They are no office coverage after 11 pm there was no refrigerator available. The ice machine was broken and stayed broken the whole 4 days we were there and they wanted to charge me $2 for ice that they had in the office refrigerator.. only thing really going was in was close to the West Park Entrance.. and the young kid who managed the desk in the evening was nice. Will not stay there again.

Liked the cabin look. Within walking distance to convenience store and eateries. Only issue was parking on one day where a tour bus was allowed to park inside the parking lot and took up many parking spots, instead of parking on the street.

Like: The price is ok. It is near West Yellowstone entrance. Don't like: The room is so old and dirty. We cannot figure out how to use shower. The parking is limited. Parking was full at night.

Although this property was close to the west entrance of Yellowstone & within walking distance to the main streets with shopping, restaurants, etc. it was old & overpriced for what they offered. Ice machine was not working. Check-in area did not open until 7 so couldn't get coffee & no coffee maker in rooms. Water pressure also very poor.

This is probably the worst place Ive stayed in. They charged 290 per night which is high. I chose this by Expedia ratings. The carpet was filthy, the sheets were dubious, the walls paper thin so I could hear the next room occupant showering and traffic on the road. I blame expedia for putting such hotels on their website.

The inn was comfortable and clean. I did not realize the doors open to the outside (like a motel) when booking, but the area felt safe and we enjoyed our stay. We had clean towels and a straightened room each day when we returned from the park.

I waited too long to book my stay and was limited on my choices, and went with this location because of recent good reviews. Not sure how those good reviews happened. Or maybe we just had the really bad room. The shower has mold. The paint is peeling. Not quite sure the locked door wouldn't push open with a good shove. No one wanted to touch the carpet. I doubt its been cleaned in months and months...maybe even years. It took forever to get hot water and then it didnt last long. The parking area is not sufficient for the number of rooms. If you arrive later than most, you'll end up parking behind the building in an unsecured lot. If you decide to stay here, just think of it like camping...but with a bed and a flush toilet. Oh... and we're wondering if the bites we all have might be bed bugs???

Tv was a streaming service that buffered ALL the time. Very slow internet. Wi-Fi was also slow. Distance to carry personal item from parking to room was ridiculous. We had to enter in the opposite corner of the facility and walk up 2 sets of stairs and around to other corridors to get to our room

I did not have high expirations for this motel. It was inexpensive for the area and we just needed a clean place to sleep and shower. The shower did not have hot water. We selected a room with 2 queen beds and had 2 full beds. The mattresses were old and incomparable. When two people were on the bed the mattress would sink in the middle. I would definitely not stay there again.

Cheapest we could find but still overpriced for what you get. It didn’t even have a fridge. We couldn’t get cable TV to work. A huge black spider greeted us in the bathroom. When my wife plugged her phone charger into an outlet it sparked.

The walls were tissue paper thin. Two nights in a row I heard to someone next door snoring, the people on the other side listend to TV or spoke loudly late into the night and resumed early in the moning. I heard the people upstairs walking above me. The last night I was there a tourist group sat outside their rooms and talked loudly amongst themselves until late at night. While I swouldn't call the facility dirty, it is not a level of cleanliness I expect from a place that houses many people from around the world on a daily basis.

The property is a bit old, but comfortable. The room is quite large. There is no in-room coffee, nor included breakfast, and on our post-Labor Day stay, the town was asleep at 6:30 a.m., and only a few places were open by 7, so that's a concern if the hotel doesn't include breakfast and you're trying to get a jump on the crowds to the park gate (there was almost no line at 7:45 anyhow mid-September). Overall, I might look to find a property with breakfast rather than stay here again, but it certainly was worth a repeat if breakfast isn't a concern.

This hotel is very dated and could use an update. Our carpet in our room was stained and the mattress was the most uncomfortable one I've slept on in a hotel room. Thankfully, my brother and I were only here for about 14 hours. The only bright spots were the receptionist who checked us in was extremely helpful in getting a room mixup fixed and recommending a great place for dinner. Also, it's very close to the shopping area, which is walkable.

One of the hotel staffs was rude and not courteous at all. Bathroom sink and toilet was clogged and when asked to fix it, he made us wait and was very unresponsive. The maintenance staff came an hour later than what was told. We were not even given a spare bathroom to freshen up when asked for it. He blamed it on us for clogging the bathroom. Definitely not worth your money!! There are better hotels around this area.

The property is close to the entrance of the national park but the property needs to do a better job of keeping up the condition. It is in need of many repairs. Also the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this motel to others.

The front desk person was just hired and didn't know anything. I asked for an extra blanket and he said he didn't know where the laundry room was. I asked for help with the tv and he didnt know how to use it. I asked if I could have a room on the second floor and he said he couldnt do that. Not helpful or accommodating.

Check in was fine. Overall the room was okay- dated furniture but it looked like the bathroom was recently redone. Construction crews were rehabbing a room a few doors down which was a bit noisy during the day. Main concern was the deadbolt to our door had trouble latching. We needed to lift the door to get it to latch. Also, during the night water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom (probably from the unit above us so unsure if they ran too much water or if issue with the pipes). We called the “24 hour” front desk to report it but no one answered.

No parking space when most of the rooms are full. The guy at the reception made us wait for 30 mins because we arrived at 230 and the check in was at 3. I asked him to at least start the process and he did not agree. He looked at his wrist watch and opened the computer at 3. After a long day of travel this was disappointing for sure.

I wasn't here very long but the room was spacious and lovely. I recommend making sure you get a first floor room if you have any physical limitations, however. The surrounding area has lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and it is a very short drive to the Yellowstone entrance.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Yellowstone. Hotel is located 5 min from the West entrance and 3 min from the Visitor Center. We stayed 1 night only, arrived almost 10pm and left at 5am for Lamar Valley. Check in was fast and easy.

Difficult to find and access 2nd floor room from outside; we were not given instructions or help. No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom and very little counterspace. No coffee makers in rooms! Worst was the strong stink of "room air-freshener" which made us sneeze and our eyes water. Mattresses were hard. Hallway carpets need scrubbing. Did appreciate coffee and hot water in lobby.

The hotel itself was fine and the room was clean but they advertised breakfast but when asked about it they said they do not have that now. But we could drive a mile down the road to have breakfast. I was not happy about the false advertising. The ice machine was broke and it was hot when I was there so no cold water. There was no elevator in the hotel. they had ramps to go up to the other floors after spending the day walking around the last thing I wanted to do was walk more to get to my room. In the room they had unplugged the TV and trying to get it to work again we had to call and have them come there were 2 different outlets and couldn't figure it out. There was a min fridge in the room but that was unplugged also. We pulled it out and there was no outlet on the wall near it so we had to move it to the other side of the room where there was the only outlet. It was not convenient.

Could use a little bit of improvement as TV did not get channels. Loved the porch swing, 7:30 was later for the office to open. Checked in & no attendent for 5 or so min. Had all the space we needed. Party BOUGHT 2 cups of coffee in am.
