Got in from airport at around10 pm. THE PICK up took forever van never d id show up, they had to call uber to come and get us.They said van broke down while coming to get us, but the van was parked in front of hotel when we got there

We were very happy because it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite. I usually don't use hotel pools but it was so clean, I enjoyed my time in the pool. Free parking and shuttle service to the airport convinced me to reserve a room.

POOL IS CLOSED! there is no notification they send out that the pool is closed! We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 1 because the pool was close and the hotel wanted guest to "go across the street" to a different hotel just to go swimming. (The other hotel is gross and dirty rude staff) the staff here were friendly but theres almost nothing to do late at night for little ones, if the pool is closed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The front staff was very pleasant and friendly. Both of the treadmills in the fitness center were broken which was a disappointment for our exercise requirements. The weather outside (snowing) was not conducive to walking outdoors for exercise.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The place needs an update. Our room was not very clean. There were lots of marks on the walls and small holes etc. The pull out couch was filthy and soo uncomfortable. The pool is very cloudy and tiny. Over all this hotel needs some serious love.

Overall good stay. Check in was easy. Little disappointed that we got there and they informed us at that time they charge for parking when at no point was it mentioned anywhere on the site. The lady point to a sign and said it’s posted right here. Beds were comfy, bathrooms a bit tight, but alright. Everything seemed clean. Nice location, easy access to where we needed to be. Overall we would consider staying here again.

It definitely wasn't a Hilton. Room had a weird smell, like a wet hamburger. The carpets had dark spots on them, almost as if they hadn't been vacuumed in the corners of the rooms or those areas didn't get as much foot traffic. It was odd. The doors were beat up and I had to pull the door to shut all the way, otherwise it would have remained cracked open. There's no cover for the peep hole, so someone could look into your room from outside. I filled it with a tissue. The carpet always felt damp. The sprinklers were rusty. Breakfast was excellent. I got locked out of my room when my room key stopped working. Apparently they were having electrical issues at the same time, some sort of alarms were going off and they had personnel working on it. Housekeeping promptly escorted me up to my room to get me back in.

This hotel is generally good. The gentleman at the front desk is awesome, really kind and helpful. The breakfast is great as well. This trip, the room was not as clean as it usually is and there was a family fighting for two hours in the middle of the night.

Our room was dirty. Had a suite and the mattresses was full of stains. Room had an awful smell to it! Bathroom was very dirty and dark. The room was warm even with the AC on low! Went for breakfast and everything was out. It was such a long wait for refills. The bacon was sitting in just pools of grease. The swimming pool room was very dark! I will never book this Holiday inn again in the future. It’s not worth the money!

After staying the night and using the pull out couch for our daughter we were putting back together and spotted a bed bug. We didn’t look any further just packed up and left earlier than planned I quietly mentioned to front desk and felt an apology would have been appropriate. Just said he’d look into…hope they did Hoping none were brought home with any of us!

This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611. OMG, there were bed bugs when I slept at night. I was full of bed bug bites. I was so itchy that I asked the front desk to change my room. It was so bad. I probably won’t stay in that hotel again after my first stay.

Small red ants in the room, carpet tack strip to the bathroom rotted and nails flipped, stepped on, multiple more in the area. Maintenance will look into this but the hotel said “nothing could be compensated because it was booked through a 3rd party program” I hope between Holiday Inn and Hotels.com. Some sort of compensation can be made.

This property is on the aging side of things. We originally received a room with an issue with the window where it's not enclosed properly leading to rain leaking through the window and the noise from highway become an issue to sleep at night. The staff were quickly to handle the issue and transferred us to another room the next day. Overall, I probably won't stay again due to the aging of the property but I'm very blessed with the staff and their professionalism.

I chose this hotel because it was offering a separate room with a pullout bed. When I went to make the bed and discovered the mattress was nothing but springs and cloth. I realized I cannot put my daughter and her boyfriend on this bed to sleep on after we picked him up from the airport, which was the reason for a visit and wanting the extra room and sofa bed. Luckily they were able to switch us to another room that had two queen beds. I was very disappointed that they would think someone would sleep on something that uncomfortable.

Our stay was great. Wonderful beds, close to shopping, convenient parking. The one draw back was despite a very clean room, it smelled really musty until we got the HVAC going. We'd shut it off when leaving and then on return to the room had the same musty smell. Not sure if once the air conditioner was going we just didn't smell it anymore or if it was stripping the moisture from the air, maybe we just got used to it. Definitely not a minus on the whole property, it was great. The breakfast was abundant, with lots of room for all of the guests, very well set up. We would stay there again, just not in room 217.

Room was nice, clean. Very small but functional bathroom. Did hear noise from entry door below opening/closing at night. Breakfast was good but VERY busy. Felt bad for the staff person as she couldn't keep up. Pool is quite small. Excellent price. Convenient location.

