Pool was pretty cloudy and it was a bit dirty in hallways. Outside trash can was over flowing also. But the area was nice. We loved the beds. Very comfy. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the make your own waffle station. So cool.

Very clean, attractive room. The beds and pillows comfortable. The heating/ac were quiet and easy to adjust. The property was nice, clean well kept. On the downside, they advertised a pool however, I found none on the property. Perhaps they share one with a neighboring motel. Considering our stay was late October, pool or no pool was not a big consideration. In general, we like Red Roof Inns. Our experience with them here and other locations has been excellent. We've always had a quality stay at an excellent value.

My girlfriends and I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway, but it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Within minutes of checking in, a roach crawled across the wall. After inspecting further, we found mold on a sheet, a fake fingernail and Cheerios behind the fridge, a flower pot full of dirt, a half-eaten sunflower seed, and another dead roach in the bathroom. Later that night, another roach crawled across the TV stand. We sealed our bags and slept with the lights on, but hardly slept at all. The next morning we requested a deep cleaning. The front desk staff were polite and apologetic, but when we returned, nothing had been done. When we spoke to the manager, she was incredibly rude—the first thing she said was, “You aren’t getting your money back.” She accused us of lying and claimed our room had a “no service” note, which was untrue. Only after we pushed back loudly in front of other guests did she refund our second night, but with major attitude. We left immediately and checked into the Marriott down the road, which was spotless and professional. The front desk ladies at Red Roof were kind, but the manager completely failed at customer service. This place was dirty, full of roaches, and poorly managed. Save yourself the trouble—STAY AWAY.

My room was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the shower, mold on the curtain, something all over the wall behind the door, dirty towels hanging on the shower rod/curtain and just a general unpleasant odor in the bathroom. However, I went to a local store, purchased cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom myself. Around 1:30am I got up and as I was returning to bed, I noticed a roach on the wall. Then I noticed one on the floor. I ended up killing 20-25 roaches…..even found one in one of my bags. After cleaning out my bag and all my stuff, I noticed that the chair I had the bag sitting in was full of crumbs and dirt. I went to the lobby and told (and showed pictures to) the attendant what was going on. I asked to cancel my reservations be refunded the canceled nights but she said she couldn’t do that. I ask for a manager but there was no management there at the time (3:30am) I was asking. She did offer to move me to another room. The new room was better so I decided to go ahead and stay. The next morning, as I exited the shower, I opened a towel to dry off but there was knotted up wads of hair in it. I returned to the lobby twice asking to speak to a manager but there was never one available. I’ve never complained about accommodations before but this place was a complete and utter disappointment and it disgust me to know I gave them my money. This is my first transaction through Expedia and I honestly don’t feel I can trust your reviews now.

The hotel is old and not very clean. Our door latch broke and had to be repaired while we waited to get into our room. Someone turned the water off to the washing machines, discovered this after we had clothes and detergent in the washing machine! Overall hotel is old and needs renovations.

I was so disappointed 😞 I always read reviews before booking and they were good! most people talked about how clean their rooms were. When we got there The room was covered in dog hair the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in weeks we pulled the top sheet back and the bed was covered with long dog hair so I called the front desk and asked for clean sheet so I could remake the bed. The lady at the front deck was nice about it and brought us sheets once she seen how bad the room was she offered us a new room but the room she offered was actually worse than the one we already had so we just asked is she could bring us a broom and mop so we could clean it ourselves she nicely brought what we needed . We cleaned for a while but it was just so much dog hair and dirt that we couldn’t get it all.

The floors were filthy - turned our socks black. So we scooted across the floor on a towel after showering and the towel was black. Yuk. The pancake machine was awesome, but other breakfast items were minimal. No soap in the room and the body wash dispenser was empty- used shampoo to wash hands and to clean up in the shower.

The air conditioning was nearly inoperable. The room was filthy and smelled of dirty feet. It was not a handicap accessible room as reserved. I have stayed at this property many times and have never been so disgusted in my life. I am still waiting for a member of management to contact me. I left a message with the front desk clerk when I checked out in the morning. I didn't even take a shower. The room was absolutely disgusting. I stayed there last Wednesday and the stay was absolutely perfect. Someone needs to give attention to management. I want a refund.

We stayed in the king suite. We liked having a separate room for the TV from the bedroom.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The elevator seemed to be on its last leg and the property was a little worn but it was a good deal for the price.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet in spite of being across from the elevator. The room was clean overall although the bathroom showed signs of needing a refresh. The hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was good with 2 waffle makers available to use. Overall good value at the price point.

I was a bit scared because of the price for the room, and never stayed at these hotels. First hotel that the pictures actually match. The room was clean and did not had a “enclosed hotel room” smell. Was quiet and relaxing stay. The check-out receptionists was very friendly.

The pillows were too firm. I had to turn the air down to 64 before the room would cool. Someone had left the window unlocked & cracked on a ground floor room which is not safe. I did not care for the breakfast choices and the front deal staff could have been friendlier. The 2nd floor occupant was also loud.

I only stayed here for literally 8 hours. I just needed a place to lay my head on my way to my destination. But it was definitely the nicest hotel i stayed in for my trip. The room was very spacious, clean, and cool. The bed was comfortable and i had no issue getting a good nights rest. The front desk staff were very friendly.

When checking in the lady at the desk arguing about my reservation that her computer showed one night stay but even after showing her my confirmation she still arguing then went got management. Then its 3 of us staying only 2 sets of towels i called for more was told i had to put the used one outside the door to get more then never got more had to go to the front to receive only 2 more sets when its 3 if us. Then people walking talking loud all night long

1. As soon as I got to my room I used the bathroom. There was a spider 🕷 just hanging out (alive) at the base of the tub. This did not instill confidence in me as to the cleanliness of the establishment. 2. As I was moving my luggage back out to my car, getting ready to leave, a man (I assume, manager) came up to me & told me that I needed to hurry up & get out. The time was 11:15, & I felt as though it was obvious that that was exactly what I was doing. Based on these 2 incidents, I would not recommend this motel.

My room was on the inside, bottom floor, i felt safe. The room was verry clean. Staff was verry friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like was getting on the main road, you have to go west then use the turn around to travel east, there is big potholes that needs to be repaired coming off the main road to Red Roof In, I would stay there again,

We arrived late at night and within 10 minutes had someone knocking on our door trying to get in the room. Called the front desk and they said they would check on it and never got back to us then wouldn’t answer the phone. Ended up calling the police that told us this area was not safe. Terrible staff and awful area. Do NOT stay at this place

My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the temperature/air conditioning worked fine, not too cold and not too hot. Breakfast is just a continental breakfast, but that was made clear in the hotel information before I booked. Very convenient location. You do have to take a U-turn to get to parking lot, but it is not bad. I will stay here again.

Very clean rooms that looked ok. Dog friendly without any pet fee at a very affordable rate. Outside of building very ran down so was pleasantly surprised on the room state. Breakfast was really very lacking with two cereals, instant oatmeal and muffin.

The breakfast experience was terrible. Since we weren’t allowed to take our food up to our room and they were pressuring us to leave so they clean up I ended up having to throw away my sons food becuase he wasn’t eating fast enough. The food also gave me low blood sugar. There wasn’t anything I could eat with enough protine and fat to keep me from crashing. I should have just not eaten. Also the microwave was stuck shut in our room.

We felt safe. It said newly remodeled but it still showed it age. Morning breakfast was pretty bad. No fruit no bagels no bread. There was cream cheese and a toaster but nothing to toast. Breakfast was until 9 and we came to breakfast at 750.
