nothing fancy just an old hotel that is clean, comfortable and low noise. Breakfast bar is good. Location is excellent. Overall a comfortable and good stay.

Such a lovely place nestled into "The Gayborhood" of Philly and so close to the Ballet and our chosen restaurants for lunch and dinner. Staff was so friendly and the place clean and charming. Imagine being greeted by bird song as we woke up in the morning. Enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese int he evening and we understood ther was soup in the afternoon and a breakfast as well. Not a modern, sleek hotel, but would recommend to anyone not looking fro glitz and glam. It had a kind of an old-world, only "insiders" know about this place charm!

Nice hotel that is well located. Room was perhaps dated, but well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Nice touch to offer the happy hour and breakfast every day. Would stay here again.
