The rooms seemed a bit dated. I did like the Dove products in the bathroom. I booked two beds and a sofa bed but was given just two beds, staff accommodated me with an additional room for free. The pool sign said it closed at 11 but it actually closed at 10. The indoor pool was ice cold. Overall I had a decent stay but I probably wouldn't chose this hotel again.

We called ahead for early check in, when we arrived we had to wait an hour for our room. We found a live Cockroache in the bathroom, carpet had stains and tears, the box spring mattresses were disgusting looking.

The pictures are definitely deceiving. Upon heading up to our room the sign for number rooms is on the ground. Each room number was taped to the door. It looks like maybe the carpet is going to be replaced because molding is missing all the way down the hall. The room carpet was stained. The shower was disgusting with brown marks or maybe mold. The shower curtain was not white. The white towels were light brown in the center. We were ready to check out.

Our room was not clean. The bed was made and the sheets looked clean but that was it. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. I don't think they cleaned the bathroom. Shower had hair in it and so did the towels. Bathroom smelled like smoke. No soap in the bathroom. I spent around $150 for 1 night for an uncleaned hotel room. The lady at the front desk gave us free late check out but she didn't seemed too alarmed when we told her how dirty the bathroom was.

The hotel was easy to find. I traveled all the way from Pennsylvania. The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean, I checked by wiping some things down and the wipe was pretty much still the same color. The bed a little on the firm side, but the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. Overall it’s a nice hotel for a good price and I would stay there again the next time I’m in that area.

We arrived to attend my nephews wedding. We were earlier than the 3:00 check-in, but we needed to get ready for the 4:30 wedding. Ashley at the front desk was awesome, she found us a room and made check-in very smooth. Holiday Inn express is lucky to have her greeting the guests as they check-in.

The ladies at the front desk were exceptional! They were very welcoming and kind. The free hot breakfast is a plus and the lady in the kitchen was very kind and accommodating. I had a great experience and will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

I had to attend because of a funeral. The woman at check in was miserable and made me feel horrible because I wasn’t a preferred member and used hotels.com. After a 23 hour drive we arrived 3 hours before check in and needed sleep. She told me if I didn’t book through hotels.com I wouldn’t have to pay for an early check in and the charged me $30 to check in three hours early. I asked if we could upgrade our room and she said they couldn’t because she had no way to charge my card for the upgrade. I then said you just charged me for early check in. When she realized her mistake she just said an upgrade wasn’t available. Worst customer service at the worst possible time when I’m laying a loved one to rest. They also charged my card $75 because I used hotels.com and I now have to wait 3 days for it to come off my card.

The hotel was easy to find. I traveled all the way from Pennsylvania. The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean, I checked by wiping some things down and the wipe was pretty much still the same color. The bed a little on the firm side, but the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. Overall it’s a nice hotel for a good price and I would stay there again the next time I’m in that area.

I was able to do early check in *fee applies* 40 dollars. Which was fine , I had amazing stay . Their complimentary breakfast was amazing, they had many items to choose from . The staff was great . Even after we checked in the front desk called us to make sure the room was fine . Will be staying there again !!! Great place
