The pool was great. We stayed out there for over 2 hours teaching my son how to swim on his own. There were two other families that came out and everyone was very friendly. The staff was great. My kids enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was very clean. The only thing was the beds were squeaky and not super comfy, but the pillows were soft just the way I like them.

The lady that check me in was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our 3 days very much. My only issues was the towels were never changed and the swimming pool was so full of bugs and debris you couldn't swim comfortably. It was not cleaned during our 3 days.

Very nice and clean hotel. Loved how dog friendly they were. Even got a little treat bag for our girl when I checked in. Janet at the front desk was extremely friendly. Loved that our room had tile instead of carpet. Only complaint is the bed is very noisey, it creeks with every move you make. Other than that our stay was perfect. Also had a nice gazebo out back for a grilling. Also loved they had a recycling bin. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, building itself is in good condition, rooms were spacious enough, comfortable beds (although the metal bed frame under was loud when getting on and off the bed) having a mini fridge was very useful, pool was clean, great location, 10 minutes from the Zoo and downtown, quiet area. We would definitely stay again. One small complaint was cleanliness of the room could have been a little better, stray hairs in the sink and shower, floor needing more attention. Overall I give 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks for a great stay!

Got there and the first room we got smelly like someone had just smoked in it. They gave me another room and then never updated it in the system so I had to go back down stairs to get my keys working again. The shower broke and then water wouldn’t shut off. Not worth the money I paid to stay there. Definitely won’t be going back

The first thing I noticed when checking out the bathroom was that the toilet bowl was not clean when I lifted the seat. We also noticed a small amount of mold in the shower. The bedding was clean, room was quiet and comfortable. Did not eat anything that was offered for breakfast

Room itself was a bit aged but it was super clean and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in. Staff was exceptionally friendly too, even the maids we interacted with. Pretty good breakfast as well. Will be staying here again when going to the zoo!

The staff was super nice at check-in. But we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room. When entering the room it smelled as if it had just been cleaned. But after being there a bit it smelled like someone had been smoking weed in the room. It also had a strong odor of weed beside us and when walking door the walk way.

The hotel was recently renovated. The exterior door frame was painted and the door would not close or open without having to slam it. We had small children with us so you couldn’t leave the room once they were asleep. Some of the outlets in the room did not have covers which again was a huge safety issue with small children. The tub was super slippery with no tub mat. The kids and grownups slid in the shower. We had to use a towel on the floor to keep from falling. The hotel only provided 2 very small bath towels and it was difficult to get more. The rooms are very small and not very conducive for a family.

the bed was on a metal box that made a loud noise/squeek every time a person sat on it or got in the bed or out of it. the tv did not work until a staff person came and fixed it the breakfast was good the staff were very friendly there was no elevator or cart to take luggage to the second floor so we had to carry it in the rain up steps.

Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean, spacious, and in general quiet at night. The bed was comfortable but the mattress sat on a metal frame so when one moved it sounded like you were rolling on steel barrels. The bathroom shower and sink faucets need to be replaced as they were loose and difficult to control water temp. The breakfast was good enough and changed daily. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Where shall I start, the king bed in our room was on a metal base and it was so very noisy. Even the slightest movement and it made noise. Also the faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall so it was loose and hard to turn on. Water was only lukewarm at best. The lock on the door was also loose. Breakfast juice machine was out of order as was the water. Will not stay here again.

Rooms were clean, and looked as if they had recently been redone.bathroom faucet was loose, which made it a bit difficult to change temp pf water. Area of hotel was devent, with lots of food and shopping close by, yet hotel off the beaten pathh, so not right amidst all the hub bub. My biggest complaint....barelyyyy any hot water!! I drove 12 hrs, and just wanted a hot bath....NOPE!! water was barely luke warm....continuously!! Barely warm enough for a shower!! I can say, i would stay there again, if it werent for that!! Idk what the situation was, but it definitely needs to be foxed!!

It was good, except the fridge in the room made loud gurgling noises. Had to run the AC fan all night to drown it out. I mentioned this to the manager(?) the next morning and she said she would replace it that day. Good reaction, but I had to downgrade the comfort and condition scores anyway. I would stay here again.

This is a modest place, good location. Very nice people. The place seemed ckean. But it is poorly constructed. (The door didn't fit, cold air was pouring into the room.) No extra blanket. The bathtub didn't have a stopper. No rugs on the floor. The bed base was metal and noisy. The breakfast was very disappointing.

The staff was wonderful. We had an issue with booking and the staff were quick to get things corrected for us. The room was okay. The room was clean for the most part. Towels could not be hung due to the fixtures half falling off the walls, shower curtain was old and dirty, as were the window curtains. The room had a good gap when shutting the door. The bed was very comfortable and the area around was quiet. We would stay again and hopefully they will continue remodeling to fix the small issues.

Had a great visit with SureStay. Location was good and out the way. Loved everything about my visit. Pretty much anything you may need was in range from food, shopping stores, movie theater. Zoo was probably 15 minutes out which was the farthest attraction l went to

Anything in the best Western plus line I expect to be a higher quality than what I saw in Asheboro North Carolina.
