The pool was out of service and there was no shuttle driver the morning I needed to leave to the airport. Bummer. Some of the furniture in my room was stained and pretty battered up, but the breakfast was great and the happy hour was nice, lovely central lobby area, very comfortable bed. BUT PAYING FOR PARKING IS A RIP-OFF!!

Very dirty, put me on first floor next to the exit door. The hotel room door wound not properly latch so asked for a different room. The front desk girl was very accommodating but up charged me since the second floor rooms were a queen double room. Also arrived from all day business travel and waited for the shuttle over an hour. Had to call the hotel 3 times before the driver showed up. Other people were also waiting and calling for the shuttle. The shuttle driver almost drove past us until we had to yell for him to stop otherwise we would be waiting longer. The front desk was very apologetic so they did a great job but the accommodations were not as nice.

Airport transportation to hotel was good, but Phone access upon airport arrival required waiting through virtual help before talking to hotel staff. Room was very good, except that hassock in living area was worn in spots in its top. Pool was comfortable, but water was very dirty and cloudy, and side of pool near top had several inch ring of dirt and mold. Towels were in pool area and much appreciated. Staff at hotel were all courteous and helpful. Indoor courtyard was wonderful. Water features were attractive, and orchids were healthy if real. The placement of seating for breakfast and separate seating for dinners is smart.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and location. The pool looked like dirty bath water. My son was disappointed but the hot tub was clean enough but still not to our expectations. That was our biggest concern

I picked this hotel because it was beautiful, had a pool & hot tub, continental breakfast & good location. I was SO disappointed. First,at check in, the lady told me parking was $30 a day. Fine. That sucks but it happens. First day, $30. Second day,must’ve scanned the wrong ticket…$60. Went to leave Monday…did scan the wrong ticket and it came up as $90. My boyfriend went in & talked to the lady. Apparently the lady that checked us in was wrong & we weren’t supposed to be paying for parking at all & just using our room key to go in and out. So the $90 total I spent on parking should come back to me along with the security deposit. Second. The shower was warm at best. Couldn’t get the water to get hot & the shower design was bad. The door didn’t shut all the way and water would pour out onto the floor if the shower head was in a certain direction. Went to hang up my towel on the hook & it fell out of the door. Breakfast? Decent spread for sure except it wasn’t warm at all. The made to order omelet & the coffee were the only things served hot. Then the pool. There were tons of young, unsupervised kids so we didn’t even end up going to the pool until our last morning. The pool was so gross we didn’t dare go in. It was completely cloudy and had a gross film over the top of it. The hot tub had dead bugs and hair floating in it. The pool room had no towels & had dead bugs & live bugs eating food off the floor.

This was the worst property I have stayed at in a while. It took forever just to get checked in, my room had no coffee, did not get cleaned even though I requested it to be clean when I left, so we came back to a room full of old smelly food. No one could help with any information, the front door of the entire hotel cam off the hinges and had myself along with other costumers waiting until the front desk person came and slammed the massive door back on? I requested a handicapped room for my mother and they somehow switched my initial booking to another room so I ended up spending an additional $50 on a toilet seat riser. The interior of my room was old and smelly, I mean the furniture was so old you could see where it was all worn down from all the previous customers. It was discusting!

We were there for one night for a wedding. Everything was great except the room could be cleaner. The furniture had stains and the lamp shades had visible stains and the the light bulbs needed to be tightened so they would stop blinking. The shuttle was not available in the morning I waited for more than 30 minutes for the shuttle so I had to take an Uber to the hotel. The check-in staff was rude I think his name is Cameron he was not warm at all just trying to charge me for extra things. But the PM staff ladies were lovely. I attended the manager's reception the 2 bar staff were great the line was so long but they kept going with a smile.

Customer service at the front desk was awful. Saw is struggling with luggage and when we asked for a luggage cart they shrugged their shoulders and said the carts must be in the rooms. Continued to stand there and watch us struggle with the luggage as they fell over at the elevator and the doors close on us. When we asked for the room to be cleaned and get extra towels after the first night, it was never done after we were out for more than 8 hours. No hot water in the shower and the water pressure was horrible. Pull out sheets for sofa bed were stained. Breakfast hours change for weekend and this was not told to us. We had an early flight out and were ready for breakfast before we left and didn’t get it as they change the time to 7 am on Saturday. Overall stay was very disappointing. I normally love staying at Embassy Suites on our vacations, but this stay made our trip not a pleasant one.

Staff was super friendly! Check-in was fast and easy. Room was a suite...very nice to have a seating area! Requested extra towels and pillows, minutes later a maintenance work showed up with the towels because he saw the request and did t want us to have to wait! These employees really go out of their way to make sure guests are treated very well!! Will definitely go back

Where to begin? I booked 2 night stay but change of plans & only needed 2nd night. I didn’t ask for first night refund/csncel as didn’t want to risk not having the room for night 2 so I emailed hotel a week ahead to explain Fri/Sat reservation but we wouldn’t check in until late in day Saturday (so hotel knew we were coming & not rebook room thinking we were no show). Got reply, “no problem-thanks for letting us know & we’ll make a note for reservations”. Show up late on Saturday. No where to park without paying $40. Disgruntled guest rammed gate/arm & was on the ground when we arrived. Not a great first impression. People mulling around outside of hotel entrance smoking & loitering. Felt like I was checking into section 8 housing. Check in person saying d since didn’t check in on Friday, our room was rebooked. Had to pull up my email with hotel and wait and wait for them to find us another clean room. It was now 9:30 pm, people in beach clothes (hotel has pool) mulling all around lobby, loud, kids running wild everywhere. Only restaurant in hotel was closed (mind you on a Saturday night) and bar, which stated served bar food until they close at 10 pm, stop food orders by 9:30. The next morning breakfast had security guard present which says it all. Checked out, airport shuttle driver no call/no show. Every hassle you could imagine was found at this hotel. So disappointing as ES typically well run, clean, family friendly safe hotel chain. Would NOT recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and the complimentary drink in the evening was awesome! I did not like that we had to pay for parking ($30/day). It is not a walkable area. There is nothing around it, but I guess that is normal for a hotel close to an airport.

Lady at front desk was good. Young man at front desk was good. The Embassy Suite driver who picked us up was good, van was loud and sounded like it was going to break down. Driver on way to airport was rude. Food was good. I saw a mouse roaming during happy hour. The bar folks were nice. The Philly sandwich was good. Appreciated the happy hour freebies. Very dated place. Tired. A roach in my bathroom. Breakfast area had talking staff and dirty tables to service. Professionalism was below average.

The room is very worn with holes in the furniture and stained shower with gaps in the caulking. Also the lobby restaurant for dinner is a joke. The wait staff forgets to put your order into the kitchen, service was very slow and the food was barely edible.

I booked this hotel because hotels.com said it had EV charging, but it does not. The hote looks great when you firstvget there, but there are definitely signs of wear and tear. The bed was very saggy and the shower floor was stained. We ate at the on site grille and were beyond disappointed. We waited for nearly an hour for our food and it came out wrong and cold. The server apologized, but offered no reason and said he could not offer any discount because we had to pay in advance.

The common areas are a mess. I don't know if this place is under-staffed, or poorly managed. Food was fine, but hard to get service. Carpeting, tables were a mess. Sunday morning about 9 a.m. it looked like no one had bothered to clean up from the night before. The breakfast buffet had good food, but cleanliness and stocking were poor.
