Nice place overall. Walls are a little thin. Parking when the place is full is horrible - you should expect to walk a ways from your room to your parking spot. Rooms were very clean and everything was in great shape. The resort has a lot of activities and entertainment, so a great place to escape with the family and not have to spend a ton of money in Branson all day to stay busy. Lots of kids and families running around. The paths, ponds, and night lights were very quaint to walk around and enjoy, lots of places to sit, many covered BBQ facilities and many propane fire pits to sit around with friends. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't expect or like the time-share sales thing, so beware of that going in. I'd definitely stay there again but would do in the off season to avoid the parking problems and thin walls with fewer people around.

We had a great time at this resort. The pools were lovely, warm and the music was a nice touch. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the walking paths were nice. The room could use a little updating but our suite was spacious and comfortable.

We loved our spacious 1 bedroom king suite. Our littles ( 9 year old and 4 year old) slept on the comfortable pull out couch located in the living room. Our kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room and I loved having access to a kitchen, and washer and dryer in our room. We loved walking and exploring the grounds, they have a trail that goes to each pool and the pond where we visited and fed the huge koi fish. The best part of this place is STARBUCKS!! It’s located in the lobby with the gym, movie theater and indoor pool. It was so so so nice waking up, walking 2 mins to get my Starbucks fix and then going to a nice dip in jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!!

They did not tell us upon check-in they would be resurfacing the parking lot. There was noise from construction starting early morning throughout the day. There was dust and dirt all over cars. Then forced to park on back side of property and walk all the way around the facility to get to building. This was a huge inconvenience with three children. I would have chosen a different location had they told us beforehand of the work being done.

Wyndham was very nice, nice walking area with a stream, but walls were a bit thin and I could hear guests in surrounding unit more than most hotels, washer was the loudest thing I ever heard, and once the weekend came, parking was scarce. But amenities were very nice, kitchenette and living quarters were great

I love that they had a play ground and indoor swimming. We have a 2yr old and so it was a perfet fit for us, and the fountain view was so relaxing.

The resort has the potential to be outstanding. However, our 1 bedroom deluxe condo had some real issues. When we arrived, there was dirty, smelly, standing water in the dishwasher that made the kitchen smell horrible when the dishwasher door was open. We didn’t use the dishwasher. The carpet was stained in the living room and bedroom. The worst part of the unit was the shower. The shower floor and sliding doors were dirty and soap scummy. We had housekeeping come up. They scrubbed and disinfected, but the shower floor was still deeply stained. Should have been replaced or at least resurfaced before our stay. Someone saw the condition of the shower, but didn’t care!

Most of our trip was amazing, we enjoyed our room and the property was beautiful. It seemed like every room had a view. When it came to breakfast, the lady taking orders was amazing she made our day and was so kind. The food truck on the property was horrible, they advertise pizza delivery but were rude when I called about it and had the truck closed up during all of the hours they were supposed to be open. They were obviously not serving any kind of food even though they were supposedly open. We ended up going to the cafe and getting lunch up there from the nice lady from Breakfast. The only complaints on the room I had is the jetted tub was a little grimy when we first got there. After a fill and a run with a squirt of soap, good as new.

Bathtub, shower, and toilet were gross. There was mold stains on the sofa bed sheets. Tried to bathe my kids and there were literal chunks of mildew coming out of the jacuzzi jets (that weren’t even on). The room was spacious and we liked that but it felt dirty. They don’t honor quiet hours. I don’t think we got a full nights sleep all 4 nights we stayed. There was LOUD music after 11pm and the guest service person was very dismissive about the issue. Between loud guests above us and the loud music going on outside my husband and I plus our kids kept getting woke up. We weren’t impressed with our stay. The pools were fun but that’s the only extra thing we used. Wasn’t too keen on being pushed to attend a timeshare seminar. Nobody told us about the wristband getting us discounts in some places. I actually learned that from my mom who stayed. They were more focused on trying to get us to go to a seminar instead of telling us about their “perks” for staying with them.

The walls were paper thin, so everything the neighbors said we heard word for word. It got hot in the condo, and the thermostat was locked at their chosen temp, so you couldn’t cool it down. The pull out mattress had a huge urine stain on it.

We loved the King Deluxe Condo we had. It literally was like walking into an apartment. It was clean and had all the amenities for the 3-night stay we booked. The kitchen had cookware and serveware along with a microwave, coffee maker, stove, and dishwasher. A spacious eating area and living room area. There was a television in the living area as well as the bedroom. The King Bed was soft and luxurious. The bathroom included two different vanities, a shower, and a large jacuzzi. Amazing space. The only negative... We traveled there in October and our first night was on a Thursday night. The first two nights were quiet. However, on Saturday we realized we had neighbors next door and above. There was a lot more noise. We'd stay there again, however, make sure we get the top floor!

