The staff were helpful and pleasant. The property was well maintained. There were few areas where the carpets were old. The mini-refrigerator is cannot be used for frozen items. The pool was clean but the hot tub was closed. There were no towels in that area either. The children play area and mini golf areas were not quite tidy.

I ended up staying somewhere else. Booked this hotel because of the indoor water park which is no longer with this hotel. We had stayed here several times in the past and my kids loved it. When I went to check in was told they no longer had the water park it was now with another hotel. Refused to refund my stay that did not happen.

Such great staff that is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The pool no longer exists on this property but I had found this out at the time of booking so I wasn’t surprised. The $7.50 breakfast seemed sketchy at first in a very creepy looking theater but pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! I would stay here again if we visit Branson again.

road construction separating Hillside Branson from The Lodges: terrible resolution of trying to separate properties. Very hard to get into and out of the now-single entrance. Putt-putt: never was, continues to be, poorly maintained without enough equipment for multiple players. LOSS OF SPLASHATORIUM: seriously, the one shining highlight of what once was a desirable place to stay with family. Without this, we sadly won't be back. And the Lodges are nice, but not affordable. Please make sure future customers are aware of the absence of the Splashatorium.

We were woken up in the middle of the night by our fire alarm chirping — not exactly ideal during a relaxing vacation. It was clear the batteries hadn’t been checked prior to our stay. My wife got dressed and walked to the front desk, where the lady had to retrieve a 9V battery from another room so that I could change the battery in our room’s fire alarm. Definitely a first on vacation. To add to the experience, a front desk associate named Adam was not friendly at all when we asked for towels. With a scowl on his face, he bluntly handed them over. When I asked if there was a problem, he curtly responded, “No, just doing my job.” Not the kind of attitude you expect in hospitality. Plus, get to the room and a bug was on the towels. Furthermore, the picture online are very deceiving. They do not offer an in door water park as advertised. I’m not sure this hotel is truly equipped to be in the hospitality business. When people spend their hard-earned money on a vacation, there’s a certain level of care, professionalism, and courtesy that should be expected. Guests should feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued—not like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here. We will not be staying here or recommending to any of our friends or colleagues.

Sink and tub both were filled with a dark residue. Towels had hair on them. Door was open, when got to the room. The blower dryer was laying in the middle of the floor. Room smelled musty.

Our room was ant infested. Requested a move to new room, which was politely obliged, and second room was overwhelmed with a musty, mildew smell and coffee maker broken. One elevator has a problem with the door not wanting to shut until you press the button 3 times so worried if it’ll get you where you need to go. Lobby is clean and outside area well maintained. Staff wa nice.

We had a nice stay as the room was clean and the property was very calm and well-kept. It's 15 15-minute drive away from the Branson downtown or Landing. So be ready to drive every time you go out for anything.

Pictures of property were taken when they first opened obviously. If you see pictures of a great pool or water park, they don’t have it, it’s just a very small pool and the hot tub is boarded up. My biggest complaint was my 6 year old daughter got black feet every time she walked around the hotel room floor. The whole place needs to be professionally shampooed. Price was a little over $100/nt, not bad but expected better for the price too. Restaurant barely open. On a side note, no alcohol options on site either. Overall, needs to be cleaned thoroughly, update to facilities, and there’s just better options to stay at in Branson. We won’t be back here.

The floor was not vacuumed around the edges. There were small trash items behind the bedside tables and at the front of the bedside. The surfaces had hand marks and fingerprints . The mirrors and window had not been cleaned. Looking out the window, the gutters had not been cleaned. The brush had grown up around the property, especially around the theater. The general appearance of the buildings and grounds indicated deterioration of the property, with little evidence that anything was being done to improve it. Would like to see this property brought back to its appearance from not that long ago when major acts were performing there.

Booked the property, hoping that it lived up to what the images showed but the nice pictures are apparently from the property across the street that used to be attached to the hotel last year. The room that we had was very small, and woke up after night 1 to my wife finding a bedbug on her. The hotel has its cute quirks, but did not live up to what was hoped.

I wish I could say good things but I can’t. We stayed here for a week and they do not offer housekeeping. We had to call to order towels and one day they didn’t have any. The bathroom was gross with mold on ceilings and some of our friends’ rooms were worse. Our shower didn’t drain so nothing is worse than taking a shower with standing water. We found out it was their last week there so basically it was like they didn’t care. Regardless we had a great time in Branson and tried to stay out of room except to sleep

This was in a good location. However, we had bed bugs in our room. When reported to the staff she tried to say it wasnt a bed bug but a flea. No matter what it was my comfort was not her first concern. I have 9 bites, my arm is swollen along with my hand. They did However give us another room. Same floor. I wont be back.

For a quick stay is served its purpose. There was still soap left in the shower from last guest. Also felt that the room was humid— in fact my cup had condensation on the lid the next morning— with that being said the sheets and towels felt wet. Also felt that our room did not cool off.

Overall it was good. My son enjoyed the Game Center in the clubhouse. Our only complaints would be the pillows were awful and the mini fridge didn’t cool. They even had a sign on it calling it a “cooler” saying it doesn’t keep food cold. Not sure what the point was but it would’ve been nice if it had worked properly.

It's reasonably clean and affordable. Our TV didn't work, so we were moved to a room where the TV also didn't work. At that point we were too exhausted to fuss about it. The staff was polite, but not completely competent. Check in took quite a while and they seemed pretty flustered when we needed to change rooms. As hotels go, it's just ok.

