We have family in the area and have stayed in this hotel many times. It is reasonably priced and a decent hotel for a night or two. The hotel is older, but it is kept up fairly well and relatively clean. The parking lot needs some work as it is getting uneven and has some pretty good sized potholes. Hotel staff is always kind and helpful. And we really like the self check in and check out services. Overall, a good hotel.

HVAC system was making three different types of noises. My bed squeaked whenever I made a move. Much standing water at various places in this location. A large portion of the south end of the parking lot was in need of repair. Location seemed to be adequately staffed.

For the most part our room was clean. When we arrived you could really smell the bleach/cleaning products. It was very strong. Breakfast was good; no complaints there. My main complaint is the floors in the room & bathroom. Whatever is used on the floors make them very slippery. We had to walk slowly so that we would not slip and fall. I am attaching photos to show how greasy the floors were. You can see the greasy spots really well in the mirror picture. In looking at the floor did spot a piece of trash under the head of the bed...not a big deal. The only other thing I didn't like was that they were trying to charge the payment on my card hours before I arrived. Luckily I had my card locked. When I called the hotel I was told they were making sure it was a valid reservation. I let them know payment would be made when I arrived at the hotel and that the reservation was valid. When I booked the room I chose the option to pay upon arrival. I do this at all hotels. Overall not a bad hotel.

Staff was very nice. I wanted to rate this higher for that reason, but unfortunately we had multiple dirty towels, used soap in the shower and on our final day we found dead bugs & dirty under sheets on the bed. Door on side of building could open without using a card. Not enough parking because of construction workers parking long ways taking up multiple spots.

This property was under construction and extremely dirty. Hair in clumps on floor, stains on sheets, empty snack bag on shelf, hallways were filthy and no air conditioning in hallways. Ironing board just in a corner in the room. Is this really a Ramada property??

Someone’s black Nike socks are behind a chair near the window. The shower has a spot under the showerhead where a couple of hairs are stuck in a sticky spot. The room needs a channel guide to help find tv channels. The front door has a big enough gap that it seems like a security hazard.

I was shocked to see how dirty my feet were after walking across the floor. The floors were hard surface, so should have been easy to clean, but they were very dirty. Breakfast was very limited. We had breakfast at 8:30on a Saturday morning. The biscuits were too hard to cut or eat, even after sitting in gravy. Breakfast was shut down at 9:00 am - this seems very early for a weekend morning.

I know the "new trend" is getting rid of closets and drawers, that's fine for your 1 night only guests. But we were staying 6 nights and there weren't even hangers to use on the small racks provided we had to go buy our own.. Seems to me you could keep a few rooms with closets for those people with extended stays, you know how long they'll be there when they make the reservation.

Overall just a fine place to stay. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The AC was incredibly loud though and the fan only feature was broken so it would kick on and off and wake us up as it sounded like a freight train. Parking lot needs to be re-paved badly. Also breakfast was subpar due to no milk and broken toaster. Waffles were just fine though. We would stay here again as a quick stop.

Great hotel. The 3rd floor hallways smelled like essential oils and other smell good fragrances. The room was large. The beds looked like king sized beds although they were actually queen bed. The room looked to have been renovated recently and was very nice. The bedding was super comfortable.

For the price, it wouldn’t have been a bad hotel. Room was very clean. (Dated too but that wasn’t a problem for me.) Major problem is when A/C kicks on, it is very loud, Lawnmower and jackhammer had a baby loud…right next to my bed. I brought it up to management but was told all of their A/C units are loud because they’re old. You could hear the A/C unit in my room from the hallway. Interestingly, I never heard anyone else’s unit. Management would not switch our room. We ended up turning off A/C when we were in the room. It was impossible to talk on phone, watch TV and sleep otherwise. Breakfast was lacking also. Muffins and cereal were stale. No protein options and cereal was all sweetened. No plain Cheerios! I suspect we were given this room because we booked through Expedia instead of directly with hotel. If you go to this hotel, do yourself a favor and don’t accept room #316!

The staff is amazing, Emily and Jennifer were both knowledgeable and proficient at the task at hand, everytime I returned from leaving I was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello, the rooms were clean and everything worked properly! Great stay and I will definitely stay again if the need arises!!🙂

The room was okay. Someone went through my makeup bag and medication as well as my daughter’s overnight bag. After arriving home on Sunday afternoon, I woke up Monday to 4 random charges on my credit card besides the charge for my stay. When I called the person acted funny and said he had no idea what charges I was talking about. I had to call and cancel my card for fraudulent charges. 100% do not recommend this place!!

Had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because there was no one at the front desk. When someone finally appeared, they came from outside the hotel. They never apologized for the inconvenience; only said they were helping a customer. Not sure how they were doing that from outside the hotel. I arrived at 4:00pm, which is a prime check in time. Two other customers arrived after me and couldn't believe no one was at the front counter. Then the following morning I went down to the dining area at 5:30am. An employee was setting up for breakfast. I asked them where the coffee was. They pointed to their ear to display they had ear buds on. Never answered my question. I don't believe they spoke English. I found the coffee myself. Then I went to use the hot tub later in the afternoon. There is a sign that says not to bring room towels to the pool/spa area. That there are towels located there to use. When I went in to get a towel; there were none available. The container for the used towels was completely full; so no one had bothered to collect them and get them cleaned. Staff in this hotel was very poor.

The attendant who helped me kept my ID from me and did not notify us that they had it till i had to call them as i was in the airport and noticed i did not have my ID with me. It felt uncomfortable knowing they knew they had my ID and did not try and get it back to me as i was staying at the hotel. When we were checking out there was no one available to get my ID. Will never stay here again

Quiet and clean place to stay near the airport. My children enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It took 8 minutes from hotel parking lot to car rental return. Hotel staff was kind and efficient. I'll make this my go-to hotel when we travel to Kansas City.

Breakfast is advertised to started at 5:30am, and staff were trying to see up for it past 6am. Military Leader had to be taking off to drill by 6am, and needed breakfast by 6am. Don’t advertise breakfast at 530 if it’s not feasible.

Room was very clean and check in was quick. Staff at front desk were friendly. Breakfast might have been good, but we arrived for breakfast a couple hours after it started and they were out of sausage gravy and did not appear that they wanted to refill it, so we had to dine out for breakfast. Also, their is adequate parking, but the parking lot is awful with indentations and broken asphalt. Definitely needs to be repaved.

The staff did an excellent job of taking care of everything I needed: extra towels, quarters for laundry, etc. They even tidied the room, emptied trash, restocked toilet paper, etc., while we were out for the day. It is an older hotel with dated carpet in the halls (our room had new laminate flooring), and the weekend breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, fried potatoes) was much better than Monday through Thursday's breakfast. But it still good. Also, the pool/ hot tub area is fantastic!!!

We stayed there 3 weekends every time the same things were broken or out of order. The juice dispenser never worked the lid was falling off the sausage pan the last time there was no sausage. The batter for the waffles would not come out of the dispenser.
