This property is run down & in poor condition. Room was poorly cleaned and supplied ( only one set of towels, no tissue or toilet paper. Most of the electrical outlets were broken & inoperable. I chose this property because it had restaurant. But the restaurant was closed! I did not pay much for the room, but it was too much. This property should be removed from the Expedia website.

Many amenities listed but none available such as no pool, no hot tub, no restaurant, no breakfast, no ice machine. There were huge holes in the parking lot, broken bottles, no air conditioning in hallway, the hall smelled, sliding door in room would not lock, mold on walls, sticky floors. Staff was excellent however. Probably will never go back.

Should update add no pool or restaurant do to fire happened over 2 months ago and still advertised the have. No refund aviod. Payied over 200 for 2 rooms. Not happy should of got some money back due to the inconvenience

The paint falling off the exterior, water damage in the bathroom, everything needed to be repaired, no fire alarm in room, toilet continuously drained, shower almost impossible to get on, carpeting very worn, playground equipment unsafe, windows need replaced, mirrors without backing, need replaced, no remote for the television, beds were so-so, pillows flat, trash on the floor of hotel halls, some rooms did not have doorknobs, exterior doors did not lock at night, breakfast was a bowl of cerial. The pool and gym equipment room were closed with no access during our stay. Our car did not get broken into and it was not too noisy. It did not cost much. Was close to the restaurants.

This property is old and dilapidated. The restaurant area had been red tagged as “Uninhabitable”. The pool was closed. Room windows were fogged from condensation. The worst motel, by far, that I have booked through Orbitz.

30 yrs ago I used to stay here occasionally for work. It was a nice, moderately price motel. Really should have just left my good memories alone. Sadly, the Norwood has devolved into a very rundown place. My room had basically been stripped of almost everything but the bed, frig, & tv. I had to request towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, a garbage can. The coffee maker didn’t have a carafe. The tv remote was also gone. The carpet was so scary looking that I never walked on it without shoes. No functioning ice machine (in July) and the pool was closed “for maintenance”. When I first walked in the smell of bleach was overwhelming. I learned later that this masked the smell of smoke emanating from the carpet despite it being a non-smoking room. I kicked it up every time I moved around the room. I was only in it from 10pm to 8am, so I toughed it out. Next morning went to the “free breakfast” only to find absolutely nothing available. Not even coffee. Apparently the coffee maker had broken a few weeks ago. This was my breaking point and I demanded a price reduction. I was given a full refund. The amount they lost would have fixed their coffee maker. SMH It makes me so sad, what has happened to this place.

Online said there was a restaurant but when we got there, the restaurant was closed. Because we had a large trailer attached to our truck, it was difficult to go anywhere to get food (which is why we chose this hotel). Thankfully the gas station next to it had decent food. The lobby smelled terrible. The place was very run down, not at all as pictured. The room itself hasn't awful except the stain of who knows what on a pillow and a bathroom that was extremely outdated and moldy in the tub. Would not stay again.

We did not stay at the Northwood. We had never seen such a dirty place. We turned the key back in and left. Please refund the amount to my credit card since we did not stay there. This motel needs to be closed by the health department. The bedding had not been changed and there were bulbs burned out in the bathroom- which had hair in the tub and the sink.

Foul odor inside the entire facility. Stains on carpet. Bent mattress frame. Someone else's socks under bed. Very poor electrical connections in all outlets. Vanity is falling apart. Toilet flushes randomly. Scraped ceiling from previous areas of black mold. Parking lot has holes that I know have wrecked people's vehicles. The booking process through expedia was awesome and easy, but as far as the facility, being homeless would be a better option than the Norwood hotel.

The restaurant on-site was closed. Building smells like mold. Everything is outdated and dirty. Good luck getting hot water for a shower. It was just gross all around. I will never stay again and I’ll sleep just about anywhere.

Manager on site was friendly and helpful. Hotels.com was not paying hotel for services I paid them for and manager was patient and accommodating while they figured it out. Hotels.com ruined the night by insisting to be on the phone with me for over an hour while I was trying to have dinner before restaurants closed on a Sunday night. The room smelled of disinfectant and had a wad of hair in tub drain and hair all over as well as a very dirty tub. Could not see out of cloudy windows at all. Overall the hotel is old and needs major repairs, a good cleaning would help but not much. Toilet leaked loudly, had to turn it off in middle of night. Will never stay here again, i felt dirty when checking out.

