Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel in quite some time, the hot top and pool were perfect temperature and clean. Bed is super comfortable and I got a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others

The pool steps had caution tape around them, whirlpool area closed, exercise room closed. Air vents taped to ceiling in pool area. Coffee pods supplied did not fit the coffee pots in the room.

Rooms was not cleaned. We were told they only clean every three days. I said no new towels or pick up trash? Nothing? Towels were brought. Trash bags were also brought. Jacuzzi out. Workout room under renovation. Pretty pricey for these issues.

Watch the products in the little store they have.. I bought 3 sodas and 2 were expired.. one 6 months past its date and one a month past its date at 4$ each I was a little upset… the gentleman we had when checking in wasn’t personable at all he was kinda acting like his job was an inconvenience and we checked in at 4:15… Breakfast was great pool and hot tub were good and room was spotless and comfortable…

I called ahead time to confirm if their pool was open. I was told on the phone it was. Upon arrival I found out it ws closed for the season. Who closes an indoor pool for the season? I wss told we could use the one next door because the 2 hotels were connected. Went to use the pool at the other hotel and it had 13 person limit. The hotel I was guest had bigger indoor pool. Now if both hotels are connected, they why not have the bigger pool open to hold more guest. Made no sense.

The staff at this location was absolutely amazing! Very polite, considerate, and hospitable! However, the room was stale and the sheets felt gritty even though they appeared clean. The pool was very disappointing after viewing the pictures online. The water was clean, but there were stains, rust damage on the ladder, and one side of the steps closed with piles of caution tape floating around in the water. Would likely not choose this hotel again.

The hotel and room was fine, though our bathroom smelled of urine (room 211). The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts we've had so no complaints there. I have 1 HUGE complaint. We went to the pool/hot tub as a family (myself, husband, 4 and 6 year old daughters). There were a two young women who were playing music loudly, drinking alcohol, dancing in the hot tub, and one of them kept pulling her one piece swimsuit down in the front exposing most of her breasts and almost nipples and up in the back to show her butt like a thong while me and my daughters and husband were in the hot tub. This bothered me but i figured it was just some young guests and decided to just leave. HOWEVER, the next morning as we were getting ready to check out, i discovered that the two young women were in fact MAIDS at the hotel. Very very very upprofessional. It made me thibk maybe she was trying to get guests to purchase additional "services" from her the way she was behaving in the hot tub in front of my family and other guests. Please contact me Hampton Inn Asheboro because I am very bothered by how your employee was behaving on the premisis.

Pretty rundown facility. Peeling wallpaper everywhere, the A/C doesn’t have a setting to keep the fan on so it turns on and off and is pretty loud so it’ll wake you up. The doors don’t seem to have good springs on them so they just slam and it’s super loud

Very dated, we got a room with a jetted tub and when my wife went to use it the first night there was no hot water. There were broken and loose tiles in the bathroon. Toilet was very low and shallow.

My room was very clean but the mattress on pull out couches (I had 3 rooms) was horrible. The spring would stick you in the back. They need to be replaced. They were so bad couldn’t sleep at night for what I paid for the room. They should’ve been in better shape. I don’t know if I’ll be back there to stay or not. It wasn’t for that. It would’ve been perfect.

Most disappointing hotel stay in years by far. Won’t pick on the little things. Travel soccer team descended on hotel for weekend and ran amok with minimal adult or staff oversight. Room above mine was stomping and running terribly around for hours. When brought to staff’s attention they did something to minimize but did not eliminate. Ended up in a handicap accessible room ( which I normally would have asked to move but I didn’t) Anyway last day in room had brutally bright strobe light flashing numerous times during day. Went to desk to check out and evidently was a “handicap” accessory that inexplicably went off randomly during my stay (and it was brutal!!!!!). Front desk had no answer other that maintenance would check out next day (after I had checked out) and the blinding clicking light went off twice during the night waking me from a deep sleep. To boot, was unable to adjust A/C to a comfortable temp and I sweated much of the night. The TV was terrible. I am not one to often write negative reviews but this Hampton Inn was pretty disappointing

The TV in room 338 turn on and off continuously. When we arrived we turned it on, and it kept turning off. When we got back to the hotel after dinner, we turned it on, and it stayed on for an hour, and then turn on and off THE ENTIRE NIGHT. It would turn on slowly, and then stay on for about 30 seconds, and then turn off. ALL NIGHT. It was still doing it in the morning the entire time before we left. It was very disruptive -we turned off the sound, but the light would still go on and off as it turned on.

Room 115 was a room right off the lobby and breakfast area. There was a weird smell in the room, the molding was coming off the wall, the shower rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain wouldn't stay closed while showering. Not very sound proof at all, heard the people in the hallway plus the kid that was stomping around above us in the next floor. Didn't end eating the breakfast because there were so many people waiting and the food wasn't even being refilled fast enough. Would not book this place again.

Check in was not good. I called for an early check in and I understand that sometimes that is not possible, but if you promise a call back and then get irritated when I call you that is just bad service. The TV kept cutting off at the end of several shows I was watching and the AC must have been not working because it felt better in the hallway than in my room which was too humid! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Technical issues prevented us from receiving a door key for either room for the whole night, presumably because mgmt was not able to come in and fix the problem til the next morning. So at least one person always had to stay back, or we prop our door open, or staff had to get you into your room every time you came back to it. TV/cable did not work entire night in both room.

The king suite I reserved through Expedia was NOT available. I was told by the front desk person that Expedia booked a room that wasn’t even available at that particular location. I was given a regular king room with a broken jetted tub the first night. After telling me there was no suite available during my stay, they gave me a Jr. king suite for the next two nights. It was nothing like the one Expedia advertised, but slightly better than the standard king room. I will not be using Expedia in the future because I was very disappointed in this experience.

We were unable to stay at the Hampton Inn in Asheboro because their computer system was down nationwide and they were unable to check us in. We also checked with the Hampton Inn in Greensboro and they were also unable to assist us because of the computer issue. They recommended that we try another facility.

Loved the convince of the location with restaurants and stores within walking distance. Was disappointed that the indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was temporarily closed. Breakfast was not as expected, some items needed to be refilled and weren’t. Overall was not a bad stay though.

Started off with no room keys available when we checked in. Also we thought this hotel was pet free but turned out to have many pets and we had family members with pet allergies. Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. They were out of pillows and wash clothes also. Breakfast terrible also. Called Hilton and they couldn’t help either. Hampton Inn in Asheboro is a clean and neat hotel. It has an excellent breakfast. The only problem I had was other staff being so loud and silly while I was checking in. The young man helping me check in was great though.
