There were cords plugged in to the hall way, wires hanging from the ceiling. Dryers didn’t work. The place had a smell too it. Pool was disgusting. Air didn’t work good

The credit card machine was down so had to find a bank to get cash. The pool had a light laying in it with wires so couldn’t use it the hall carpets were dirty But the room was clean and comfortable The staff was great Our room was clean that’s the main thing they had a breakfast with waffles Oh I also got woke up at 3 in the morning on my phone it said red roof wasn’t to happy about that

The staff and the room were recently updated w wood floor. The rest of the hotel lobby and hallways need to have the old carpet also replaced. The hotel overall was a value, the area is not ideal but it was a good stop from a long trip. I would recommend for the value but the family may not like the location.

The staff was very nice... Outside the property needs alot of attention as the saying goes eye appeal is buy appeal, garbage overflowing. It needs some outside updates, rooms was clean that's the most important. A bit noisy for me if you're just chillaxing out by the pool.

Prepaid with a 3rd party, they said at check in the just need $90 to hold. Normal. They charged me $90.88 for nothing. There wasnt anything to charge to the room. I take videos when i leave to show how it is and i was still recording when i asked when they lift the hold on the $90 the video is of my feet, you just hear the conversation, i always record until i hand in my keys at front desk. I tried through expidia and the hotel itself. No reselsoution. I cant even get the hotel to answer the phone at this point. The 'pool' is a swamp. Liks my adult kids were makinf jokes of what would jump out. So $90 gone, screaming neighbors all night, they even broke the glass on the case in the hallway, a pool but not a pool. Just go somewhere else.

Overall the whole room was messy and not clean. It looks as though they *tried* to clean it but no effort. The mirror was messy, the tub not clean, the bed looked like it had stains from the previous guest. The room smelled of urine + weak cleaning products which was a very off putting smell. I had to self checkout early to get away from the room. Would not recommend this place to anyone the price is not worth the atmosphere and uncleanliness

HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE!!!! Workers was not friendly at all , I should have known this hotel was a red flag when we walked in and the man had on slides with no socks .. BED BUGS , ROACHES PLAYING HIDE & SEEK , no toilet paper in bathroom , no trash cans , barely any towels , fridge mildew as hell & broken … sockets detached from the wall .. we checked in April 6th & went straight to work so the very next morning ( April 7th ) I complained about getting a refund and they stalled me out until 10:30am then proceeds to tell me we have to check out … cool !!! They did not give me all of my money back … charged me for 2 nights instead of one . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

This place gave me the creeps. It smelled nasty and was in disrepair. The sheets and duvet were stained. The room was missing molding and flooring in spots. There was NO HOT WATER!!! The parking lot was scary.

Our room was filthy upon checking in. Smelled horrible. There was mold in the freezer, the tub was dirty, the sheets were dirty and stained and the pillowcases had stains and cigarette burn holes. There was a pile of what looked to be dip spit tobacco on the floor next to the bed. There is a stray dog that hangs around the hotel and while normally not a big deal, this is a pet friendly hotel and I had my dog with me. Unsafe having loose dogs hanging around while I’m trying to get my dog to/from the hotel entrance. We checked out and went to the Hilton. Absolutely would not sleep there. The woman at the front desk was very nice and understanding and gave me my pet deposit back no questions.

The check in was easy and parking was convenient. There was a little grassy area to walk your dog around. AC worked okay. Saw two roaches and some evidence of a past pest infestation in a drawer. Microwave did not work properly. Said the inside of facilities was smoke free but everything smelled heavily of stale smoke.

Not sure what was 'newly renovated'. Curtains not hanging, windows dirty, water seeping up through foors, incense burning. What are they tryi g to cover up. Water faucet in shower doesn't work properly. So loud couldn't sleep. Breakfast was ridiculous. Horrible coffee, dry cereal, bread and waffles. No fruit, yogurt, spreads like cream cheese or jelly. No juice. I got what I paid for, but never again.

An hour after getting into my room the electric. Internet, phones and television including the hot water was out. When asked at the front desk when this stuff would be available they said it would be the following day. Before checking out at 11 nothing was still available. You couldn’t even shower due to no hot water. When I spoke to another guy the next morning he got very rude with me and began yelling at me. I just walked out and filed a complaint with the BBB.

Staff was very courteous, friendly, polite, and professional. Very nice people especially Trisha/Tricia? My kudos to her whose personality is what “Southern hospitality” is all about. Especially not asking some annoying, boorish rude question like, “Where are you from”? That’s disrespectful, irrelevant, and rude! I will never appreciate that because these folks were all wonderful making it a truly nice place to stay. Only complaint which was definitely not the hotel’s fault one bit, was the gross and ubiquitous stench of the salty air and putrid seafood. I know the hotel has very little control over it because that’s the Gulf Coast demographics.

The front desk person gave me a key to a room that was already occupied and the person in the room cussed me out because i was trying to get in a room i thought was mine its around 12am i showed the person my card that he wrote 203 on it to show i was at the right room . when i told front desk i got no apology nothing . Had no trash can in my room. Dirty hole in ceiling in barhroom hoke by ac unit this is the worst hotel i ever booked on Expedia and the unprofessionalism of the staff .

Great quiet spot just outside Mobile. 25-30 minutes from Biloxi or Mobile. Wal Mart within 4 minutes away with cheapest gas around. Clean place and cheapest rates.

Room was clean. No room service for 2 night stay. Coffee downstairs is sporadic at best and several days old more than likely. I noticed small amount of coffee in lobby pot the night we checked in. Same amount was there for breakfast next day and none for breakfast the following day. Breakfast? The waffle maker was old, rusty, FLAKING TEFLON. EAT at your OWN RISK! I'm not even sure if the batter was fresh or several days old. Needless to say we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The check in clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. We asked how to get to our room 202 and he just said go around to right. We went in parking lot and finally found a door to go in. Later we found out we could have just gone through lobby to stairs. In room, first thing was no toilet paper! Tried to call desk, phone didn’t work. Then no coffee cups in room. Got those then no wastebasket! He said they didn’t have those. When I asked what to do with our trash he said bring it down the hall to garbage room! So we used a Walmart bag rather then throwing it on the floor. Swimming pool green. Waffle iron left flakes of Teflon in waffles- gross and unhealthy!! Will never stay in red roof inn again and will put this review everywhere!!!
