You have to go get any clean towels etc. There was not any ice or drinks! Toilet was jacked up when we got there. Too much loud noise. Back door out of building was never locked.

Our room was clean and comfortable, however there were a lot of areas that seem to have been neglected: * The first thing we noticed, coming in with a load of baggage, was that the automatic door opener (both inside and outside) didn't work. * The bathroom was in pretty poor shape - shower head separated from the wall; running rust coming from the bathtub water spout; caulking around the tub was badly deteriorated. * The closet door wouldn't close all the way. * Weather stripping on the outside window was coming loose from the window. * The second floor ice machine was inoperative. * The Guest Directory stated that there was free laundry on the second and third floors. It was not free. $1.25 each for both a load of wash and dry, however, the washing machine on the second floor was out-of-order, so we had to go to the third floor to wash, and to discover that the third floor dryer was out-of-order, so it was back to the second floor, where the dryer did work. Granted, this hotel is not a plus or a premier, but still BW is a brand that you expect to be a bit above very basic. The next time we are in Graham, TX we will undoubtedly checking other hotel brands.

The pool is tiny and basically a waving pool it's all 3 ft deep, which I was not able to tell by the photo on their on their website. Their breakfast was not much different than a continental breakfast... They have some low quality reconstituted eggs and salty sausage available which is not usually in a continental breakfast. It was not worth $150 a night I ended up paying. It just an average hotel.

The entire hotel had a weird smell and the floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in days. In the room, there was mold in the bathroom along with the shower curtain rod pulling loose from the wall. It eventually fell when my daughter was taking a shower but thankfully it didn’t hit her. The pool was so small and the color of the water was dirty like the lake. The ice machine was broken along with the water machine. The entire facility lacks up keep and maintenance so you are better off saving money and staying at a roach coach for half the price.

Honestly I was shocked that this was even a BW Plus. Because it definitely didn’t feel like it. First off, the rooms were so dirty, there was dead crickets/bugs in a few places, there was a dirty sock in the closet, when I removed the mattress to check for bed bug signs ( one of our sub-contractors stayed at this location a few weeks ago and woke up completely covered in bed bug bites), there was used Kleenex and just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I had already booked the room when I remembered about the bed bug incident, so let’s just say I couldn’t sleep well cuz I kept thinking there was some, and the uncleaness of the room didn’t make that better. There’s nothing that truly “wowed me“ about this hotel. It is actually cleaner on the inside, then it appears to be on the outside by the entry. Richard, who checked me in did not have a whole lot to say but he was a nice enough guy, but not extremely welcoming. The room was clean but very average except for the bed which was absolutely horrible and I woke up during the night several times with my back aching. The shower area was very clean. It appeared, but it has old rust stains around that makes it appear not as clean. The breakfast was average, but well supplied compared to other properties that I have stayed at, this one was a little more pricey than it deserved. With all of that said, it was OK, Parking was good, it was quiet and I would stay there again, especially if the beds were updated.

The water was not draining in the bathtub. Taking shower was tough. I accidentally stepped on cockroach in the bathroom, that is when I realized the condition of the hotel. I reported both the issues. The lady in the front was nice and took a note to see how they can be addressed. But, when I came back in the night, the guy in the front desk did not have proper customer service attitude. He was like: yeah, we sprayed for the bugs; I do not know anything about the bath tub drain. He did not even apologize or offer to look in to it. The lady in the morning asked me if I would be okay to move to a different/better room on a different floor and I said I was okay. When I asked the guy in the evening about it, he did not even look in to it and said he sees that I am in the same room for that night and to checkout in the morning. Sooo rude. Choice of breakfast wasn't so good either for someone that is a pure vegetarian. I also saw another customer complain about water not draining in the bathroom sink. The price they charge is too much for the quality of the property, it looked like a $50/night type of hotel.

Staff was good but room was leaking from ac it was wetting all carpet from ac to first bed . Making It unsafe and uncomfortable because could not walk by there .i had called front desk and they stated they knew about it but couldn’t do anything . Monday was around 8 am and there was no breakfast yet . Where it states breakfast. I feel like I over payed for what I had gone through this experience . Not good on customer service on this issues of offer anything to compensate issue . They just said we know about it . From 6am -9am

The hotel was clean and the staff are amazing. We got there, our hot water wasn’t as hot as we like, the front desk clerk fixed it on the spot. That was great customer service and we appreciated the service. Nice hot breakfast, eggs, bacon, biscuits, pastries, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal. I would definitely stay here again!
