Beds comfortable, place was clean overall. Tiles loose on bathroom floor and sink clogged. Hot tub water was a funky green/yellow color. I’m hoping it was dye from St Patrick’s Day a few days before.

Stayed at this hotel for it\'s proximity to Cabelas. It is right across the parking log. Upon checking in it wasn\'t disclosed that the pool was broken. I asked to get a refund and I would go to a different hotel. They wouldn\'t do it since I "fully" checked in and signed the agreement. The room was very dated and had a sewer smell. The bathroom door was broken. Breakfast staff was nice though.

Lobby dirty. Desk person reeked of cigarette smoke. Room was dirty, all lamps were very low light (probably to hide the room appearance). My husband killed an unknown bug on the wall (but didn't tell me until after we left because he knew I would leave). Elevator was broken next morning, no apology from desk person or help offered to bring bags down.

The property is definitely older and is in need of a good renovation. Pool was closed upon arrival and was not told until after we had tried to access it. Sink in the bathroom had multiple cracks that were attempted to be repaired instead of replacing the sink. The toilet seat was clearly peeling and chipping and was again repaired instead of fixing it. Floors were very dirty in the halls and in the lobby and was evident by the very short trip without shoes from our child. There are definitely better options in the Owatonna area and I would consider staying somewhere else next time.

The location was just off the highway -easy off, easy on. It was close to the shopping we wanted to do, and the area was also not far from our destination for the evening. The hotel was neat and clean, and the room large enough to not be in each other's way. Nice hot breakfast before the morning commute.

Amy at the front desk was rude and short. They charged extra taxes at check in and she couldn’t even tell me how much just made me give her the card. Still jumping and banging at 11pm and she claimed to have checked the room herself and it was older people sitting around. NOT POSSIBLE

Aimee at the front desk was so friendly and helpful...my room was very big with a comfortable bed and several pillows...the continental breakfast was pretty bare.. Scrambled eggs,plain omelets, apple juice, coffee, apple juice, and pre-packaged muffins... i would definitely stay here agajn!

Only saw someone at the front desk at check in. No one there to tell that there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom from someone showering on the above floor when i left for dinner. No one there when i arrived back at the hotel that evening and no one there when I checked out the following morning.

Easy access off of 35W south and has fueling options and places to eat. Also right next to Cabela's if you like to shop. Hotel was clean and room was ready and no problem checking in. Breakfast was ok, just carb heavy for my preference with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, toast.

We were there for 1 night. Food options were close and easy on /off I-35. Breakfast was below average to other motels we have stayed in this corridor of I-35. Staff was accommodating when we asked for additional room coffee. Milk bones for the pup were nice.
