Stayed 2 nights

Broken glass beer bottles in the walkway. Room smelled like weed with a blunt wrapper still in the room. When we got back to the room the first night we discovered no towels in the room, when going to the front desk the Indian man basically made it seem like we were lying and refused to give us towels. People were living there cursing and arguing late that night. People wearing ski masks walking by the room checking door handles talking loudly. Same night we tried to order pizza and the dominoes pizza wouldn't deliver there because they are scared of the area at night because of drug dealers. We packed up all our stuff the next day and checked out early the same guy didn't bother to ask why we're checking out early. I asked of he was curious into why he replied "why would I need to know?".

The property is older, however, it has been renovated and is clean and in working order. I would stay there again. Breakfast was available but there was not a lot of variety. Might be because I came in near the end.

Stayed 3 nights

When we got to the hotel, we were only given two towels and two washcloths for four people. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for more towels, I was told there was enough for the room. I explained that there were four people staying in the room, but they did not provide anything additional. We were there a total of three days. When we left the morning after we arrived, we went for a hike. When we went back to the hotel to take a shower, we had no towels or washcloths. When I asked for more towels and washcloths to clean ourselves, we were told that there were none available. When I asked for additional toilet paper, they said there was plenty in the room, although it was empty. We had to provide our own towels, washcloths, and toilet paper, although we spent over $250 for the stay to include them. The floors were not cleaned at all while we were there. Before we arrived, the floors had debris all over them. We could not walk around the room, barefoot at all. The trash was never taken out. The hanging mirror was partially broken and ended up falling off of the wall. The handicap rail was pulled out from the wall. The shower drain was also not screwed in and my son ended up hurting his toe on the drain. Additionally, the hotel staff left a 3 inch blue chlorine tablets, sitting out at the bottom of the pool, which was eating the flesh off of children’s feet. In order to get breakfast, you had to ask them to restock because there was nothing some mornings
