Need to update the listing for this hotel. Property does NOT have a restaurant or bar. Only has a "pizzeria" which was open till 8 pm. We chose this resort for ease of access to food and drinks and not having to leave much.

We were very disappointed with the lack of amenities! There was no restaurant, no bar, not even a vending machine to purchase a soda. There was a small store with very limited hours closed at 4:00 on both Friday and Saturday. The pizza “restaurant” did not have any indoor seating at all! While we understood it was off season our inquiries about things to do prior to booking assured us there would still be local shows and resort amenities. This was not the case!

Very neat place nestled in the trees. Very economical for what you can all do there for activities. We were disappointed the outdoor hot tub wasn’t working. But they said they were going to fix it next day.

Property was very nice, something for all ages. we walked around the grounds. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi was really nice. The grounds are well kept and was only 5 to 10 min drive to local area.

Fantastic stay! Great location with easy access around town. The staff was super helpful, my room was spotless and comfortable, and the pool was amazing—my daughter loved it. Quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place to recharge after busy days in Branson.

Was not a fan of the resort in general. The floors in the room were absolutely disgusting. Left black residue on everything. I had new white shoes when I arrived but no more. The pool indoor was not maintained well and the game room had several issues with games not working and as for “bowling”not only was it not operating at the time of my stay but it isn’t bowling like you would think it’s a super cheap knock off obviously targeting 5 year olds. Also no on site mini golf although there are many pics in their resort gallery to make u think there is on site mini golf. My advice fix your advertising approach.

The floor in the room was absolutely disgusting!! Turned our feet black from stepping outside the shower to the sink to brush our teeth. Had to wear our sandals from the shower to our beds The noise from the elephants stomping around above us all night was horrible!! The walls are paper thin. We could hear coughing from the room next door. The beds were clean, furniture was nice. Its a shame the floors were not clean.

Pros: Easy check in and out process. Comfortable bed. Nice area for an after dinner walk and plenty of seating outside to hangout in. Cons: Floor was filthy. Rooms are looking pretty worn down. They only have one Market and it closes at 8pm and no other place to purchase any items you might have forgotten to pack. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing.

Room smelled moldy. Air conditioner filter was black. Property was dirty. Housekeeping walked past trash sitting outside our room our entire stay. Bugs crawling around in the sink. Very noisy, someone walked by you could hear everything. We did inform staff while we were there. I’ve stayed at much better hotels for a lot cheaper. For a resort I was very disappointed. I’ll be staying at Marriott or Holiday Inn next time. Or even one of the cheaper resorts in town but will not be returning to this one. The cabins might have been better but we were put in the hotel portion of the property. The property was in a great location. Just needed some love. Staff was super friendly on check in and when we would interact. I tried to cancel but could not since we booked through Expedia lesson learned pay the few extra dollars and book with resort itself.

Next room had a barking dog for part of the stay. We were told we needed to call for Ice, called every day (total of 5 calls in 3 days) and never received ice during our stay. Had to call for towels as we were given 1 washcloth for 2 people. Could hear the people above us walking and taking showers at midnight. Could hear conversations next door, taking their dog out, and the tv. Water for the shower was barely warm. Check in took about a hour and half to get into the room, had to keep calling as the keys would not work

It took 40 minutes of standing in line before we got checked in. Although our room was nice, it’s deceiving compared to the pictures provided. The walls are very thin and there was quite a bit of noise late into the night. Will not be staying here again

Didn’t realize this was a TIME SHARE property. We were attempting to be “sold” frequently. Rooms around us were LOUD late into the night. Needed to make bathroom repairs ourselves. Stayed multiple nights, but only enough coffee, shampoo, etc. for one night at a time. No breakfast available (without a “tour of the property” or sales pitch). Received MULTIPLE TEXTS per day from property-“are you enjoying your stay?”

Enjoyed everything about the property exceptthe check in process was three hours total. We waited two hours in line, to be told our room wasnt ready. We went next door and got a pizza and drinks while we waited. Its seemed this was the process every time we went unto the waiting room people were tired and upset. Some people we talked to waited over 4 hours. In this day and age there has to be an easier process. There is definitely more room at the counter for more registers and monitors to help more people. There is online check in available. We just didnt have access to it. Idk if that because i didnt book directly throught the hotel. Property is pretty and room was great and staff was friendly. I felt bed for the staff at how many times they were yelled at for peoples rooms not being ready. Once we checked in after the long wait in line they texted us when out room was ready.

Check-in is a two step process —first you have to check in at front desk but you have to go to another line to get your keys and a sales pitch. They don’t guarantee a 4 pm checkin it is anytime after 4 pm when they call you. You don’t get room cleaned unless you pay a fee.

The staff was amazing. We arrived and our a/c was frozen over and without question, the staff immediately put us into a new room and no questions were asked. I was impressed with the staff.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The property had a “secluded” feel in the woods while being only minutes from dining, shows and shopping. The presence of a security gate with guard only added to the sense that you are in an exclusive establishment. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

When we arrived, we received a free room upgrade! Awesome customer service. Room was exceptional. I didn't realize it but we stayed here 10+ years ago and it is even better now. Highly recommend.

