Initial check for bed bugs found the bottom mattress cover was filthy on both beds. In a none smoking room the flat sheet had cigarette burn. The towels had stains all over them. The light switch for the bathroom had mold on the wall. The toilet paper holder bearly stayed in the wall. Hair all over the bathroom. Toilet clogged hotel lady broght my husband a plunger and expected him to plug the toilet. I called to see if pool was swimable before booking and was told yes. Get there and you can’t even see into the pool from the cloudiness. It was nasty kids couldn’t even swim. Coffee is horrible down stairs. Will not stay again and do not recommend staying. Day shift lady is rude and lazy. Wish I would have taken pictures

I went to Moss Point Mississippi to selebrate memorial day. I had promised my granddaughter that we would get in the pool. Was very disappointed because the pool was not working. Checked in on Friday evening and on Saturday morning couldn't use the towlet because it was stopped up. I also asked for a excessiable room and had to go up two set of stairs to and from my room. I will never go to another Quality Inn Hotel again.

The room was clean and had the immunities that I liked. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and good shower. It also had a pool, served a mini breakfast, and had good customer service. However, the carpets felt damp and the walls were pretty thin. It was also also very close to good a good variety of restaurants. Overall, it was a great value for the money.

This hotel was not our cup of tea, pool was dirty, phone wasn’t working in the room, you can smell smoke from people smoking cigarettes, but in all the service was great.

It was not top quality at all. There was an old dirty shop vac left in the room. The lamps were dirty with mold. The fitted sheet had yellow stains, hair, and mold on it. There were some weird black flying bugs in the room. I was disgusted especially when I seen the fitted sheet. I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

The room was in poor poor shape, the plastic trim around the floor was completely off in parts, the carpet felt moist, the linens were rough, the whole room looked like a tired motel. Breakfast was waffles. It was quite a terrible stay.

Our room had numerous toenail clippings, red sand, GREASY counters and a mystery crusty "spray residue" on the tiny TV. Front desk, no questions asked, moved us next door. (She is the only good part about this hotel. Amazing woman.) Next room had mold along the ceiling and the entire bathroom ceiling is water damaged and COVERED in mold. Paint is bubbling. Faucet had either dried toothpaste or lotion on it. Toilet had dried diarrhea down the side of the bowl and was covered in long and short black hairs. Shampoo bottle stains still on bathroom floor. Shower curtain was inside out and had a tear. Mold in grout. Rusted toilet paper holder. Curtains smelled of cigarette smoke and the detector was lying next to the TV...The wires where it used to be in the ceiling were hanging down. Refrigerator has a missing leg and rocks. Luckily, I had packed some sanitizing wipes and wiped down the toilet and faucet. I was too tired to move to a 3rd room so we just slept with the bathroom door closed. Oh and my kids socks were BLACK by bedtime so that carpet could probably benefit from a deep cleaning. The whole room felt "wet" and so humid. A vent would help. Breakfast... I passed on toast, boiled eggs, and waffles. The coffee was great! Whoever the housekeeper manager is, they are not doing their job of checking behind the housekeepers. I wanted to tell the front desk lady all of this at checkout but she was too busy on speakerphone with her friend to even say good bye.

The iron I couldn’t use because the rust was getting on my clothing and the ironing board cover was dirty and bleached.The exterior of the building could use a fresh coat of paint and the walk way smelled like urine. The bed was a bit itchy. The other guest were very noisy so it wasn’t a peaceful stay. The bathroom could use a new toilet seat and a good deep cleaning around the toilet and on the inside was just nasty. The staff was pleasant. I stayed gone from the room most of the time which ruined my trip of resting and just having some down time.

The staff were friendly and considerate. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving and the actual property is very old and in very poor condition. We felt unsafe with kids riding on scooters checking out our car both at the entrance and where we parked. The door to our room was rusty with paint falling off and the safety catch removed. We had to have room keys made twice. The armoire wardrobe in the room was marked with grafitti, blocked or hid the door to the adjoining room and had only one single hangar in it. My wife saw a roach crawl across the shower. There was not enough light in the room, only one small waste basket and one of the few outlets was burnt. We blocked the door with a chair, worried about our car being broken into and got up and packed at 4 am and left without the free breakfast by 5 am. Never again Quality Inn!!!!

The bed, shower and pool was clean. It had horrible smell, which is probably do to the carpet. I had to use my own febreeze to eliminate the smell. There was pee around the base of the toilet area. Needs update to the hotel. Peeling paint, carpet needs to be pulled up. Receptionist was very nice

The lady at the front desk was super nice! The room was worn but very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding newer but the carpet was frayed and the paint peeled off the bathroom door. But I will make a point to stay here again since it is very affordable for as clean as it is.

Ac unit sounded like a airplane taking off every time it kicked on and off. Remote control did not work tv, refrigerator didnt work. Staircase was at the opposite end of the room. Very long walk for dark and cool weather. The first to times at the hotel was ok but this last time was horrible. Will not stay again.

