At Clarion Inn Branson, travelers highlight a very central location and generally comfortable stays, but reviews are mixed on dated rooms, noise, and maintenance issues, and service ranges from welcoming and helpful to slow check in and uneven follow‑through.

The rooms were nice. I liked the balconies. The pool and hot tub was nice too. There was a gym, but some of the equipment did not work. One thing that annoyed me immensely was that they hit me up with a $60 per room "resort fee" that was apparently above and beyond what I pre-paid. I was pretty vocal about my thoughts on that and they waived the fee. But it was still annoying. Perhaps we are told about it when we reserve the room on Hotels.com and I missed it? The layout of the hotel was a bit odd. To get to our room, we had to park at the bottom of the hill, go through the indoor pool, take an elevator up one floor, go down a hall, turn a corner and down another hall, then up another elevator and down that hall. It wasn't too bad, just odd and inconvenient. There is an option to walk up the hill, so there is that. The hotel has a show you can pay for. To get to it, you have to work your way down to the parking lot, take yet another elevator to "5", which is the same level as the restaurant/bar ("level 2" from the other side). Then work your way around to the show. If you go through the closed restaurant, you could probably go more direct. We were there early May, so a lot was off because of the timing, but the restaurant was closed. We were able to order drinks at the bar, but technically I think they were closed. Lots of stuff cluttering the bar area and the drinks were not very good. The vending machines were mostly empty. But there were some basic choices.

The pool is open 24 hours and anyone with young kids, on vacation and off schedule, can appreciate that! The pool is heated but if they got cold they could warm up in the hot tub, which kept them entertained even longer! I chose this hotel based on the fact that it offered room service and had a 'pool side restaurant' on site. However, we realized upon arrival, despite advertising everywhere, the restaurant was not open until May 2026. Not a big deal and my own fault for not calling and checking but would have made our trip that much better! We are super excited to return and take advantage of this. Our oldest is already asking when we can go back! The free breakfast could use some protein but was good and the Coffee was really good!! The balcony was something I was really nervous about with 2 year old twins but we ended up in room 416 which is a shared patio, right above the awning in front. Which would have been super weird if someone else was staying there but I actually preferred this balcony as my twin b was moving chairs to climb over and my lil twin a was trying to squeeze thru the railing 😵‍💫 Our lil guy did stand up in the desk chair, that I tried to keep on the balcony but he was having no part of 😅 Well, he climbed into it to eat, stood up and and fell backwards into the bed frame and did 0require an emergency room trip and four stitches.

This is an older hotel but kept in pristine condition. Our room was very clean, as were the shared areas (pool, elevator, etc). Would stay here again!

The hotel manger and front desk was great hotel . Com is not I made a reservation for a king suite with a jetted tub because my wife and I came to branson for a marriage conference and I wanted a romantic weekend but when we got to the hotel they didn't have our reservation on file even tho I got confirmation from hotels.com so they put is in a room with a king bed and set of bunk beds because that's all they had. They did the best they could because they where full and since I pre paid already they call hotels.com and took care of everything this is not the first time hotels .com has done this to us we lost money on 2 nights of staying at hotels because of their mistakes thank you Daniel cook