The facilities and nearby areas were very nice, as well as the staff member who checked me in. Unfortunately, the staff that I encountered getting my parking pass were not as helpful. There were 3 people behind the counter and when I walked up the gentleman in the middle just looked at me as if he did not know what I was there for. When I told him that I needed a parking pass, he told the lady next to him that it was her “turn”. She then just sat there looking at me instead and instead of assisting she just sat there. Finally, the 3rd gentleman helped me with my parking pass and he was the only helpful person out of the 3. Considering that I was staying outside of the main building and this was really the only time that I needed to interact with the staff, I would have hoped that they would want to make it a positive experience, but I guess not.

There were 3 people behind the counter and when I walked up the gentleman in the middle just looked at me as if he did not know what I was there for. When I told him that I needed a parking pass, he told the lady next to him that it was her “turn”. She then just sat there looking at me instead and instead of assisting she just sat there. Finally, the 3rd gentleman helped me with my parking pass and he was the only helpful person out of the 3. Considering that I was staying outside of the main building and this was really the only time that I needed to interact with the staff, I would have hoped that they would want to make it a positive experience, but I guess not.

We came in on a Friday after spring break with a lot of people checking in for a weekend or leaving after staying the week at 3:30. We knew the room wouldn’t be ready until 4 per the reservation, but we went ahead and checked-in anyways. They told us the room still needed to be cleaned and said we would receive a call once it was ready. We went ahead and visited a local museum and played a round of mini golf and still hadn’t received call by 5, but figured it had to be ready by then or would be by the time we got there. Went in and our room still wasn’t ready and when we asked how much longer it would be, we were told by the manager “I have no idea”. I would’ve been fine if there was even a time frame he gave us, but the total nonchalant behavior was pretty rude. He then asked, “what is it that you want, are you wanting to use the facilities?” when he saw our faces to the already previously rude statement. Maybe I just wanted to check into my room that should’ve been ready an hour and a half ago before going to a show at 7 in our car clothes? Regardless, he then decided that he would give us his number and took down ours, and said he would’ve give us a call when the room was ready. Got a call from concierge a half an hour later that our room was ready (not the manager we spoke to) and was given our room key and a map of the hotel grounds. Had to figure out ourselves that the room was not in the main hotel and in one of the inn’s. Won’t stay here again.

We were looking for a relaxing time away with out worry of booking the wrong place. Our visit at Westgate Branson was perfect! Safe, clean, quite, but with lots to do and room to walk around without crowds. We were close to the Landing and the main strip. But without the lights and the noise. It felt like the middle of nowhere and yet close to everything! The privacy of a gated resort with the easy of a quick hotel visit was priceless!

Day one was a very simple check in where the staff explained everything and all of the amenities that we had no idea to expect. We stayed for four nights and at no point did we want for anything else from the resort. Our daughter loved playing sand volleyball in the well lit sand pit after dark. Arcade and ice cream was a great way to cool off once in awhile. The marketplace was wonderful. Pizza/subs available and reasonably priced. Also beer/soda/milk available for purchase. 10 out of 10.

Need to update the listing for this hotel. Property does NOT have a restaurant or bar. Only has a "pizzeria" which was open till 8 pm. We chose this resort for ease of access to food and drinks and not having to leave much.

We were very disappointed with the lack of amenities! There was no restaurant, no bar, not even a vending machine to purchase a soda. There was a small store with very limited hours closed at 4:00 on both Friday and Saturday. The pizza “restaurant” did not have any indoor seating at all! While we understood it was off season our inquiries about things to do prior to booking assured us there would still be local shows and resort amenities. This was not the case!

It was a very nice, clean and family friendly experience. I did like the look and ease of the resort. The only thing I did not like was that the market place/pool/entertainment area closed so early. It’s summer time have these things open later. Also maybe a nice restaurant and bar for adults would be nice that stays open to 10 or 11 pm.

Bait and switch by Hotels.com. Clicked on a link on Hotels.com and showed a villia and said last one available. Booked what we thought was a villa with a view. Totola price was just over 600.00 for 3 nights. When we checked in got charged another 200.00 150.00 non refundable pet charge for a 4lb dog and another 50.00 incase something got broke in the room. When we got to our room it waz not what we clicked on the website it was a very small room with only one window in the bedroom. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Hotel.com should be reported to the Attorney Generals office for the Bait &Switch. Never book with Hotels.com

This served its purpose. The staff was polite. The condo was clean & so were the grounds. The condos were a little dated and the walls were paper thin. The condo did not have many accommodations so pack and bring the things you need. We didn’t have trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent and type of surface cleaner, heavy blankets or bedspread. We got a great deal on the condo and we loved the pool, the grocery area had good pizza and Starbucks!