You are forced to listen to pushy timeshare salesman to get keys to your room. Internet Wi-Fi was out the entire time we were there, when we contacted front desk they were like oh yeah we’re having technical difficulties but no attempt was made to resolve the issue over the weekend. Was extremely disappointed with the stay, will never book Wyndham hotels again

I loved everything about the establishment except for one thing… thin walls. I got to hear my neighbors beside me talking (as well as conscience that they could hear me) and hear the ones above me walking.

There were a line of cars of people checking in. I expected a wait and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of check in. There wasn’t a wait at all. The process moved quickly. The property is large and very well kept. We had a 3/2 and it was beautiful. We had everything we could have needed. The condo was spacious and laid out perfectly. The kids were on one side and the master on the other. We will definitely be back.

Not all information about the property was mentioned at the time of booking. Was told at checkin we had to pay an additional $250 for a security deposit we would get back at check out, and then said the day of checkout it would be 3-5 days before we get it back so would be nice to know at booking, if I did I would have booked a different place.

We booked our months in advance and were notified 3 hours before our stay they “couldn’t accommodate our reservation.” Apparently Wyndham allows their reservation company to overbook, and according to the facility, we were one of 70 overbooks in a 2 week span. We will NEVER stay at a Wyndham facility again and will advise all friends and family to avoid them as well.

By far the best experience we've had here yet! I just don't like the check in process of having to deal with a sales pitch. If I could just check in and go to the room that would be better. You should give people the option if they want the pitch at initial check in. Then if interested go to the 2nd person.

Would definitely stay here again. Love the room but it needs more sound proofing between the adjoining does. Savannah at registration was super friendly & very helpful. We loved her! The boys that helped in the theater area were great too.

All we can say is that our stay at Club Wyndham, Branson at The Meadows was OUTSTANDING. All of the Staff were Friendly, Courteous and always ready to assist if needed. The area in and out was clean and neat. We want to say THANK YOU to each and every one!!!

Staff was very friendly and always accommodating. Had an issue with our refrigerator at 11 pm maintenance arrived on scene to remedy within 10 minutes, very impressed. Very nice property with many amenities. 10/10 will stay again.

We really enjoyed the property for our visit to Branson. Conveniently located and nice amenities. I would warn you that it is a "time share" property and they will try to get you to listen to their sales pitch. I did not know that when I booked on hotels.com so it was a surprise when we arrived. The indoor hot tub was nice and hot which is unusual for most places. It was the end of the season for outdoor pools so we didn't get to experience those. The one bedroom condo unit was spacious and clean.

We always stay here. We love the staff. They are amazing, especially Johnny and Joseph. Their Cafe has the best burger you will ever eat. The amenities are everything you could want when staying at a place. The rooms are big. The beds are wonderful. The fish pond is so much fun for the kids and adults! On-Site shows with food. So much to do here!!! Best place to stay in Branson

We loved our spacious 1 bedroom king suite. Our littles ( 9 year old and 4 year old) slept on the comfortable pull out couch located in the living room. Our kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room and I loved having access to a kitchen, and washer and dryer in our room. We loved walking and exploring the grounds, they have a trail that goes to each pool and the pond where we visited and fed the huge koi fish. The best part of this place is STARBUCKS!! It’s located in the lobby with the gym, movie theater and indoor pool. It was so so so nice waking up, walking 2 mins to get my Starbucks fix and then going to a nice dip in jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!!

Most of our trip was amazing, we enjoyed our room and the property was beautiful. It seemed like every room had a view. When it came to breakfast, the lady taking orders was amazing she made our day and was so kind. The food truck on the property was horrible, they advertise pizza delivery but were rude when I called about it and had the truck closed up during all of the hours they were supposed to be open. They were obviously not serving any kind of food even though they were supposedly open. We ended up going to the cafe and getting lunch up there from the nice lady from Breakfast. The only complaints on the room I had is the jetted tub was a little grimy when we first got there. After a fill and a run with a squirt of soap, good as new.

We loved the balcony view of all the colors of Fall in the surrounding trees of Branson. The single room condo was very roomy and comfortable. What we weren’t impressed with was the cafe breakfast. It was a disappointment, because of the quality of the food. We have eaten much better prepared food at some of the hotels, which offer free breakfast.

This property has LOTS of stuff to do on site. We enjoyed the Starbucks on the property, all the pool options, and the pretty landscaping. The room was super spacious and comfy. We did have a minor incident upon checking in but the helpful staff made it right within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back!!

This resort had plenty to do for kids during the holidays. Loved that they had a game rooms inside pool movie theatre plus had crafts for kids to do even though some you had to pay for on Christmas Day my kids were able to do an ornament free. Our room was really nice and roomy for six of us. The only thing was when we pulled back the comforter in our room it didn’t look like the sheets were pulled to where they weren’t wrinkled and I didn’t even want to think about them not being changed. (I hope they were) there was a big tub in our room and it was nice to use to relax. This would be an excellent place to stay at in the summer for a few days. My only thing is it’s annoying when you’ve been driving for several hours and just want to get to your room the people who are trying to get you to go through a sales pitch trying to talk you into going. Lucky for me I wasn’t interested and my stay was great without them bothering us again.
