At Yellowstone Country Inn, reviews highlight a convenient location near the West Entrance and town dining, but an older, no-frills property with mixed upkeep and amenities, making it a practical but imperfect base for visiting the park.

The cleaning staff was friendly and room kept clean. Parking was congested so I had park away from the hotel, other wise everything was good. Hotel was closely located near the Yellowstone gate entry which was extremely helpful.

Feels like someone has purchased a hotel that was not well taken care of, and they are making upgrades as they can afford it. The place is clean, and suitable. Some upgrades has been done. Bathroom is clean and updated. Furniture not so much. But honestly it is fine, just looks dated. They come in and clean daily without having to request it like the Marriott or Hilton. When you come in your room smells fresh and clean. So if you are not picky about some outdated furnishings you will be comfortable. Location is great for Yellowstone entrance. The town has a lot of food choices.

The stay was quite comfortable overall. The room was spacious and included a small table with two chairs. However, I would have appreciated a dedicated work desk and an ergonomic chair for working more comfortably.

Bailed on this hotel. Got my second nights money back and a little compensation for the first night. Moved straight to another spot. Air con broken, ants, smell from the drains, incessant humming noise etc etc. avoid.

No amenities, very dated, Very small bathroom that had the only small mirror available in the room. Beds were just Okay but one bed was positioned so you could not see the TV. but the choice of TV channels was really bad anyway and thee TV itself had a terrible picture. No interaction with the staff other than check in and checkout. Way over priced, but considering other hotels in the area doesn't surprise me. More like a Motel 6. and wish they don't leave the light on fo you.
