. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Sadly no hot tub. Enjoyed our 6days there.

Hotel is connected to the mall which is our primary reason for choosing to stay there. Rooms and hallways are getting a bit dirty and ran down, the hallway and room we had smelled musty. The pool are could not be enjoyed as several unattended teens were in there acting out. Also we waited a long while for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radison Blu. The room was very clean, and comfortable, and the staff and sevice was excellent. My only complaint is the hotel is looking a bit sad. The carpet in our room was stained, and the famous red chairs were very stained, and in need of a good cleaning. This did not take away from our overall experience, and we would definitely return.

The room had a small like a wet dog. The furniture was torn and ragged. The bathroom mirror was hanging off the wall by a screw and the shelf was missing entirely. The carpet looked dirty. The hallways had filthy carpet with gum stuck to it in multiple places. The woman who checked us in was very rude and talked over us. We requested a different room and they gave us one on the same floor. It was better than the other. Everything was worn and dated. The Fire Lake restaurant and bar were very nice. Excellent service and good food. The valet service was quick and the guys were polite. When we asked the front desk why they would put somebody in such a disgusting room, they replied that they were going to upgrade in the future and many rooms were like that. That is no excuse for what it costs to stay there.

The location, staff, and restaurant attached were all lovely! We stay here every time we visit the MoA. The one issue we have is that the blankets on the beds are technically just sheets -- it's like sleelping with a kleenex on top of you, LOL. My husband and I had to go buy blankets in the mall just so we could sleep the second night.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was big and clean. The rainfall shower head could have used more pressure and a door for the shower would have been nice. This was the quietest hotel I've stayed at, aside from the planes flying overhead. Breakfast at the Fite Lake restaurant was good. Being connected to the Mall of America was very convenient and as far as I'm concerned the only way to go! The $20 parking credit was helpful and they accommodated us when I asked to be away from the elevators.

The bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location is fantastic! A very nice room, two small complaints 1)-was the water pressure in our bathroom was not good. It was very low. I’m not sure if this in effort to be more eco-friendly but definitely would have preferred better pressure. 2)-my husband and I both like it very cool to sleep, we found it very difficult to keep the temperature down despite setting the thermostat low.

This Radisson Blu needs some serious upgrading. The wallpaper was literally peeling off the wall in the bathroom, the faucet stopper was broken, the lampshade was busted, and the leather chair in the room was so worn it needs to be thrown out. Our “5th floor” room overlooked the Mall of America rooftop with zero appeal. The saving grace was the cleaning staff kept the room very clean. But for the price we paid…. Not worth it.

Loved the convenience of the location! Everything was clean and it was quiet and a beautiful room. The only thing that made this place lose a star was the beds. They were awful, not comfy and loud as hell whenever you move. The pillows were paper thin and provided no comfort. Overall for the price it was worth it to be attached to the Mall which made the horrible bed worth it.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Both of the front desk staff we encountered (at check in and check out) were not very friendly unfortunately. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was not soft enough for my taste, but my husband said it was ok. I didn’t care for the pillows either. The thing I loved most was that the hotel was connected to the mall. How convenient! We did some shopping and would go drop our bags off and continue shopping. We would stay here again, I just hope in the future the staff is more friendly and welcoming. We did not feel welcomed at all.

The only issue was an issue I caused but the staff wasn’t as helpful in resolving it as I would have liked. I accidentally made two reservations for the same night instead of for successive nights. The front desk checked us into one but said they couldn’t do anything to cancel the 2nd because it was thru a 3rd party (they said Expedia tho I showed her I didn’t book thru Expedia). Again … it’s my fault but I ended up tying up two rooms in an overbooked hotel that someone could have used … I didn’t call to cancel with Expedia because I didn’t even know where to start. I ended up booking an adjacent hotel for the following night.

What should have been a convenient and comfortable experience—given your proximity to the Mall of America and your brand’s reputation—turned into a series of frustrating and unacceptable interactions that fell well below even basic standards of hospitality. Throughout my stay, I had repeated issues accessing my room with my key card. I visited the front desk four separate times to report the problem. On each occasion, I explained that the card worked in the elevator and for lounge access—clearly indicating the issue was not with the card itself. Nevertheless, I was repeatedly handed a new key without any investigation or troubleshooting. At no point did anyone follow up or attempt to diagnose the real problem. Adding to this, when I called from the room to again report the issue, I was told that room key problems could not be addressed over the phone. The lack of concern, initiative, or problem-solving from your front desk team was shocking and frankly unacceptable.

The price was amazing for free apps and drinks from 5-9 and then a free breakfast (with the executive room). We got all that for $500 cheaper than a standard room at the Marriott with no free offerings. Makes no sense why anyone would pick the marriott

Hotel could use some love. Great location for shopping at Mall of America. The onsite restaurant (including room service) was pretty awful. We received the wrong order for room service and they argued and argued with us about it rather than making it right. We went to the restaurant for breakfast the following morning and there was a hair in my fruit and my husband's meal was super bland. Great atmosphere, just really poor food for the price.

It's plenty clean and comfortable, and the convenience of not having to go outside to go to the MOA is huge, if that's what you're interested in. What I didn't like was that there were no free coffee (other than the subpar stuff in the room) or breakfast options, and if you wanted to have any coffee or food at all in the morning, the prices were exorbitant. $4 for a small cup of bad, drip coffee and $6 for an old croissant. Not having free breakfast is understandable, but to not have any free coffee and to charge such an absurd amount for everything is extortive. I'm guessing they mainly count on business clients who don't care what they spend because it's on the company's dime, but for families who want to come for the mall, it's frustrating.

Room was clean and nice, for the price a complimentary breakfast would have been nice. Hotel restaurant was great with wonderful staff. The water pressure to fill the bathtub was lacking (maybe we were doing it wrong?). Awesome to have onsite shuttle to the airport and be able to walk right into the mall. The walls were a little thin as far as noise goes, and the doors shut very loudly.