We for a room on the bottom floor which feels pretty much like a basement with the small window and low ceiling. Not sure how the other floor rooms looked or would feel less tiny. It was kind of a ghost town never saw one other guest and only 2 cars in the parking lot so that was strange but the hotel served it's purpose with a bed to sleep in so worked for us.

The property was nice. The problem was the hotel is very understaffed. During my recent four night stay, housekeeping didnt make up my room a single time. I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and had to empty my trash and ask for trash bags. It's an okay place to stay in a pinch, but I would not return to this motel.

The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable the day shift customer service was great. The evening shift needs help in customer service and greeting. Was disappointed the evening staff acted like we were a burden to check us in.i also asked for a easy room to for my sister to get too and have room for her being handicap she is on oxegyne and in a walker when i called to let the staff know they said they would make sure. But did not happen when checked in only thing they did is let us on the first floor.but gave us the wrong hall to go too.

The staff were amazing! They even emailed me before my stay asking if we were celebrating a special occasion, which was my daughter’s birthday! Well we got to the hotel checked in, but rooms were not ready. Clerk said they would make our key once the room was ready, we asked for the room number they told they were not able to give it to me since they rooms were not ready. We left to do our thing got call to let me know the room was ready and so were the keys, we arrived back at 10 asked for our key. When we got to our rooms they lights were, tv were on and their was luggage on the bed as if occupy by someone, so went back down, told them. They changed the room had to walk across the parking to get the keys for our new rooms, when I came back with the keys, I turned around and asked the clerk to make sure that the rooms were not occupied like the first ones. She said no I think they are the are freshly cleaned, so once again we go up to our rooms, and surely they were occupied as well, only this time they had occupants in there sleeping, what a nightmare. I do not think anyone love to have someone walking into their room I know we would not.

When we got to our rooms they lights were, tv were on and their was luggage on the bed as if occupy by someone, so went back down, told them. They changed the room had to walk across the parking to get the keys for our new rooms, when I came back with the keys, I turned around and asked the clerk to make sure that the rooms were not occupied like the first ones. She said no I think they are the are freshly cleaned, so once again we go up to our rooms, and surely they were occupied as well, only this time they had occupants in there sleeping, what a nightmare. I do not think anyone love to have someone walking into their room I know we would not.

The staff was useless, we couldn't even get a TV controller for our room. Poor service, poor staff. There are a lot of other choices in Branson, and we will be making a different choice next trip. . .

Property and room were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Like others have mentioned there is no signage with the hotel name. It would have been extremely hard to find if I had not read a review mentioning that. A temporary banner type sign somewhere in front of the hotel might be beneficial. Would stay here again.

Staff friendly, clean rooms, reasonable price. Only thing I didn’t alike was you have to pay for the breakfast as with other hotels it’s included. But that part doesn’t change my mind that I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

The hotel was great, clean and up to date and the staff was excellent. Only a couple of things. 1. Our sink would drain very slow. We did inform them when we checked out. 2. No free breakfast but had a restaurant next door, Stage Coach that only served breakfast and it did not look good at all, for $11.99. It worked out though because we food a great little place down the road. The location is Fantastic!! Away from all of the Branson traffic and mess and only 3 minute's from Table Rock Lake. Great food locations nearby that are local owned especially Danna' BBO and Burgers.

What is advertised is not what you get!! The room looks so nice in the pictures.. it’s not. There was no hot coffee in the lobby, nor bar or restaurant!! When I checked in, the lady said there would be a breakfast buffet… incorrect! Nothing! Checkout is 10 not 11! The name of the hotel is not anywhere on the building! Just very disappointed in what I thought I was getting, and what I actually got!

Such great staff that is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The pool no longer exists on this property but I had found this out at the time of booking so I wasn’t surprised. The $7.50 breakfast seemed sketchy at first in a very creepy looking theater but pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! I would stay here again if we visit Branson again.

Do not waste your money on breakfast here. It is a complete ripoff. It was the same slop you get at a cheap motel but we were led to believe it was good. Just watery gravy and fake scrambled eggs. Never again!!

Comfortable and spacey enough for 2 adults. Pillow top mattress was a real treasure at bedtime. Beware checkout is at 10 though but it was ok. The staff re did the key so I could get our belongings. 11.50 breakfast buffet including drinks was very worthwhile as well.

Starting with the good- rooms and lobby were clean and nice, the staff was kind especially the housekeeper and restaurant staff, the breakfast buffet was tasty and very reasonably priced, the facility as a whole has great potential. Now the bad-online shows check-in at 4 and their signage shows 3. We arrived after 4 but our rooms weren’t ready til around 440. Being in a tourist town you would think the hotel would be prepared for customers needing to attend their timed ticketed events. No apology was given, they just kept extending the time that our room would be ready. No offer to even hold our luggage until we got back. That entire encounter put a bad taste in my mouth and is reason enough for me to no longer stay at this hotel. There is no signage on the hotel to let you know you’re at the correct place. Depending on what time you arrive, it looks like a vacant run down theater. The building that houses the restaurant could be more inviting. It currently looks like you might be murdered on the way to breakfast but clearly I’m willing to take that risk for food. I asked if the hotel was recently opened and was informed the new owners took over july 1st. That’s nearly 4 months to work out the kinks so that’s disappointing.

It's far enough off the strip to not be overly touristy but has an outdoor pool, free mini golf, a nice downstairs lobby that would even serve for doing some office work and a restaurant. It is quiet and has evening quiet hours too. Front desk staff is friendly. Clean, comfortable. Easy parking. It's not really fancy or a "resort" but it is much nicer than a value hotel. We enjoyed it a lot.
