I had a 10 day stay at the property. Room was only serviced twice despite multiple requests. Elevator does not work. You must use the stairs. I wonder what people with disabilities are supposed to do. Really bad experience for a Marriot property.

We had to ask for a microwave which was to be one of the accommodations of the room, shortage of towels and only 1(ONE) luggage cart for the hotel (unheard of) Front desk staff was very nice.

The pool was closed and the airport shuttle wasn't running when we were there. Those were 2 big reasons why we chose to stay there rather than another hotel. So it was a little disappointing that we didn't get either. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the beds we comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and it was pretty convenient to get around from there. The food at breakfast was ok, nothing special. Decided to go out for breakfast after the first morning.

I never really do reviews, but this trip I felt there was a need to do one. My stay was for two days Friday and Saturday. The first thing was there was a roach in our room (room 315). The next thing was there was no comforter or sheets for the pull out coach and when I called down for some and the rep stated they had sheets but no comforter, therefore my 19 year old son had to sleep with me. This lead me to believe they DO NOT change out the comforters when they clean. The last thing was they only gave 2 big towels, two face towels, and one medium towel. The next day while leaving for an event, I asked the housekeeper for more towels, she stated they have no more towels. I thought to myself well what if they had to clean the room. I had to buy towels from Walmart. I was very disappointed because this hotel really meant something to me because the last time I was there my mom and dad stayed with me and they both passed in 2024. Very Disappointing!!!!

Worst stay this time, I was so disappointed since two weeks prior we stayed in Tulsa Oklahoma at the same brand hotel. Idk if this is a franchise or what but our stay was not up to our standards. We had 3 separate rooms, one had ants, one had bugs and the third had the worst guest next door. No water bottles for customers. We will reconsider all future stays with Marriott now.

The mattresses were old and worn out. You felt like you were sleeping on springs. The TV did not work. There were bugs in the bathroom. Water was stopped up in the tub suggesting a drainage/ plumbing issue. The ice machine on the second floor was broke. The elevator was slow. Fairfield, there was nothing fair about it! Marroitt? For the first time ever, I cannot trust a Marriott Hotel. Awful, just awful, cheap hotel!!!

The room was not clean. The floor was sticky with shoe prints on the floor. In the bathroom, the floor around the toilet still had urine around the rim. Some of the towels had mildew on them. The thermostat had a low battery alert on it. There were multiple issues with the room. The night manager was unable to provide another room because he said they were filled to capacity. There was not a manager available to assist with my concerns. I was very disappointed with my stay.

We loved associate Sylvia. Such a positive attitude and Outstanding customer service. We had real problems with cleanliness of the bathroom and the room in general. The tubs were obtrusive. I would not stay here ever again.

The staff is nice and hotel is dated. Some of the outlets did not work and had hard time charging my tech. The vent in the bathroom sound like a loud broke down truck. The only thing I would eat from breakfast that was offered is the boiled eat and waffle.

1/4 gap in the main door making it easy for someone to break in. You can literally see into the hallway! No shower liner and shower curtain was missing two hooks. Bath tub drain didn't function properly and was slow to drain. Old AC unit was ridiculously noisy and made it difficult to sleep.

Amazing check in experience with Markita. Kind fast and efficient. I was in my room in 2 mins. Beautiful modern room. Comfy bed and great pillows. Safe are. Only 10 minutes to downtown Memphis. Great value and would certainly stay again. Also, good breakfast with many hot items.

Standard Fairfield Inn, housekeeping could do a little better carpet in room could use vacuuming, elevators slow and scary, room walls are very thin, shower and toilet had a few hairs left behind, but I always clean my facilities before use so wasn't a big deal. Water in shower could be hotter. Overall nice location easy highway access and I would stay here again.

We booked a nights stay for our family of 4. We paid extra for two queen beds. When we got there, the hotel had overbooked and put us all into a King bedroom without any other options for a room or refund. No apologies were made for their mistake or concerns for our comfort. We were no more than a dollar bill to them.

Had to get my key fixed everyday for the first week. Had to change rooms because housekeeping took sheets off bed and did not return. Had to go to front desk to get coffee, or cups. House keeping took my personal pillow case and no one at the hotel put in any effort to find it. They did not care. Schedule for a shuttle bus to airport and it never showed up. The most unorganized and uncaring staff. The worse hotel experience I have ever had. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tv didn’t work and they said they were sending someone up and they never came. The woman running the breakfast was very rude and told my kids they couldn’t have anymore bacon that there was other food for them to eat.

We stayed at this hotel during a long road trip and it was perfect to get in late and crash. The people were very nice checking in and out. Reasonable price for great quality. The beds were so comfortable and we all got a great night sleep (firm supportive beds yet soft. The hotel was very clean and we even noticed that they have an “A” rating from their health department. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We recommend to get there before 30 minutes to closing time on the breakfast if you want the hot eggs and sandwiches.

This is one very good hotel. The staff were amazing, talking and behaving as if they wanted to be of service. Simply a totally refreshing experience. The breakfast was full of great tasting food, well prepared and well seasoned. Even the coffee was wonderful. 5 star treatment at 3 star prices.
