Beautiful area! our room was covered with ants. Even after spraying, ants returned. Other guests were talking about it in the breakfast room. No equipment in the fitness room nor laundry facilities on site. Have to drive downtown to the nearest laundromat.

There is no fitness center, nor laundry facilities. We were in town for the American Legion World Series for 7 nights. These amenities are shown to be available on their web site, but are not. All three rooms that we had reserved had ants and staff came and sprayed to get rid of the critters. It is a run down hotel that needs a complete overhaul. The staff are lovely, engaging, and accommodating.

The place is a mess, we pay for service we don't get. The pool was nasty with larvae, we didn't have a place to park and they charged you for parking. We asked the lady at the lobby about where we were supposed to park and her answer was just park in the parking lots at the mall when they told us previously. If you park there your car will be towed after midnight. I still have allergies because the room was clean but the smell of cigarettes was intolerant. And they charged me $200 for the night with no refund. No, I will not recommend it. The pictures they promoted have nothing to do with the real thing. The lobby is nasty. They should close off and finish whatever renovation they do and don't sell what they don't have.

This was not a positive experience. First, Room 207 had a television that did not work. We were not able to turn the television on with the remote or manually. The explanation given that the hotel is undergoing renovation. We were then moved to Room 203. Second, the business center was not available. There were multiple boxes in the lobby area that prevented us from using the business center. The explanation given was that the hotel is undergoing renovation and the multiple boxes were obstructing the business center. It would seem that the boxes could have been stored in another area that would not have obstructed the business center. Third, the orange juice served at breakfast tasted like stale water. We really do not think we received the service that we paid for and a discount should be considered. Delores

The staff was friendly. The property had ants. I heard several guests asking each other if their room had ants. They sprayed our room the first day and we had ants again the second day. Contstruction was going on at the hotel which they had items all over the place. Then the fitness room was closed my entire trip which i didnt know until I got there. Also they put a 20$ hold on your card upon check in which isnt that big of a deal but still would have like to have known when i booked this hotel. Overall will not be staying here again if I have to come here on buisness.

I stayed for a week. My room was never cleaned. absolutely no room service. Garbage from rooms sitting in the hallway all week. It smelled of old seafood through out the hallway. Will never stay at a Radisson property again...

We had to do a last minute booking and this was the highest rated hotel that still had availability. Once we arrived, I understood why it had availability. The key cards did not work the first time. The hotel is under constructio(which is good, showing improvement). Once we finally got into our room, I discovered ant traps in the bedroom. My wife found multiple ants in the bed. The bathroom was completely infested with ants. The shower curtain had a stain on it. The corners of the ceilings have not been cleaned in a long time. Our room also began to have the odor of marijuana invaded our room after midnight as well. This was the first and last time I will ever stay at a Country Inn.

Under remodeling, so that’s why the slightly lower rating on the area around the property. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there, so we don’t know how it was, but the breakfast area was neat and clean. Our room was clean and a/c worked great. Comfy king bed. We would stay here again.

Initial room given was not clean. I found 2 dead waterbugs and the floor was not carpeted (though I initially asked for a wheelchair accessible room, I actually only needed a shower that had a low step in). They gave me a different room at my request that was on the second floor. This room apeared much cleaner and was carpeted. We stayed 3 nights. After the first night I asked why our room had not been cleaned, linen changed, fresh towels etc. I was told that I should have been told that had to request it when I checked in. Well we had not been informed of this so I carried fresh towels from the front desk to my room. The next day our room was cleaned very well including fresh linen.

We just spent a night here. They are remodeling at the moment so they do have signs saying that. I reserved a room with a king bed, but was given a room with 2 queen beds. It was late when we arrived so I did not say anything, we were tired. The elevator going up was making a very loud noise, so that was a little unsettling. The beds were very uncomfortable. They are extra extra firm. Room was pretty clean for the most part. There was a door we used to go out to the car behind where the pool was. It has a card reader to get back in, when we were coming back in we noticed it had no latch so it was unlocked and anyone could get in. That was a little scary knowing anyone could come in.

I have stayed on this property numerous times. Their remodeling is finally done and the new rooms are nice. One thing needing improvement is the online signal. Once you are 50 steps away from the desk, those bars drop fast. Apparently low cost signal boosters - one on each floor - were not in the remodeling budget.

The hotel itself was ok. However, check in was a diaster! The room assigned to me had someone else in it! The front desk didn\'t know how that happened but said housekeeping was cleaning the last available room, and there would be a 25-30 minute wait if I wanted it. It was late. I was tired and my dinner was getting cold. But I decided to wait. A refund was offered to me "after" I complained about the major inconvenience. At check out I was given Expedia\'s receipt instead of my own! Therefore, I had to reach out to Expedia for my refund. Thankfully, they resolved my issue graciously.

When we arrived there was a group of people in the adjacent parking lot revving engines and doing doughnuts making lots of noise and tire smoke. At checking the first person we meet is highly unprofessional. It seems their computer system was not working properly and she really didn’t care. Her next step was to tell me they needed my credit card info on paper to which my reply is I’ve paid online and not leaving my info for anyone to have. Her reply was I really don’t care anymore and threw our room key on the counter with a few choice words and walked away. There are ceiling tiles missing in the hallway and the place could use a real cleaning.

A lot of renovations going on. Breakfast was cold, lacked variety. Bathroom door would not close all the way, toilet seat very wobbly, pillows were hard (not at all comfortable to sleep on).

More variety of choices for breakfast would be nice. Why do you put handicap-accessible rooms on upper level floors? In an emergency, these are the people that need to have lower level rooms so they can get out on their own, rather than being trapped with stairs they can't manage.