The room was decent, and the property was decent, but the hotel needed some attention, for sure. An elevator was out of order, and since the hotel was very well booked on the night was stayed there was a lot of congestion. When we got to the room the mini fridge was off, which came as a disappointment as I had brought some things to store in there. The previous occupants must have unplugged it because after I plugged it back in I discovered later in the night that it gave off a very high pitched buzz that was quite distracting. So yeah, hotel could use some attention. But, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent (even though there was no where to sit due to high volume of people), and the bed was comfortable. It worked for our needs for the night and was affordable.

The gentlemen at the front desk, Brian & Mood, had exceptional customer service. They were quick, friendly, welcoming and very informational. I only stayed for 1 night and got all of that from them. Definitely would stay here again! The following morning Greg was also great at making sure we could get on the airport shuttle & even the driver was amazing. Overall, great stay!

Staff and guests were incredibly helpful getting my parents' luggage to their room and unloaded. They came into town from 3 hours away, and my Dad (80) is being seen for a fractured vertebrae in his back, so his mobility is very limited and it's hard for my Mom to do it all. They were incredibly grateful.for.a.beautiful handicap accessible room, and incredibly kind and caring people to help them settle in. I'm incredibly grateful for all of the people who went above and beyond for my parents. Bless you! 💕

The room was fine, nothing special, a little dated. Front desk staff was pretty unpleasant. Upon arrival our plan was to park at the property and shuttle to the airport as the posting said parking available for $10/day. When I checked in and asked to set this up I was told they have no parking and were pretty unapologetic about it. When we set up the shuttle for a portion of my family the next morning since i had to find another parking solution, they only do the shuttles on the hour and the next morning said they didn't have us down for our shuttle and again they seemed annoyed by it instead of helpful. Would not recommend this hotel, definitely stay somewhere more accomodating and with better customer service training.

Booked the rooms with connecting door but upon checking in the reception said that there were no connecting rooms for standard rooms and blamed expedia for the misleading information. We asked if there is anything the reception or the hotel's manager can do about it, but they didnt seem to bother checking even though i mentioned i am willing to pay for the upgrade. On our last night we went for a swim and noticed that there were no towels in the towel bin. When requested it from the reception, the staff said that all towels are in the laundry and never bother to send regular towels as alternative. Hallway from the pool to elevator is airconditioned so it is extremely cold to get into the room wet with no towels. Really a bad experience, will not come back to this hotel.

I didn’t get my 100 dollars back. Supposedly they are going to check the cleaning of the room. We picked up all the garbage and left it clean and they still didn't return my deposit. Terrible service.

My family and I traveled over the weekend and had an awesome experience at this location. Staff were very nice and approachable. Our room was clean and met our expectations. This location was very close to restaurants and major tourist attractions. I suggest you book here!

Located really well for getting to MOA. Parking lot fills quickly so if you are going to a concert or something and are getting back late expect to struggle to find a parking space. Staff made sure we had somewhere to park though.

This hotel is right behind trader joe's, so really convenient for us. Close to marshalls, world market and total wine as well. Room was clean, beds are very firm, my husband loved it, 2 different firmnesses of pillows to choose from. Breakfast was good, although on the first morning the food ran out by 9 and we waited for it to be refilled but left after about 10 minutes. Scrambled eggs, omlettes, sauages for 2 says and then bacon, asst breads and bagels, muffins, cinnamon buns, fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, teas, pancake makers, oatmeal, buscuits and gravy. Basically anything you could want. 2nd day no tables available as we came down at a busy time, ate in room, no problem. There was an unruly person in the lobby, handled very well by manager (?) She was very composed and didnt yell even though the man was very disrespectful to her. Easy on and off the hwy even with all the construction. Would definitely stay again

Excellent breakfast and outstanding customer service. The only issue I saw was when taking a bath, there was hair in the "pull bars" in the handicap bathroom. It was stuck on the end, and sure it is something that is easily overlooked. Also, one of the bars seemed to have black mold or corrosion. Other than that, excellent stay and service!

Rooms are warn out, dated and damaged. Bed was hard. Bathroom has mold and rust. Breakfast area was messy, not restocked often. One of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Constantly heard people talking, kids screaming and people in parking lot blasting music and smoking pot. This hotel should really be overhauled.

U have more guests than parking. I had to park half on the curb and half on the grass like probably 30 other people! Cars were parked in the drop off zone too.. I couldn’t believe the mess of parking. Also clearly weren’t prepared for the people - came to breakfast 10 mins after it started and no where to sit… little food… and messy.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Easy access off of 494. The breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast area was neat and clean There was so much food to choose from. The food was hot and tasted great. Including myself there were 4 of us and we were all extremely happy with our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and safe. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. I would highly suggest this hotel. Great!!
