The hotel was no thrills no microwave or mini fridge. Did have a safe, coffee maker and hair dryer. But good price and clean. I was not familiar with parking in Philly. You will have to find a garage or lot to accommodate your vehicle. Just a FYI When checking into the hotel. There is no where to pull in to check in and unload bags. You have to park in front of the hotel and put on your hazards. Or if available park across street in metered parking and put on your hazards. The front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and they do have a continental breakfast.

No parking nearby. They gave me a "coupon" to park at a preferred garage 2 blocks away where i had to leave my keys and then didnt get the discount because neither the hotel nor the garage told me I had a bring a particular piece of paper to redeem it. I would have preferred to part at the closer location if I knew

no true parking. Had to park at very expensive log and walk far with bags. Many homeless people along the route.Those two not the fault of the hotel totally. The rooms were very blah for the price. Thought because of the location and price it would be nicer.

There is no parking at the hotel. Problem: THE WEB SITE DOES NOT MENTION THIS. I spent $60 the first night and $30 the second night on parking several blocks away, along with spending 1/2 hour looking for parking each night. I picked Days Inn partly because the cost was less than the other choices, but once I paid for parking, the cost was almost equal to the others.

It is a VERY basic, no-frills hotel. The exterior is pretty drab, and the block is generally in very rough shape. A lot of unhoused people hanging out right next door. The door to the hotel is keyed entry though, so it is safe. There is no workout facility, no pool, no water fountain, and the ice machine is in the basement. At the end of the day, it is a place to go to sleep.

This hotel has a great location if you want to visit Chinatown or the Philly Convention Center. Lots of things to do that are walkable. The staff was VERY friendly and the room was clean. Decent wi-fi. CONS: No microwave, no refrigerator. It is so cheap and chintzy for a hotel not to have these basic conveniences. The hotel does NOT have a restaurant or lounge so you have to go out and eat; therefore, the hotel gets no benefit for depriving its guests of these basic necessities.

I didn't like the homeless shelter next door. Also, the homeless people all around the hotel area made it unsafe. Also, the parking lot was to block for the discounted rate.

Fine hotel for the price, everything that we wanted to go to was in walking distance. Only real issue I had was a lack of parking

Very clean and comfortable room. Was odd to us to only have a window that looked out on the hallway and none to the outside. Although the room was small, it was very clean and the bed comfortable.

The bed was comfy but when we woke up we saw a bed bug on the bed. Area around hotel is a little sketchy.

Great location if you're attending a conference at the Pennsylvania convention center, only a few minutes walk to the entrances. The hotel is well maintained and clean, housekeeping attended to my room daily. Staff are helpful and friendly, the Internet works great and free breakfast.

My family and I were staying one night. The room did not have a window to the outside. It had a window that went to the hallway. None of the outlets that were connected to the lamps worked, which meant I could not plug in my CPAP machine. The bathroom had missing and cracked grout. The beds were uncomfortable. Just an overall dismal experience and this hotel needs major updates and renovations.

So when we pulled up there is a shelter right next door. So the sidewalk was packed, Though I did not mind The females in the group where extremely uncomfortable. If I was on the trip with kids I would of not stayed regardless of the non refundable policy. We got in late so we just went to sleep. This morning when we where packing we found bugs in the bed. I told the staff when we where leaving that there was bugs in the bed they did say thank you.

It was very dirty. The carpet was filthy and the chair on the room was black with dirt. The bed was broken in one corner and the room was tiny and windowless. The beds were crammed against the walls and small. The shower stopper was broken. Behind the bed was nasty-my glasses fell back and I was shocked at how filthy it was.

The staff was very helpful. It was very quiet and clean, even the housekeepers.

Great staff, clean but dated room, bed was actually perfect for me, pillows were excellent, water pressure was decent, don’t expect a window to the outside world, my window was to a hallway. If you’re looking for a budget friendly spot, this is it.

Our room was so cold we tried to adjust the heater but doesn’t work.

The room we stayed in was overall in sad shape, one bed appeared to have a broken bed frame which caused the bed to squeak all night. The bathroom was in absolutely terrible shape. Tile floor had broken tiles , grout was all chipping out. Bath tub wouldn’t shut off and leaked all night. The room we stayed in must have been right next to the elevator mechanical room and heard the pump running the whole night. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel for anyone staying with kids or for an extended period.