This place sucks. The night clerk booked me the wrong room. Someone tried to come in around 12 at night but I had the deadbolt on. He went to the same lady who check me just a few hours before, who apparently forgot and freaked put by yelling and attempting to unlock the door to my room as well. Then she startes pounding and screaming for me to come out, so I did. She asked for my id while simultaneously telling me to pack my stuff as if i was a squatter. Also, I booked a king, but got 2 full sized beds. She obviously booked the wrong room. I packed my stuff and on my way to the front desk she walks around corner and says nevermind, sorry. It gets worse. I booked 3 nights. The next day I go to the front desk clerk who happens to be the manager, and also unhappy, to tell her that I got the wrong room. Left the the fiasco out of it... she says they dont have any kings. I ask if we can cancel the remaining 2 nights then. She agrees, but then argues with expedia and refuses to refund my money. The room smelled like mildew and the heater was obnoxious with its noises, the customer service sucks If you are traveling on a budget, dont stay here.

I had booked this room through Hotels.com a couple of days in advance because plans to stay with family didn't materialize. Due to unforseen circumstances we didn't check in till 6am giving us a very short stay. Upon trying to enter the assigned room I discovered to my horror that the room was already occupied! The desk agent apologized profusely and blamed it on a computer error. Whenwe did get into another room, thebtelephone had been ripped out if the wall, so I called on my cellphone to report it and request an additional blanket because my 84 year old mother was freezing. The agent said most of the phones don't work and I was eventually told they don't give out additional blankets unless they take the old one in exchange. I had paid for the room at time of booking and my debit card charged, but upon check-in was told that was just a hold and ,although she did get me a lower rate, my card was charged again. Furthermore there was no body wash in the shower, only a couple of bidy bars, conditioner and body lotion by the sink. No shampoo. I don't plan to be back through this area anytime soon, but if I do I doubt I will choose this property again.
I had booked this room through Hotels.com a couple of days in advance because plans to stay with family didn't materialize. Due to unforseen circumstances we didn't check in till 6am giving us a very short stay. Upon trying to enter the assigned room I discovered to my horror that the room was already occupied! The desk agent apologized profusely and blamed it on a computer error. Whenwe did get into another room, thebtelephone had been ripped out if the wall, so I called on my cellphone to report it and request an additional blanket because my 84 year old mother was freezing. The agent said most of the phones don't work and I was eventually told they don't give out additional blankets unless they take the old one in exchange. The direction to Quality Inn. Was hard to get to when there's a side street that you don't see, which you miss with GPS, because it send you on to the I-10 ramp instead of tlit showing that you to go across the light then you see a faded street which needs to be very clear in order to get to the hotel. Also the hotel definitely need better beds. Very hard very springy very uncomfortable! The coffee Maker in the room very old club with very rusty. The coffee ingredients creamers, sugar was very brittle and dry, which tells me it's been in the room for several months never replaced, never checked. Very. Unacceptable! Staff was not engaged in helping customer. Also, charge extra $20 for a early Check-in. Which when we ask about why charge an the extra $20. They had no reason they didn't know is what was answered. All and all wasn't very friendly.

The staff were friendly and considerate. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving and the actual property is very old and in very poor condition. We felt unsafe with kids riding on scooters checking out our car both at the entrance and where we parked. The door to our room was rusty with paint falling off and the safety catch removed. We had to have room keys made twice. The armoire wardrobe in the room was marked with grafitti, blocked or hid the door to the adjoining room and had only one single hangar in it. My wife saw a roach crawl across the shower. There was not enough light in the room, only one small waste basket and one of the few outlets was burnt. We blocked the door with a chair, worried about our car being broken into and got up and packed at 4 am and left without the free breakfast by 5 am. Never again Quality Inn!!!!

The lady in reception was excellent but the property is old and needs a lot of updating. Also, the breakfast was not the normal Quality Inn Hot breakfast and the staff were not interested customer requirements.

In the middle of being revamped. Glad I came because my room was practically new and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at a motel. I even added a night to my stay because I loved the convenience and comfort. Breakfast was good

The hotel had clean linen, but mold on the walls. When I got up to make coffee the next morning, the filter cup was full of fury mold. It was disgusting! We were right beside the pool, so no sleeping in with all the noise of everyone walking by and all of the housekeeping carts rolling on the concrete. Went to the lobby to get breakfast, and was ridiculously pissed that everything offered was carb filled. No eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. Could only get a cup of coffee and they didn't even have Splenda, just Sweet and Low....smh. The only benefit of this hotel was that it was close to restaurants and the highway.

Our room had numerous toenail clippings, red sand, GREASY counters and a mystery crusty "spray residue" on the tiny TV. Front desk, no questions asked, moved us next door. (She is the only good part about this hotel. Amazing woman.) Next room had mold along the ceiling and the entire bathroom ceiling is water damaged and COVERED in mold. Paint is bubbling. Faucet had either dried toothpaste or lotion on it. Toilet had dried diarrhea down the side of the bowl and was covered in long and short black hairs. Shampoo bottle stains still on bathroom floor. Shower curtain was inside out and had a tear. Mold in grout. Rusted toilet paper holder. Curtains smelled of cigarette smoke and the detector was lying next to the TV...The wires where it used to be in the ceiling were hanging down. Refrigerator has a missing leg and rocks. Luckily, I had packed some sanitizing wipes and wiped down the toilet and faucet. I was too tired to move to a 3rd room so we just slept with the bathroom door closed. Oh and my kids socks were BLACK by bedtime so that carpet could probably benefit from a deep cleaning. The whole room felt "wet" and so humid. A vent would help. Breakfast... I passed on toast, boiled eggs, and waffles. The coffee was great! Whoever the housekeeper manager is, they are not doing their job of checking behind the housekeepers. I wanted to tell the front desk lady all of this at checkout but she was too busy on speakerphone with her friend to even say good bye.
