It appeared to be a 70’s era property with little or no major renovations in recent years. Parking lot was poorly maintained and poorly lit. Due to recent snow and ice the main walkway was very slick. I immediately found a roach and a second one later. The “no smoking” room smelled stale. The linens were clean yet stale. All furniture appeared to be from the 70’s. I debated getting money back and relocating but roughed it out and brought some valuables into the room rather than leave in the car. The staff at check in was friendly but could have been more presentable and could use some social skills training. In the future I will be more selective

Room and sidewalks/breezeways could all use a thorough cleaning and a coat of paint. Otherwise, everything worked, both nights were quiet (on a Friday and Saturday with motel sold out due to a big concert in town!), and breakfast was just fine, better than expected based on website.

Room was dirty overall. There was dirt and debris on the mattress when I looked below the sheets. Mattress was in poor condition with multiple tears and cigarette burns. Corners of the room had dust and cobwebs. The room had a musty odor. Random people were knocking on my door at midnight. It’s really cheap, so you get what you pay for.

We paid for a non smoking, king room. As soon as we opened the door it reakedof cigarette smoke, the bed was definitely not a king more likely a full not even a queen. There were dead bugs, all the lamps were rusted and very old and dirty. The floors were so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. Would not have stayed except we had just driven 10 hours and was so tired we didn't want to mess with the time it would have taken to find a room elsewhere. Most definitely will not be staying here again!

Worse place for I have ever stayed. The room looked nothing like the pics on line, the bathroom was disgusting, tub had mold around the joint between tub and wall panels. Was unable to sleep from people in and out all night and hanging out in parking lot outside our room. We ended up checking out a day early. I highly recommend NOT staying here.

The guy at the front desk for check-in seemed friendly, but sketchy. The room was absolutely disgusting. The floor was sticky and the room smelled like urine. There was an empty liquor bottle under the chair, remnants of weed in the dresser, and an empty baggy and piece of a straw with a white substance left inside. The chair and bedding were covered in some sort of stains. We stayed for about 15 minutes before deciding we had to get out of there. The price is cheap for a reason! DON'T DO IT!!!

We read more recent reviews and decided to give it a try even though older reviews sounded concerning. Staff was not rude, but not friendly either. The room was in need of updates and a deep cleaning. The desk had big burned/melted spots, and the tub was disgustingly dirty. Breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cereal, toast, instant oatmeal. There was no fruit. No yogurt. We ate 30 mins after breakfast started. There was one cold biscuit and an almost empty crockpot of gravy. Staff and in but there was no effort to restock anything. The positives: We didn't see any bugs, the beds were okay, and it quiet.

Check-in was easy and quick and the gentleman who checked me in was friendly and helpful The room and furniture was dirty. The sheets had a hole from a cigarette burn in them. They also had yellow, discolored spots on the feet area. The ac/heater unit was cracked and broken. The bottom facing of the door was broken & bent. Some people in loud vehicles came & went all night in rooms close by & it didnt feell safe for us or our vehicle that was parked in front of our room. A train came by close to the property various times early in the morning and sounded a loud horn each time. There was a Walmart Distribution Center right behind the property with large trucks running their motors all night and coming and going. The breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, and sticky buns wrapped. Needless to say, my wife and I didnt sleep muxh all night and will not ever return to stay at that property again.

I will start off by saying the staff is super friendly, but the first issue we ran into is the address listed for the motel puts you in a field about 5 miles from where it's actually located. After going to a different motel and asking locations I was finally able to find it. The room was clean but there was cigaret burns in the blankets, deep scratches on the floors and rough repairs done to the walls. Other than that it's what you expect out of a budget motel.

I reserved and paid for a king size bed and only got a queen. The room was small but very clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Toast, cereal and honey buns. No jelly for the toast and milk was empty for cereal.

Absolute trash. First issue was our room wasn\'t ready when we arrived for our 2pm check in. The man at the desk was rude to me about it. Sent my boyfriend in to talk to the man about what was going on he found a "ready room". As soon as we pulled in the door was all messed up, I knew the room was about to be disgusting. As soon as I walked in I knew we weren\'t sleeping in the filth. Dirty bedding, dirty floors, dirty bathroom including clothes from previous occupants. Contacted Expedia and the hotel denied my refund- Laughable. We had our kids change and we left. Dont waste your time or money on this crap hole.

I didn’t like how the is woman is so rude to you. She does housekeeping but she doesn’t clean the rooms. She’s rude disrespectful towards you. I could set out my towels at 9 am way before 11am they would leave my dirty towels out the whole day until I had to call the front desk. I stayed there for over 2 months. Asked for clean sheets a few time. Oh and when I make a reservation for a queen bedroom. I got told I needed to keep being in the king bedroom. Some are nice to you like that man Robert and some times Tonya that works there and the young housekeeper. But the rest of them are completely rude and disrespectful towards you.

The man who checked us in was really nice and helpful especially since Expedia allowed me to book 2 rooms when only 1 was available. He found us a King bed instead of the double queens that I booked. Cleaning staff rushed us out the following morning and I didn’t like that.

Workers and owner very nice. Other than that bad part of town. If you aren't worried about your vehicle and things. This is your place to stay. If you care about getting scratches on your vehicle. And about what will happen to your room. Don't stay here.

I was a solo female and felt safe & comfortable at all times. Walking distance from gas stations and restaurants.Overall the room was Clean & tidy. The furnishings were noticeably dated. The room floor was so dirty I wouldn't take my shoes off, though. I think my toilet was also leaking, because there was constantly a small puddle of water on the bathroom floor at all times. For a single night's stay, NONE of this bothered me since I only needed the bed anyway, and it was clean and comfortable! FYI : there is an additional charge for pets. . Quiet, Cozy, Great Value, Great Stay!

The room met my needs in that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was extremely limited, a bowl of cereal and coffee was my best option. It's a typical budget hotel so lower your expectations

Listed breakfast, handy to interstate. Room was stale upon entering, no fan or ac on. Was clean but furniture and sink were falling apart. A couple rolls and cereal with no milk for breakfast. Coffee machine not working.