Very small room. No window. Very noisy during the night. Could barely get any sleep

The heater every time turn off on set in 65 degrees and that made my room too cold every night and I try to set at higher temperature and this back to 65 degrees. Wasn’t a good experience with the heater.

Noisy. Could hear tons of noise from the hallways and in other rooms, at multiple hours all day and night. Sustainability was seriously lacking - tiny plastic toiletry bottles, no low-flow showerhead, no low-flow or dual-flush toilet, no recycling. Good value, excellent location.

I was there three days in three different rooms. The attendants were polite and helpful. The heat stop working in two rooms and I was moved efficiently and quickly. If not for the heat, everything would've been exellent. The staff needs to be praised.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful we had an issue with our thermostat and it was fixed in like 10 minutes!

the staff member at the front was confused when i checked in, tried charging me for someone elses room despite having my ID with my information. then at check out the power went out and my card was not processed for the incidentals hold refund. i have not heard back from the property all day. just generally disorganized and the bed/pillows and blanket are SO uncomfortable. super thin blankets, crunchy sheets, such awful pillows. power outlets by the bed were used so much they were too loose to plug anything into so our devices were consistenly dying and the TV is so old its hardly functional. would not display show titles, no streaming services, and it was so slow to change the channels. main issue really was the attempt to charge me for someone elses stay despite me already paying, then being shown the names of other hotel attendees as they tried to prove to me i "had not paid". there was another staff member present who was able to resolve the situation thankfully, and she was quite helpful and polite. but nothing was done to rectify the issues we experienced and we left pretty disappointed.

Honestly this was not the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed in but it was very clean and very quiet and super convenient. I have to give a shout out to the front office manager, who went above and beyond to check us in early and get us an extended check out because we’re running the Broad Street run. She could not have been nicer!

Had THE worst hotel check-in experience ever. Let me tell you, I'm an avid traveller who stayed at different stars hotels in different states & countries. Never had I ever treated like this before during a hotel check-in. To be fair, I didn't arrive on the 1st day of my stay - my flight is very early morning the next day. The front desk rep who helped me checked in can't find my booking by name. She bluntly told me she has no room for me, I was stunned. She eventually assigned a similar but different name to my booking, saying hotels.com made a mistake on my name & proceeded to give me a room. My booking was for 4 days (Aug 2th-6th), this other person's reservation was only 3 days (Aug 3rd-5th). She said since I was late checking in, therefore the hotel modified my booking to a different set of dates. WHAT?!? She impatiently told me to call Hotels.com to change the # of days of my booking. She refused to check my booking #, answered questions w/ exasperation. Her name badge says she's a supervisor but very inhospitable & unprofessional. It was AWFUL. I was on virtual chat/phone with hotels.com for more than 1.5 hours. It was a very frustrating situation. Finally in the evening, another hotel front desk rep (Min) - knocked on my door & explained what happened. He was nice & apologized for the error he didn't do. He found my booking & took care of everything at the end. Very grateful for him. Room was comfy & clean, don't get me wrong. But will not recommend staying there.

Did not even get to check in. Took my money the front desk agent would not allow me to pay for my security deposit because he wanted to physically see I had a debit card before he place the charge on the screen, continued further to ask me if I could read. He then called the police stating I threatened him .

I had a very good time. Ryan was so helpful. I modified my reservation a million times and he was patient and helped me navigate the many changes that my reservation underwent. Tamika was also very friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience including offering steward services and holding my bags until I was ready to head to the airport after checkout. The location was also pretty close to the convention center and Chinatown. I would certainly stay here again.

Attempted to check in around 12:15am after later travel. Was told that their system was down and reservation would not be honored. Staff gave recommendations of places to walk to to look for other lodging but would not call or otherwise assist

Worst hotel experience I’ve had. Stuck in the lobby while two employees and Expedia attempted to figure out the issue. The way they resolved it was to cancel my transaction with Expedia, and start a new one between just us directly. Was there for 2 hours. Missed my dinner with a friend. I’m here on a short work trip and they ruined the tiny slice of fun I could have in Philly. To top it off, there was no hot water in my room. Don’t come here.