I liked that the hotel was once a very nice one, and that it was close to the freeway. The room was really dated...omg!! The carpet was sticky, the a/c unit squeaked when shutting off, the bathtub was stained and old, the caulking around the tub was falling out, there wasn't a light in the bathroom...other than a sunlamp, the hallway was dingy with ceiling tiles missing....and I could go on and on. I would have expected a room like this to go for about $50, NOT over a $100!! I thought about sleeping in my car prior to booking this room....I SHOULD have!!

The only thing to like, just barely, about this hotel is the easy access to the freeway. Save your money and frustration by NOT STAYING at Norwood Inn and Suites. Rooms are noisy, windows won't shut, can't see out of the windows, missing light fixture really slow getting hot water, staff was less than effective. Never stay at the Norwood Inn and Suites ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked 4 rooms through Expedia. Then we called the motel and explained that we would be arriving around midnight. The person we talked to said they couldn't hold our rooms unless we paid with a cc. So we gave them the info to charge our card. When we arrived, they had NO rooms. Couldn't find us in the system. Even after I showed him my Expedia itinerary. Guess what they even charged my credit card for all 4 rooms. Now I'm trying to get that removed from my card. We had a very hard time finding 4 other rooms and it was past 2 pm before we were able to get some rest. Disappointed and discouraged.

charged an additional 49.99 when arrivi g after already paid expedia, worried about cc fraud in process. Happily no indication of problem and will refund the $50, but for a quick place for roadtrip shuteye, what a hassle.

I liked that the hotel was once a very nice one, and that it was close to the freeway. The room was really dated...omg!! The carpet was sticky, the a/c unit squeaked when shutting off, the bathtub was stained and old, the caulking around the tub was falling out, there wasn't a light in the bathroom...other than a sunlamp, the hallway was dingy with ceiling tiles missing....and I could go on and on. I would have expected a room like this to go for about $50, NOT over a $100!! I thought about sleeping in my car prior to booking this room....I SHOULD have!!

This place looks NOTHING like what’s posted online. It’s a total s**t hole that should’ve even condemned years ago. No secure access-anyone can get in any door. The room was filthy, mold on the wall behind the toilet, sink looked like someone threw up and didn’t wash it down. Truly felt like I should’ve had my concealed carry. Nasty, nasty place and hope you never stay there. We were apprehensive about leave our motorcycle outside. There’s also NO bar/restaurant or pool. Frightening place.

Online said there was a restaurant but when we got there, the restaurant was closed. Because we had a large trailer attached to our truck, it was difficult to go anywhere to get food (which is why we chose this hotel). Thankfully the gas station next to it had decent food. The lobby smelled terrible. The place was very run down, not at all as pictured. The room itself hasn't awful except the stain of who knows what on a pillow and a bathroom that was extremely outdated and moldy in the tub. Would not stay again.

This property is run down & in poor condition. Room was poorly cleaned and supplied ( only one set of towels, no tissue or toilet paper. Most of the electrical outlets were broken & inoperable. I chose this property because it had restaurant. But the restaurant was closed! I did not pay much for the room, but it was too much. This property should be removed from the Expedia website.

30 yrs ago I used to stay here occasionally for work. It was a nice, moderately price motel. Really should have just left my good memories alone. Sadly, the Norwood has devolved into a very rundown place. My room had basically been stripped of almost everything but the bed, frig, & tv. I had to request towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, a garbage can. The coffee maker didn’t have a carafe. The tv remote was also gone. The carpet was so scary looking that I never walked on it without shoes. No functioning ice machine (in July) and the pool was closed “for maintenance”. When I first walked in the smell of bleach was overwhelming. I learned later that this masked the smell of smoke emanating from the carpet despite it being a non-smoking room. I kicked it up every time I moved around the room. I was only in it from 10pm to 8am, so I toughed it out. Next morning went to the “free breakfast” only to find absolutely nothing available. Not even coffee. Apparently the coffee maker had broken a few weeks ago. This was my breaking point and I demanded a price reduction. I was given a full refund. The amount they lost would have fixed their coffee maker. SMH It makes me so sad, what has happened to this place.

The water never warmed up warmer than room temperature to even take a shower. The toilet would not flush. Had to flush it numerous times to get the paper down. The bath towels were the size of large hand towels. Moldy tub. Plug ins need replaced. Would not hold phone charger in plug.

The room i had booked for here was terrible. Lights wouldnt work besides alittle lamp and the bathroom lights. Shower was ice cold and wouldnt warm up at all. Back door to the building wasnt locked to the outside. Smells like pot all the time. Terrible.
