The Hotel location was fantastic. Walking distance to many transportation and shopping.

IMHO this is the best place to stay if you’re interested in spending time in Chinatown. It shares ground with Reading Terminal Market and is throwing distance from a shopping mall, movie theater, and the Philly Convention Center. My wife and I just visited earlier this week to spend time in Chinatown and couldn’t be happier with our choice. We found the room to be quite nice — ours was a semi suite I think. Breakfast was definitely worth it for the $$. Chinatown is great as the food prices are super reasonable and the shopping is wicked fun. Having the Hilton to use as a base for that shopping was super helpful. We could pop back to the hotel to freshen up and head right back out! Very highly recommended! We will book again!

Our room was not cleaned or refreshed the entire stay, 3 nights. On the 3rd day, When I told staff our room had not been cleaned, they blamed me for not requesting. It was after the second night. No towels, no coffee, garbage still on the room! We did not eat breakfast there. Over $20.00 pp for a basic hotel breakfast.