This is my first and only choice as to where i stay when coming to Philly the manager and front desk staff are the sweetest individuals you will meet they are so accommodating. Being an eagle fan from NYC this is my go to hotel going forward

I loved my stay at Days lnn. Its very accessible to everything . Access to restuarants and its close to fun places in center city to check out like covention center and reading market.

Great location across from the convention center, a very short walk from the Reading Market and Chinatown, and many parking options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

It was an affordable hotel that was in the area I wanted to be while staying in Philadelphia. Easy to walk to many things or get transit easily to get around. The breakfast included saves time in having to find food in the morning. The area around the property is a little suspicious that they keep the main door of hotel locked.

Learned it was next to a homeless shelter upon arrival so stepped aside booked a diff hotel and lost money but slept safely

It's located in the middle of China town, so, if you are not into Chinese food, it's difficult to find any other restaurants in the walking distance. Speaking of walking, it should be taken with extreme caution as the area looks fairly unsafe.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s nothing super fancy, but it’s clean and in a very convenient location to the Convention Centre, restaurants and other amenities. The staff is very nice, helpful and competent and the rooms are small but tidy. It’s a nice, cozy and quiet hotel and the free breakfast was nice too! The price was also decent. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel served just fine for a place to crash out after a whole day of doing convention things. No, it's not fancy, but for the price you pay, it is still very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the environment is clean. The cleaning service came every day for me, which is a nice change form what a lot of hotels do now. The breakfast isn't much more than bagels, yogurt, muffins, and a little cereal. It would be nice if they offered 24/7 coffee in the lobby, or even some flavored coffee creamers. Just small things like that would be a nice touch, but I still can't complain. They secure the doors to room key access only so it is safe and secure. The walk to the convention center is insanely close. Not even a full block. The backside of the convention center is on the same road as the hotel, so the walk to there took just minutes. I would definitely stay here again for a convention weekend. Again, it's not fancy, but I was much happier that a hotel offered a reasonable price instead of an elaborate breakfast and try to justify an extra $150/night. I'll take the simple hotel with the friendly staff for the budget friendly price!

I like the location of being near Downtown and all the tourists spot but it is next to a homeless shelter. There will be a lot of homeless men hanging out and sitting around. Nobody bothered us or asked for anything. Yes the no windows will have you oversleeping if you used the sun to naturally wake you. The room was clean. For breakfast the yogurt didn't take fresh, no juice, muffins one flavor at a time, cereal, coffee and begals. Free parking on the street between 10pm to 8am. We left before 8am and return to our room close to 10pm so only pay for parking 7.00 from 8am to 11am check out day. Overalls if need a budget hotel near everything, this is it.

The hotel met our needs. It is not glamorous, but it was quiet and met our basic needs. Breakfast was yogurt bagels toast and cereal and coffee. I would say the only thing they really need is WATER for drinking. None in the lobby or the rooms. That was my biggest issue, they have ice, no water.

It was clean and nice enough. Breakfast was bare minimum amd coffee just plain gross. Nightly rate was probably double what it should be for what you get.

Room was very small, AC didn't really work and the only window faced the hallway. Very unfriendly staff at times. The person who checked us in kept talking on the phone with someone, sounded like a private call. Inappropriate and at the same time hard to know if the staffer was talking to us or to the person on the phone. We had no water pressure for the first couple of hours, something they referred to eachother as 'the tinkle' but never really explained to us. Water pressure returned later that day. Breakfast was really bad, cupcakes in a plastic wrapper and burnt coffee-flavoured warm water.

Not worth $133. The breakfast wasn’t hot, more like less then continental breakfast. The apple juice was watered down. Only had bagels no pastries, no variety with fruit. Had to pay a $100 security deposit. Area was really sketchy, fell walking down the side hit my face snd hand on the sidewalk, dark alley where we had to find a lot to pay to park. Lots of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. I didn’t feel safe. Do not recommend to anyone!

i stayed for 2 nights. room is okay i will say and room is clean. elevator and lobby is nasty. breakfast is the worst on than other days inn i have stayed. the elevator was out of service in one day and the hotel did not repair it immediately.

Few amenities, no microwave or fridge in room. Breakfast is basic cereal and bread. No restaurants on property.

Location was amazing and the room was nice and quiet. No window, but that’s probably why it was so quiet. Room was clean, the people were nice and attentive, and breakfast was decent.
