When i arrived, guest service wasn’t nice to me. Donya worked through her issues with me to get me out of her face. I was nice to her either way. I just wanted a pleasant stay.

The room was very clean. The description on Hotels.com stated there was wine and hors d’oevres in the evening and there was just popcorn with coffee or pop. Our room had an adjoining room and that guest chose to run his tv all night! Not the hotel’s fault, but the adjoining door was too short, so the noise came pouring into our room!
