The bathroom was extremely dirty i saw water bugs crawling in the hotel and outside the hotel the pool looked dirty they would leave food in hallways for the entire day

I was not satisfied with my recent stay. The room phone didn’t work, the ironing stand was broken, and the TV remote wasn’t functional. The white bread at breakfast was never refilled during my stay. Most disappointing of all, the pool was out of service for three days. I stayed for 6 nights please change bed sheet and not just tight it. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Good thing is they provide personal hygiene amenities if you forget any.

Exceptional staff with a nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel was in disrepair and although it was being upgraded, the transition stage unfortunately did not present the hotel in a great light.

The hotel looks to be in the middle of updating. The lobby was clean and staff was friendly. Our room was nice and clean, however they had used a god awful air freshener that was very strong. We couldn’t get it aired out and had to deal. To those with scent induced migraines, this would have been a trigger. The pool was cloudy and had a green tint, so we skipped that. Overall a good experience for the price.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, had a first floor room. Breakfast was excellent and hot, the place was very clean and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that was missing was the pool was shutdown due to extreme hot weather.

I arrived late at night and found out that someone in the earlier shift gave my room to someone else so when I got my key I found the room already occupied.Luckily for all involved the gentleman was dressed and polite about someone unintentionally coming into his room. The night manager was very helpful and gave me a different room. When I pulled back the sheets on both Queen beds the sheets were obviously stained/dirty. I went to the night manager and he apoligized and gave me a 3rd room. The sheets were clean but the curtain's were very stained. I was so tired I just went to bed. Night manager was really nice. The lobby was the kind of clean you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. This was not a good stay, no fault to the night manager.

Although this hotel had a nice lobby, pool, and good breakfast our room was not what we anticipated. Our check in was smooth and the staff was nice and accommodating. Our room not so much. There were cracks in the tile that moved when you walked on them, the tub had rust stains in it and the toilet paper appeared to have been wet and just dried out to be reused. One of my smaller children had an accident in the bed and instead of changing the sheets the bed was just made up when we returned to our room. So the bed was still wet and the room had an odor. Now that we have been home in the last 36 hours my entire family is sick with fevers, chills, headaches, and overall not feeling well. Not sure what cause of all of this but the symptoms did not show until Wednesday morning when we began to check out. Not the best stay but it got the job done.

Unfortunately I booked because I needed space for a group of 5. It was so dirty. The walls were filthy with brown and orange stains . We didn’t want to shower. We woke up early and drive over 3hrs back home, for a proper shower. You should value your property as if it’s a 5 star hotel, and only hire staff who feel the same. I don’t care that’s it an holiday inn, I would be known for the cleanest holiday inn in the city. Also, someone was parked at the front door smoking weed when we returned . Never again.

We asked multiple times for our room to be made and for new linens and towels and toilet paper never happened. Found a cockroach in the shower on night one Was a terrible experience the AC didn’t work either.

The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off every time it came on.made it difficult to sleep. Lukewarm shower. Mold on bottom side of soap dish in shower. Empty shower soap dispenser. Good breakfast.

Beds were great!!! Breakfast was good. Bathroom floor tiles are cracked and moving around. Could cause an issue and sink and tub would not drain properly. Everything else was great! Staff was cordial!

No one on front desk when arrived had to wait for 45 mins for someone to show up. The lobby was packed with unhappy people waiting to check in and guests that were locked out of their room. Morning went to breakfast at 7:45 they were out of food apparently had sent someone to buy groceries. Waited hour and gave up and left.

Was greeted by a very nice lady upon arriving. She went beyond to fix my room problem. Room was very clean. Breakfast has many variety of food and was hot. Will return in the future.

We enjoyed our check in rep. He was friendly and helpful. Our check in process was quick and they had a caddy for us to bring our bags up. Our bathroom was a little dirty and im need of some touch-ups..but overall we had an enjoyable experience. Our microwave was broken..but they replaced it right away.

Check in was smooth and hospitable. Unfortunately, our family was woke up around 2 am by the sound of a man and woman outside in a profanity filled altercation that lasted for almost 30 minutes. Needless to say it made it hard to get back to sleep. I don’t think we will stay in this location again.

The sweet receptionist was very quick and helpful, the breakfast staff was nice and did a great job with cooking a nice full breakfast. coffee was great! The bed was soft and comfy and great pillows! Nice shower with all bathroom amenities. Location was good for passing through Memphis. We felt safer in Olive Branch.

Traveling through from Florida to our home in Missouri. The front desk clerk was friendly and polite. The hotel was undergoing some renovations so you really can’t rate lobby cleanliness. Our room was smaller than the one we had at the Holiday Inn Express in Jasper Alabama. The bathroom floor corners could use some attention. There were 3 of us and they only had two towels. I think there should be at least three towels in the bathroom. The beds were clean and smelled fresh. The hotel was quiet. There was no hot breakfast due to renovation. I am not sure we would stay here again since there are no decent restaurants in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was breakfast was not ready at 6:30 like it was supposed to be. We went down at 6:45 to eat because we needed to leave and no hot food was available.
